Claims (5)
- Pulverkraftbetriebenes Setzgerät mit einem in einer Laufbohrung (2) eines Führungszylinders (1) versetzbar angeordneten Treibkolben (6) und einem mit dem Führungszylinder (1) verbundenen Träger (3), der an einem entgegen der Setzrichtung weisenden Endbereich eine Kartuschenaufnahme (10) sowie an einem in Setzrichtung weisenden Endbereich eine erste Wirkfläche (4) aufweist, von der ein zylindrischer Vorsprung (11) abragt, dessen setzrichtungsseitige Stirnseite eine zweite Wirkfläche (5) bildet und der Treibkolben (6) eine mit der ersten Wirkfläche (4) zusammenwirkbare Anschlagfläche (13) aufweist, von der aus sich in Setzrichtung eine den zylindrischen Vorsprung (11) des Trägers (3) aufnehmende zylindrische Vertiefung (12) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Wirkfläche (5) mit der ersten Wirkfläche(4) über einen Verbindungskanal (14) in Verbindung steht.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Verbindungskanal (14) wenigstens teilweise über den Umfang des zylindrischen Vorsprungs (11) und über die gesamte Länge (L1) des Vorsprungs (11) erstreckt.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungskanal (14) von einem Ringspalt zwischen der Aussenkontur des zylindrischen Vorsprungs (11) und der Innenkontur der zylindrischen Vertiefung (12) gebildet ist.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsfläche des Verbindungskanals (14) der 0,04 bis 0,5-fachen Querschnittsfläche der ersten Wirkfläche (4), reduziert um die zweite Wirkfläche (5), entspricht.
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L1) des zylindrischen Vorsprungs (11) der 0,5 bis 0,9-fachen Tiefe (L2) der zylindrischen Vertiefung (12) entspricht.
