Claims (5)
- Procédé de réalisation de sangles ou rubans de même épaisseur à partir de sangles ou rubans prélevés dans l'aubier d'arbres du type résineux, et destinés à être utilisés pour réaliser des décorations ou le cerclage de fromages, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à découper longitudinalement et dans le sens de l'épaisseur la sangle ou le ruban prélevé peu de temps auparavant dans l'aubier pour former au moins une sangle ou un ruban d'épaisseur constante, tout en réalisant immédiatement avant l'opération de découpe une compression transversale linéaire bilatérale dans le sens de l'épaisseur de ladite sangle ou dudit ruban.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il un outil de coupe (3), un moyen d'entraínement (1) d'une sangle ou d'un ruban (2), prélevé peu de temps auparavant dans l'aubier d'un arbre du type résineux, dans son sens longitudinal, en direction dudit outil de coupe (3) disposé en sortie dudit moyen d'entraínement (1) et apte à réaliser une coupe dans le sens de l'épaisseur de ladite sangle ou dudit ruban (2), ledit moyen d'entraínement (1) étant du réalisant une compression transversale linéaire bilatérale dans le sens de l'épaisseur de ladite sangle ou dudit ruban (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de coupe (3) est animé d'un mouvement de vibration dans le sens longitudinal de son bord de coupe (30), perpendiculairement au sens d'avancement de la sangle ou du ruban (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraínement (1) consiste en deux rouleaux superposés (10, 11) dont l'un (10) est fixe tandis que l'autre (11) est mobile en déplacement de manière à pouvoir être amené au contact dudit rouleau fixe (10) avec une certaine pression réglable.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau mobile (11) est susceptible de prendre des positions fixes par rapport au rouleau fixe (10), avec, pour chacune desdites positions fixes, une possibilité de jeu rappelé élastiquement.
