Definitions
- the invention relates to a pot-shaped cap with a lid and a Mantle area for fixed arrangement on a closed container neck of a Medicament, in particular infusion container, wherein in the lid portion of the cap at least two puncture openings are provided and in the lid area one of an elastic material produced and the puncture openings covering seal which is inserted in a chamber formed integrally with the lid region, the with the inserted seal over the outside of the lid area to the outside protrudes, and the seal is disc-shaped.
- Such known drug or infusion containers solve more and more the earlier exclusively used and made from glass infusion bottles.
- this infusion container made of a soft plastic material one more Bottle shape, but are also increasingly produced in bag form.
- the drug produced in such soft plastic or Infusion containers are filled drug after its filling in the container and after being hermetically sealed it is absolutely protected and it first turns again at the scheduled withdrawal of the drug from the container the problem to be able to perform this clean and sterile, because the drug or Infusion container must be opened.
- it is common in piercing such an infusion container cannulas for example to the To ventilate the interior of the container and / or to inject additional medication.
- the drug or infusion containers on their Container neck provided with the above-described known cap, consisting of a firmer or harder plastic material is made and the between itself and the container neck of the drug or infusion container includes a seal, through which the cannula or the hollow mandrel of an infusion set is pushed, wherein the hollow dome is held by this seal against slipping when the Infusion bottle is held over head.
- EP 0 364 783 B1 discloses a closure cap which is closed on the closure Container neck of a medicament made of soft plastic material. or infusion container is attached.
- This made of harder plastic material produced cap overlaps with its cylindrically shaped shell part the cylindrical outer wall of the container neck, wherein the cap with its Lidded area is arranged at a distance from the lid surface of the container neck, so that there is a cavity of certain volume between the two, which for the Arrangement of a seal is provided.
- the lid portion of the cap has at least one puncture opening, which is closed from the outside with a film.
- the in between the cap on the one hand and the container neck or the Cover surface of the container neck on the other hand contained existing cavity Seal is made of a soft sealant, with the seal in the Puncture hole protrudes and this sealant with the cap, so with the inner surfaces of the cap in the region of the cavity completely is welded.
- the Make cap in its lid area so that it is a tearable Cover part is provided, wherein integrally formed on this cover part a tab is, by means of which the tear-out part are torn out of the cap can, so that an opening is formed in the lid portion of the cap. It is below this opening a perforated disc provided with the bottom of the Lid region of the cap is firmly connected by welding.
- the Perforated disk has several holes, which have different diameters can and through which the cannulas or hollow mandrels can be passed.
- a sealing disc is provided below this perforated disc, which on the Top of the lid surface of the container closure rests and the piercing a cannula or a hollow mandrel through the holes of the perforated disc in the container into the sealing function takes over.
- the gasket is designed so that it fills the closure cap diameter moderately full and therefore relatively a lot of material has to be spent.
- the Disadvantage that form during the piercing permanent cavities can, because the seal on the one hand and the lid surface of the container neck on the other hand, because of their different material properties, e.g. Elasticities, different from each other and in these resulting cavities can accumulate drug fluid if the infusion bottle over head is hung.
- EP 0 721 897 A1 discloses a generic cap for a medicament container, in particular described an infusion container, in which the two puncture areas is covered by a one-piece seal extending over both puncture areas, which is encased at its edges.
- this seal can with its to the top the container neck directed sealing surface not on the top of the container neck to sealing contact, since the bottom of the seal from a bridge to the top of the Container neck is spaced, this web is a part of the cap.
- the bottom of the seal on the one hand and the top of the medicine container On the other hand, therefore, there remains a gap, which, as already explained in detail above described, may be disadvantageous.
- the invention has on the one hand the Task asked a cap of the type described above in terms of their To improve sterile properties, ie in particular the sealing effect between the in the cap existing seal on the one hand and the top surface of the container neck on the other hand to increase and on the other hand, the further task, such a cap so form that produced for the particularly elastic and therefore expensive material Seal are made relatively small compared to the known seals can.
- This above-described embodiment of the closure cap according to the invention forms the arrangement in each case a single seal in a single associated with this seal Chamber in the lid area a tight fit for each seal inserted therein, the ensures that the seal during the piercing process not too strong Suffers deformation, which is about when a second puncture opening on the underlying area of the same seal transmits.
- Embodiment ensures that the respective puncture opening associated seal is not affected by the adjacent seal with respect to deformations, etc.
- the cylinder portion in its axial inner wall on a circumferential groove, in which the circular cross-section having a disc-shaped seal with a formed on its axial outer wall peripheral projection.
- the projection on at least one point on an interruption facilitates the For example, to be performed by an assembly machine insertion of the seals into the chamberings in that air, which is in the closed Chamber area of the cap is located, through these interruptions can escape, so not a cushion of compressed air between Seal on the one hand and the Kamm réelle on the other hand, which could cause the seal is pushed out of the chamber after insertion.
- the seal is in its central area in Thickness formed their thickness, for example, by specifying depressions in at least one of its radial sealing surfaces.
- the puncture opening provided on the outside of the chambering has a rupturable closure formed in one piece with the lid region of the closure cap.
- a rupturable closure formed in one piece with the lid region of the closure cap.
- the rupturable closure on a tear-open can also be formed in a manufacturing process, it can be grasped and pulled up with a finger, so that the underlying puncture opening, without touching it, is opened and the hollow dome of an infusion set can be inserted.
- the tear lever is a hinge on the outside attached to the Kamm réelle, so that the tearing lever is not after tearing the Puncture is lost, but together with the cap or the entire, emptied medication container can be disposed of.
- two puncture openings are provided in the lid region of the closure cap. These can be used independently, in particular opened, showing the advantage that their respective. Seals are completely independent of each other and thus do not interfere with each other when piercing the hollow dome.
- the seal used in the chamberings can be made of rubber, but also on the other hand be made of a plastic, depending on the requirements of the Properties of the seal are made.
- the invention further relates to a medicament, in particular infusion container, with a closure cap according to one of claims 1 to 11, which is made of a plastic and in which also made of plastic and attached with its jacket portion on the container neck cap with the Container neck is welded. This formation of the connection of the container neck with the cap results in an absolutely tight and thus secure connection.
- the top of the container neck is welded to the underside of the chamber.
- the pressure exerted by this on the cover surface of the container neck pressure this too strong bends into the interior of the container inside.
- the top surface of the lid surface of the container neck facing sealing surface of the seal also after piercing the same rests on the top of the lid surface of the container neck.
- the top of the container neck is also welded to the sealing surface of the seals. This additional measure ensures a particularly good seal between these individual parts of the medicament container and the closure cap.
- the closure cap 1 shown in the figures is substantially pot-shaped formed, that is, it has a lid portion 2 and a cladding region 3, with which they, as shown in Fig. 6, the closed-trained container neck. 4 a medicament container 5, for example an infusion container.
- the cap 1 a not described here in detail especially have trained jacket edge 6, with which they, for example, on a attached circular flange 7 of the container neck 4 of the medicament container 5, for example screwed or welded.
- the closure cap 1 with the inside 8 of its shell 3 with the outer surface the container neck 4 is glued or welded.
- closures 10 and 10 ' are also integrally formed, with Tear levers 11 and 11 'are provided under which are gripped with a finger can, then with appropriate force, the closures 10 and 10 'off the lid portion 2 of the cap 1 tearing out and thus the Puncture openings 9 and 9 'free.
