Abstract

Ein Handgriff mit Getriebe zum Betätigung eines mit Treibschienen ausgerüsteten Fenster- oder Türbeschlages, wobei durch das Getriebe mindestens ein Mitneh-mer für einen mit den Treibschienen verbundenen Zapfen bewegbar ist und der Zapfen in eine Aussparung des Mitnehmers eingreift, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Aussparung (8) zur Aufnahme des Zapfens (7) umlaufend geschlossen und durch zwei Schenkel (9) und einen Brückensteg (10) begrenzt ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Handgriff mit Getriebe zum Betätigen eines mit Treibschienen ausgerüsteten Fenster- oder Türbeschlages, wobei durch das Getriebe mindestens ein Mitnehmer für einen mit den Treibschienen verbundenen Zapfen bewegbar ist und der Zapfen in eine Aussparung des Mitnehmers eingreift.
Es ist bekannt, den Mitnehmer mit einer durch zwei Schenkel gebildeten Gabel auszurüsten, die die Aufnahme für den mit der zugeordneten Treibschiene verbundenen Zapfen bildet. Die Aufnahme für den Zapfen ist somit zu einer Seite geöffnet, so daß der Handgriff mit dem Getriebe und dem Mitnehmer zur Kopplung mit dem Zapfen in einfacher Weise montiert und die Gabel des Mitnehmers durch ein Langloch des Flügelrahmenprofils in die Kammer zwischen Blend- und Flügelrahmen eingeführt werden kann.
Die Mitnehmer eines Getriebegriffs werden im allgemeinen aus Zinkdruckguß gefertigt.
Es kommt vor, daß die Mitnehmergabeln in Fällen, in denen der Treibschienenbeschlag nicht einwandfrei arbeitet, z.B. daß er schwergängig ist oder hakt, überbelastet werden und daß dabei die Mitnehmergabeln zu Bruch gehen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Handgriff der genannten Art so zu gestalten, daß die Belastbarkeit des Mitnehmers wesentlich erhöht wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Aussparung zur Aufnahme des Zapfens umlaufend geschlossen und durch zwei Schenkel und einen Brückensteg begrenzt ist.
Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sind die Enden der Schenkel an der dem Getriebe abgewandten Seite abgekröpft und die abgekröpften Enden durch den Brückensteg miteinander verbunden.
Durch diese Abkröpfung der die Aufnahme des Mitnehmers an zwei Seiten begrenzenden Schenkel kann die Montage des Handgriffs mit den zugehörigen Teilen an den Flügelrahmen in der gleichen Weise wie bisher vorgenommen werden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt. Es zeigen:

die Montageschritte des Handgriffs von der Einführung des Mitnehmers durch ein Langloch des Flügelrahmens bis zur Kopplung des Mitnehmers mit dem Zapfen des Treibschienenbeschlages.
Über den Handgriff 1 wird ein Zahnritzel betätigt, das in einem Gehäuse 2 drehbar gelagert ist. Dieses Zahnritzel kämmt mit einer Zahnstange eines Mitnehmers 3, die ebenfalls in dem Gehäuse 2 gleitbar gelagert ist, das auf die Außenfläche 4 eines Flügelrahmenprofils 5 aufgesetzt und mit dem Flügelrahmenprofil 5 verschraubt wird.
Dem Handgriff nach den Figuren 1 und 2 sind zwei Mitnehmer zugeordnet, über die Treibschienen 6 eines Fenster- oder Türbeschlags betätigt werden, die mit einem Zapfen 7 verbunden sind, der in eine Aussparung 8 des Mitnehmers 3 eingreift.
Die Aussparung 8 wird an zwei Seiten durch Schenkel 9 und an der dem Gehäuse 2 abgewandten Seite durch einen Brückensteg 10 begrenzt.
Die Enden 11 der Schenkel 9 sind um 90° abgekröpft und durch den Brückensteg 10 verbunden.
Aus der Figur 3 ergibt sich, daß die Abkröpfung zu der der Treibschiene 6 abgewandten Seite erfolgt und diese Abkröpfung so gestaltet ist, daß bei dem Einführen des mit der Aussparung 8 versehenen Teils des Mitnehmers 3 in die Kammer 12 zwischen Flügelrahmen 5 und Blendrahmen 13 durch ein im Flügelrahmenprofil vorgesehenes Langloch 14 der Brückensteg 10 nicht mit dem Zapfen 7 kollidiert und in der Endmontagestellung außerhalb des Zapfens 7 liegt, während der Zapfen in die Aussparung 8 eingreift.
In der Fig. 3 sind fünf Schritte für das Einführen des Teils des Mitnehmers 3, der mit der Aussparung 8 versehen ist, in die Kammer 12 zwischen Blend- und Flügelrahmen aufgezeigt. Diese Montageschritte belegen, daß für die Montage im Flügelrahmenprofil 5 ausschließlich wie bisher im Flügelrahmenprofil ein Langloch 14 vorgesehen zu werden braucht.
Durch den Brückensteg 10 erfolgt im Zusammenwirken des Mitnehmers 3 mit dem Zapfen 7 die Lastabtragung nicht über einen Schenkel 9, sondern über beide Schenkel.

Claims (4)

  1. Handgriff mit Getriebe zum Betätigung eines mit Treibschienen ausgerüsteten Fenster- oder Türbeschlages, wobei durch das Getriebe mindestens ein Mitnehmer für einen mit den Treibschienen verbundenen Zapfen bewegbar ist und der Zapfen in eine Aussparung des Mitnehmers eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparung (8) zur Aufnahme des Zapfens (7) umlaufend geschlossen und durch zwei Schenkel (9) und einen Brückensteg (10) begrenzt ist.
  2. Handgriff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (11) der Schenkel (9) an der dem Gehäuse (2) abgewandten Seite abgekröpft und die abgekröpften Enden durch den Brückensteg (10) verbunden sind.
  3. Handgriff nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Abkröpfung zu der der Treibschiene (6) abgewandten Seite erstreckt und der Brückensteg (10) außerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs des Zapfens (7) liegt.
  4. Handgriff nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkröpfung sich über einen Winkel von 90° erstreckt.
