- Das verwendete Glas bietet gegenüber dem Glaskeramikmaterial
wesentlich bessere Bearbeitungs- und Verformungsmöglichkeiten,
wodurch sich die konstruktiven und designerischen Möglichkeiten in der
Gestaltung des Kochfeldes wesentlich erhöhen. Neben der Funktion als
Kantenschutzelement lassen sich daher mit Vorteil die Glas-Formteile
adaptiv als Umfeldmaterial der Glaskeramikkochfläche in Form von
- Bedien- und Anzeigefeldern, d.h. Schaltfeldern
- Funktionsflächen, wie Warmhalte-, Abstell- und Arbeitsflächen
- -- Hüllflächen von Restflächen bei Arbeitsplattensegmentierung zuordnen.
- Das Erscheinungsbild ist nahezu identisch, auch wenn der Glanzgrad nicht voll identisch ist.
- Die Haptik ist identisch.
- Die Farbe und die Transparenz der Glas-Formteile kann durch die gegebenen einfachen Verarbeitungsmöglichkeiten als Gestaltungs- aber auch als Konstruktionsmerkmal eingesetzt werden, was neben dem Design auch die Bedienungsfreundlichkeit erhöht. - Abdecken der Randbedingungen für auskragende Bauteile (z.B. Schaltfeld)
- Hilfestellung bei der Anpassung an den Arbeitsplattenradius
- Einbindung anders gearteter Glaskeramikplatten-Konturen
- Funktionen im Zusammenhang mit Abdeckplatten (Gelenk)
- Anleimerfunktion, um Anhäufung von Materialschichten zu vermeiden.
- Abstellen heißen Kochgeschirrs
- Warmehaltezone
- Aufnahme der Bedienelemente
- Zuluftzone für integrierten Gasbrenner.
- Abluftzone für integrierten Gasbrenner, gegebenenfalls auch für Unterbaugeräte
- Schwallrand hinter dem Herdbereich
- Bedien- und Anzeigefeld
- Sicherheitsfunktionen (Schwallrand, Kindersicherung)
- Beide Kanten müssen eine Fase aufweisen, die mindestens so groß sein muß, daß es auch bei Einbauhöhen-Toleranzen nicht möglich ist, daß die scharfe Kante eines schweren Kochgeschirrs beim Verschieben mit der Kante kollidiert, sondern auf die Fase als schräge Anlauffläche stößt; insbesondere Edelstahltöpfe mit plangeschliffenem Boden haben meist sehr scharfe Kanten.
- Die abzudichtende Fuge soll möglichst schmal sein. Wenn man ein Silikon-Dichtprofil verwendet, muß die Fuge eine ausreichende Breite haben. Wenn man die Fuge mit Silikon-Dichtungsmasse ausspritzt, wird für das Silikon ausreichendes Volumen benötigt, damit es bei eventuellen Wärmebewegungen nicht zum Abriß kommt. Auch Silikon hat nur eine begrenzte Dehnbarkeit. Um trotzdem eine schmale Fuge zu erhalten, sind spezielle Kantenschliffe denkbar.
- Auch im Interesse der Reinigung ist eine schmale sichtbare Fuge anzustreben.
- Die Fase ist auch zum Abstreifen des überschüssigen Silikons günstig.
- In der Fig. 14 sind drei Ausführungsformen A, B, C für Anschluß- und Anbindungsmöglichkeiten von Hartglas-Formteilen 39 an eine Glaskeramikplatte 1 unter Ausbildung von Silikon-Minimalfugen 40 mit einem Auflager 41 aus Silikonmasse dargestellt, wobei die einzelnen Ausführungsbeispiele sich durch die Ausbildung der Kanten der Hanglas-Formteile und der Glaskeramikplatte unterscheiden.
