Auf diese Weise wird also die Schalteinheit 8 in ihrer eingeschalteten Stellung verrastet. Dadurch wird durch Verriegeln des Verriegelungsschalters 7 verhindert, daß die Schalteinheit 8 betätigt wird, so daß in der Verriegelungsstellung des Verriegelungsschalters 7 die Schneidemaschine nicht in Betrieb genommen werden kann.   2. Cutting machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the grip (9) comprises an interlocking switch (7).
  3. Cutting machine according to Claim 2, characterized in that the stop plate (2) may be secured relative to the cutting plane of the cutting blade by means of the interlocking switch (7), in particular approximately in the cutting plane.
  4. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the actuation of the switch unit (8) may be prevented by the interlocking switch (7), so that the cutting machine is not able to be switched on.
  5. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the grip (9) comprises a rotary knob (6), by the rotation thereof the distance between the stop plate (2) and the cutting plane of the cutting blade being able to be set.
  6. Cutting machine according to Claim 5, characterized in that a sloping threaded annular surface (10) is provided within the rotary knob (6) against which a lever, connected to the support for the food to be cut, is able to bear.
  7. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the switch means (22) is designed as a subminiature switch.
  8. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a tripping pin (21) is provided on the switch means (22), the cutting machine being switched on when the tripping pin (21) is pressed into the switch means (22).
  9. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the grip (9) comprises a housing part (15) in which the switch means (22) is received, and in that the switch unit (8) comprises an actuating portion (17), the actuating portion (17) or a portion (18) of the housing part (15) connected thereto being able to be pressed into the inside thereof, by means of pressure from the outside onto the actuating portion (17), whereby a part of the switch unit (8) is able to be pressed against the tripping pin (21).
  10. Cutting machine according to Claim 9, characterized in that the actuating portion (17) or the portion (18) of the housing part (15) connected thereto moves against the force of a spring means.
  11. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 6 to 10, characterized in that the sloping threaded annular surface (10) comprises a locking hole (14) and in that the interlocking switch (7) comprises a locking pin (12), the locking pin (12) being able to be pushed into the locking hole (14) by locking the interlocking switch (7).
  12. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 4 to 11, characterized in that the interlocking switch (7) comprises a locking pin (13) which is transferred, by locking the locking switch (7), into a position on the side of the actuating portion (17) facing the inner face of the housing part (15) or of the portion (18) of the housing part (15) connected to the actuating portion (17), so that no part of the switch unit (8) is able to be pressed against the tripping pin (21).
  13. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 9 to 12, characterized in that the locking switch (7) has a portion arranged outside the housing part (15), by the movement thereof the interlocking switch (7) being able to be locked or unlocked.
  14. Cutting machine according to one of Claims 9 to 13, characterized in that the actuating portion or a portion (18) of the housing part (15) connected thereto may be latched in a position in which the tripping pin (21) is pressed into the switch means (22), from one part of the switch unit (8).
