Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine leichtgewichtige mobile Brücke mit einer Fahrbahn, Obergurten, Seitenwänden und Untergurten.
Faserwerkstoffe haben im Verhältnis zu ihrer spezifischen Dichte hohe Steifigkeit und Festigkeit. Diese Eigenschaft macht sie besonders für Leichtbauanwendungen interessant. Die Vorteile dieser Werkstoffe sind hoch, wenn man die Faser in ihrer Längsrichtung beanspruchen kann.
Bekannt sind zwei Verwendungsarten von Faserverbund im Brückenbau:
  • Die Struktur mit Ausnahme der Krafteinleitungsbeschläge aus Faserverbund.
  • Teile einer Struktur werden durch Faserverbund ersetzt.
An mobile Brücken werden sehr hohe Anforderungen bezüglich Gewicht, Abmessungen, Steifigkeit und Festigkeit gestellt, so daß der Einsatz von Faserverbundwerkstoffen vorteilhaft ist. Zwei Probleme stellen sich jedoch der Verwendung von Faserverbundwerkstoffen entgegen. Wird die gesamte Struktur aus Faserverbundwerkstoff hergestellt, so wird die Brücke sehr teuer. Bei teilweiser Verwendung von Faserverbundmaterial gehen viele Vorteile der Faserverbundbauweise durch das unterschiedliche Temperaturausdehnungsverhalten von Metall und Faserverbund verloren.
Diese Aufgaben werden durch den Gegenstand des Patentanspruchs gelöst.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Brückenstruktur, die in einer Faserverbund-/Metall-Bauweise realisiert ist. Bauteile, bei denen der Einsatz von Faserverbund einen relativ kleinen Vorteil gegenüber Metall bringt, wie z.B. die Schubstege (Seitenwände) sind aus Metall. Bauteile, bei denen der Einsatz von Faserverbund einen großen Vorteil bringt, wie z.B. die nur einachsig beanspruchten Gurte der Brücke sind aus Faserverbund.
Auf diese Weise wird erreicht, daß durch den effektiven Einsatz von hochfestem Faserverbund die Kosten niedrig gehalten werden. Das dabei auftretende Problem der Wärmespannungen wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Metallteile der Brücke so gestaltet sind, daß sie keine Kräfte in Längsrichtung aufnehmen können.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Fig. näher erläutert.

Die in Fig. 1 - 3 gezeigte Brücke 4 besteht aus Transportgründen aus einem oder mehreren Brückenabschnitten 5 und trapezförmigen Brückenrampenabschnitten 7, die zur kompletten Brücke 4 zusammengekuppelt werden.
Die Fahrbahn 2 der mobilen Brücke 4 ist aus mehreren querorientierten Platten 6 zusammengesetzt, die in Brückenspannrichtung keinen Kraftschluß haben. Die Seitenwände 8 (Schubstege) der Brücke 4 sind in Draufsicht trapezförmig oder wellenförmig gestaltet, so daß sie die Funktion als Schubstege für die Gurte 10, 12 erfüllen, aber keine längsgerichteten Kräfte übertragen können. Die Obergurte 10 und Untergurte 12 sind vorzugsweise aus Faserverbund gestaltet und mit Befestigungselementen, wie z.B. Schrauben 14 zur Übertragung der Schubkräfte an dem Trapezblech befestigt.
Durch diese Bauweise ist sichergestellt, daß sich zwischen den einzelnen Bauteilen aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen bei Temperaturbelastungen keine großen Kräfte aufbauen können, die die Tragfähigkeit und die Lebensdauer der Brücke negativ beeinflussen.

Claims (3)

  1. Aus mehreren Brückenabschnitten bestehende leichtgewichtige mobile Brücke mit einer Fahrbahn, Obergurten, Seitenwänden und Untergurten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fahrbahn (2) aus mehreren querorientierten Platten (6) zusammengesetzt ist, dass die Seitenwände (8) wellenförmig gestaltet sind und dass die Obergurte (10) und/oder Untergurte (12) aus Faserverbundwerkstoffen bestehen und Befestigungselemente (14) vorhanden sind, die die Seitenwände (8) und die Gurte (10, 12) untereinander verbinden.
  2. Mobile Brücke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (8) in Draufsicht trapezförmig gestaltet sind.
  3. Mobile Brücke nach Ansprüchen 1 - 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Brückenabschnitte (7) in Seitenansicht trapez- oder dreieckförmig gestaltet sind.
