Claims (14)
- Trancheur pour denrées alimentaires avec une lame rotative actionnée au moyen d'un moteur, un plateau porte produit ainsi qu'une plaque butée (2) pour le produit à trancher, le trancheur comprenant une unité de commutation (8) pour la mise en marche et l'arrêt du trancheur, ainsi qu'une poignée (9) permettant le réglage de la distance de la plaque butée (2) par rapport au plan de coupe de la lame pour déterminer l'épaisseur du produit tranché, la poignée (9) englobant l'unité de commutation (8) permettant la mise en marche et l'arrêt du trancheur, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (9) est disposée sur le côté de la plaque butée (2) opposé au plateau porte produit et en ce que le plateau porte produit est réalisé sous la forme d'un profilé (1), à travers lequel passent des conducteurs électriques (25) qui relient un moyen de commutation (22) contenu dans l'unité de commutation (8) au moteur ou à l'alimentation électrique.
- Trancheur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (9) englobe un interrupteur de verrouillage (7).
- Trancheur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7) permet d'immobiliser la plaque butée (2) par rapport au plan de coupe de la lame, notamment sensiblement dans le plan de coupe.
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7) permet d'empêcher l'actionnement de l'unité de commutation (8), de sorte que le trancheur ne peut pas être mis en marche.
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (9) englobe un bouton rotatif (6) dont la rotation permet de régler la distance de la plaque butée (2) par rapport au plan de coupe de la lame.
- Trancheur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface annulaire (10) montant en spirale, sur laquelle peut appuyer un levier relié au plateau porte produit, est prévue dans le bouton rotatif (6).
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de commutation (22) est réalisé sous la forme d'un commutateur subminiature.
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige de déclenchement (21) est prévue sur le moyen de commutation (22), le trancheur étant en marche lorsque la tige de déclenchement (21) est enfoncée dans le moyen de commutation (22).
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (9) englobe une partie boîtier (15) dans laquelle est logé le moyen de commutation (22), et en ce que l'unité de commutation (8) englobe un élément de manoeuvre (17), une pression de l'extérieur sur l'élément de manoeuvre (17) permettant d'enfoncer l'élément de manoeuvre (17) ou un élément (18) de la partie boîtier (15) relié à celui-ci à l'intérieur de la partie boîtier (15), une partie de l'unité de commutation (8) pouvant de ce fait être pressée contre la tige de déclenchement (21).
- Trancheur selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de l'élément de manoeuvre (17) ou de l'élément (18) de la partie boîtier (15) relié à celui-ci s'effectue contre la force d'un élément ressort.
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la surface annulaire (10) montant en spirale comporte un trou de verrouillage (14) et en ce que l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7) comporte une tige de verrouillage (12), le verrouillage de l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7) permettant l'introduction de la tige de verrouillage (12) dans le trou de verrouillage (14).
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 4 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7) comporte une tige de verrouillage (13) qui est déplacée, par le verrouillage de l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7), dans une position sur le côté de l'élément de manoeuvre (17) orienté en direction du côté intérieur de la partie boîtier (15) ou de l'élément (18) de la partie boîtier (15) relié à l'élément de manoeuvre (17), de sorte qu'aucun élément de l'unité de commutation (8) ne puisse être pressé contre la tige de déclenchement (21).
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7) comporte une partie disposée à l'extérieur de la partie boîtier (15), dont le mouvement permet le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage de l'interrupteur de verrouillage (7).
- Trancheur selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de manoeuvre ou un élément (18) de la partie boîtier (15) relié à celui-ci peut être enclenché dans une position dans laquelle une partie de l'unité de commutation (8) enfonce la tige de déclenchement (21) dans le moyen de commutation (22).
