Abstract

Bekannt ist eine Kochmulde mit Muldenrahmen mit zumindest einer Rahmenzierleiste, die eine Muldenplatte allseitig umzieht, und mit einer Trennzierleiste, die einen Bedienbereich der Muldenplatte von deren Kochbereich trennt. Um den Aufbau der Mulde zu vereinfachen, ist die Muldenplatte einstückig ausgebildet, wobei die Trennzierleiste auf der Oberseite der Muldenplatte angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kochmulde mit einem Muldenrahmen mit zumindest einer Rahmenzierleiste, die eine Muldenplatte allseitig umzieht, und mit einer Trennzierleiste, die einen Bedienbereich der Muldenplatte von deren Kochbereich trennt.
Eine derartige Kochmulde ist bekannt aus der US 3 870 862, wobei die Muldenplatte aus zwei Teilmuldenplatten besteht. Die beiden Teilmuldenplatten bilden den Bedienbereich und den Kochbereich der Kochmulde und werden durch eine Trennzierleiste voneinander getrennt, die zudem die beiden Teilmuldenplatten zusammen mit einem Muldenrahmen haltert.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, den Aufbau der Kochmulde nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 zu vereinfachen.
Erfindungsgemäß ist dies bei einer derartigen dadurch erreicht, daß die Muldenplatte einstückig ausgebildet ist, und daß die Trennzierleiste auf der Oberseite der Muldenplatte angeordnet ist. Durch die Einstückigkeit der Muldenplatte ist eine einfache Herstellung und Montage der Kochmulde gewährleistet, ohne die Vorteile eines vom Kochbereich getrennten Bedienbereiches zu verlieren. Auch ist der Bereich unterhalb der Muldenplatte vor dem Eindringen von Flüssigkeit auf einfache Weise besser geschützt als bei der zweistückigen Muldenplatte nach dem Stand der Technik.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Rahmenzierleiste zusammen mit der Trennzierleiste einstückig ausgebildet. Auch durch diese Maßnahme ist die Fertigung und Montage der Kochmulde vereinfacht und weiterhin ein Muldenrahmen ohne Trennkanten bzw. -spalte bereitgestellt.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist die Trennzierleiste zumindest über einen Teil deren Länge eine sickenförmige Erhebung auf. Dadurch ist die Eigenstabilität der Trennzierleiste deutlich erhöht, was insbesondere beim Dagegenstoßen von Topfböden oder beim Reinigen im Randbereich zwischen Trennzierleiste und Oberseite der Muldenplatte wichtig ist. Der Hohlraum zwischen der Unterseite der sickenförmigen Erhebung und der Oberfläche der Muldenplatte ist vorteilhafterweise mit einem geeigneten Klebemittel gefüllt. Dabei ist der Hohlraum zur Aufnahme von beispielsweise Silikonklebstoff mit ausreichender Dicke geeignet dimensioniert, damit der Klebstoff die beim Aufheizen der Kochmulde durch die stark unterschiedlichen thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten von Edelstahl bzw. anderen geeigneten Zierleistenmaterialien und Glaskeramik oder beispielsweise Glas auftretenden Spannungen aufnehmen zu können. Erfindungsgemäß ist sichergestellt, daß die Zierleiste im wesentlichen spaltfrei aufliegt und betriebsgemäß nicht von der Muldenplatten-Oberseite abgehoben werden kann.
Nachfolgend ist anhand schematischer Darstellungen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Kochmulde beschrieben.

Eine Kochmulde 1 weist eine Muldenplatte 3 auf, beispielsweise aus Glaskeramik, die von einer rechteckigen und an der Muldenplatte 3 gehalterten Rahmenzierleiste 5 aus Edelstahl umzogen ist. Weitere an sich bekannte Rahmenteile, Heizelemente, Muldengehäuse und ähnliches sind nicht näher gezeigt. Die Rahmenzierleiste 5 ist in ihrem Querschnitt etwa viertelkreisförmig gestaltet und übergreift den Randbereich der Oberseite der Muldenplatte 3. Über die Breite der Kochmulde 1 erstreckt sich in deren einer Bedienperson zugewendeten Frontbereich, einstückig mit der Rahmenzierleiste 5 ausgebildet eine Trennzierleiste 7. Diese teilt die Muldenplatte 3 in einen großen beheizbaren Kochbereich 9 und einen kleineren mit Bedien- und gegebenenfalls mit Anzeigeelementen ausgestatteten Bedienbereich 11. Über im wesentlichen die gesamte Breite des Rahmens erstreckt sich in der Trennzierleiste 9 eine sickenförmige Erhebung 13. Zwischen deren erhabener Unterseite und der Oberseite der Muldenplatte 3 ist ist ein Hohlraum 15 definiert. Dieser ist mit einem Silikonklebstoff 17 gefüllt, wodurch die Trennzierleiste 7 im wesentlichen über deren gesamte Länge auf die Oberseite der Muldenplatte 3 geklebt ist. Dabei ist der Klebstoff 17 derart dosiert aufgebracht, daß er sich im wesentlichen ausschließlich im unmittelbaren Sickenbereich befindet. Dies hat zur Folge, daß die Trennzierleiste 7 im wesentlichen spaltfrei auf die Oberfläche der Muldenplatte 3 geklebt ist. Ein Eindringen von Flüssigkeit unter die Rahmenzierleiste 5 oder insbesondere deren Abheben von der Muldenplatte 3 ist damit deutlich erschwert bis ausgeschlossen. Die Flächenerstreckung des Bedienbereiches 11 ist so gewählt, daß Töpfe normaler Größe im Bedienbereich 11 nicht unmittelbar auf die Oberfäche der Muldenplatte 3 und dort vorhandene Anzeige- bzw. Bedienbereiche abgestellt werden können.

Claims (6)

  1. Kochmulde mit einem Muldenrahmen mit zumindest einer Rahmenzierleiste, die eine Muldenplatte allseitig umzieht, und mit einer Trennzierleiste, die einen Bedienbereich der Muldenplatte von deren Kochbereich trennt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muldenplatte (3) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und daß die Trennzierleiste (7) auf der Oberseite der Muldenplatte (3) angeordnet ist.
  2. Kochmulde nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenzierleiste (5) zusammen mit der Trennzierleiste (7) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  3. Kochmulde nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rahmenzierleiste (5) und die Trennzierleiste (7) aus Edelstahlmaterial bestehen.
  4. Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennzierleiste (7) zumindest über einen Teil deren Länge zumindest eine sickenförmige Erhebung (13) aufweist.
  5. Kochmulde nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (15) zwischen der Unterseite der sickenförmigen Erhebung (13) und der Oberfläche der Muldenplatte (3) mit einem Klebemittel (17) gefüllt ist.
  6. Muldenrahmen für eine Kochmulde nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
