Abstract

Un piano di cottura in vetroceramica (1) comprende una superficie libera (2) su cui vengono disposti dei contenitori (3) di alimenti (4) da preparare, al disotto di tale superficie (2) essendo disposto un generatore di luce e/o calore (b), quale una lampada alogena o similare (6), in corrispondenza del quale è posto un elemento riflettente (10) presentante almeno una faccia (15) rivolta verso detto generatore ed una faccia contrapposta (16) rivolta verso un ambiente esterno (17). Quest'ultima è investita da un flusso d'aria generato da un organo raffreddante e disposto al disotto dell'elemento riflettente, detto flusso d'aria raffreddando detto elemento riflettente riscaldantesi durante il funzionamento del generatore o lampada alogena (6).