Claims (28)
- Kochanordnung mit mindestens einem Kochfeld, das mindestens eine Glaskeramikplatte als Kochfläche aufweist, die von einem Formkörper als Adapter eingefasst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glaskeramikplatte (1) mit Formteilen (3, 4, 5; 8; 9; 10; 11; 12, 13, 14; 20 - 23, 24 - 27; 28, 29; 31, 32; 35; 39;) aus Glas mit ausgeprägter mechanischer Beständigkeit als Adapter im direkten Gefüge zumindest teilweise eingefasst ist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glas-Formteil aus technischem Glas besteht.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glas-Formteil aus Hartglas, vorzugsweise Borosilikat-Glas besteht.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glas-Formteil aus vorgespanntem Kalk-Natron-Glas besteht.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glas-Formteil aus einem glasfaserverstärktem Glas besteht.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Glas-Formteil aus einem Glas-Strangpressprofil-Halbzeug abgelängt ist.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Glas-Formteile (35) zu einem die Kanten der Glaskeramikplatte (1) vollständig rahmenartig umfassenden Kantenschutz zusammengefügt sind.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmen-Glas-Formteile (35) aus einem Profilglas bestehen und in den Eckbereichen der Glasformteile einstückige Profil-Eckknotenelemente (48) angeordnet sind, die mit den geraden Rahmen-Glas-Formteilen vorzugsweise profilgleich sind.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Glas-Formteilen Komponenten (53) für Anzeigefunktionen wie Restwärme, EIN/AUS und/oder Bedienfunktionen wie Steuertasten (Tastenschalter), des Kochfeldes zugeordnet sind.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den einstückigen Eckknotenelementen (48) Komponenten (53) für eine Restwärmeanzeige des Kochfeldes zugeordnet sind.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil der Glas-Formteile (35) einen oberen ebenen Abschnitt aufweist, welcher nach der dem Kochfeld zuzuwendenden Seite senkrecht abfällt und der auf der anderen Seite eine Schräge aufweist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil einen unteren Fortsatz zum Einsetzen in eine Halterung (50, 51) aufweist.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Kanten der Glaskeramikplatte (1) mit einem großflächigen, plattenförmigen Glas-Formteil (4 a, 4 b; 22, 23), welches eine abschließende Rundung aufweist, eingefasst sind.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Kante der Glaskeramikplatte (1) mit einem plattenförmigen Glas-Formteil (5) eingefasst ist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das plattenförmige Glas-Formteil (4, 5, 22, 23) eine geriffelte Oberfläche besitzt.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rückwärtige Kante des plattenförmigen Glas-Formteiles hochgebogen ist.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Kante der Glaskeramikplatte (1) mit einem gebogenen Glas-Formteil (3; 8; 10; 11; 24 - 27; 32) eingefasst ist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gebogene Glas-Formteil als Schalt- und/oder Bedienfeld ausgebildet ist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schalt- und/oder Bedienfeld aus zwei gebogenen Glas-Formteilen (3 a, 3 b) und einem dazwischen eingefügten plattenförmigen Glas-Formteil (3 c) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedienfläche des das Schalt- und/oder Bedienfeld bildenden Glas-Formteiles (10) schräggestellt ist.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20 mit einer in einer Arbeitsplatte (2) tiefergelegten Glaskeramikplatte (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Übergang auf das Arbeitsplattenniveau konkav gebogene Glas-Formteile (12 a, 12 b) vorgesehen sind.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21 mit einer segmentierten Arbeitsplatte, in der die Glaskeramikplatte (1) aufgenommen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Glas-Formteile (8; 11; 13, 14; 25; 32; 34) zum Ausfüllen der Restfläche vorgesehen sind, die frontseitig einen Biegeradius entsprechend der Arbeitsplatten-Kantenrundung haben.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glas-Formteile eine Unterkonstruktion (15 a, b; 43, 46) aus einem Metallprofil aufweisen.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, ausgebildet als Kochstation mit aneinandergereihten Kochstellen, die jeweils eine Glaskeramikplatte als Kochfeld aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Glaskeramikplatte (16, 17, 18, 19) mit Formteilen (20, 21; 22, 23; 28, 29) aus Glas mit ausgeprägter mechanischer Beständigkeit als Adapter im direkten Gefüge zumindest teilweise eingefaßt ist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Glaskeramikplatten der Kochstellen (16, 17, 18, 19) Stoß - auf - Stoß und bündig mit diesen großflächige plattenförmige Glas-Formteile (20, 21) als Funktionsflächen und jeweils am Anfang und am Ende der Reihung großflächige Abschluß-Glas-Formteile (22, 23; 28, 29) und frontseitig gebogene Glas-Formteile (24 a, 25 a, 26 a, 27 a) vorgesehen sind.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 25 mit einer über Eck geführten Reihung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Eck ein großflächiges, plattenförmiges Glas-Formteil (31) als Funktionsfläche vorgesehen ist.
- Kochanordnung nach Anspruch 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die großflächigen, plattenförmigen Glas-Formteile eine geriffelte Oberfläche besitzen.
- Kochanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schienensystem zum bausteinartigen flexiblen Aufnehmen der Glas-Keramikplatten und der Glas-Formteile vorgesehen ist.
