Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packaging for a Cable that is rolled up into an annular cable reel consisting of a film that surrounds the cable reel ring.
- the packaging usually consists of a Foil that surrounds the cable reel ring.
- the slide is in the Usually designed as a plastic film that is so stable is that it is subject to high mechanical stress during can withstand the transport of the cable reel ring.
- the known packaging for Cable reel rings thus have the disadvantages of being removed a pointed tool must be used for the film and that through the use of this pointed tool Cable can be damaged.
- the present invention is therefore the object is based on packaging of the type mentioned at the beginning to further train and to design that the Packaging is easy without the use of external aids and can be opened quickly and removed if necessary.
- the invention suggests of the packaging of the type mentioned above that the Packaging has a tear aid.
- the packaging according to the invention can for a cable reel ring without the use of external Tools can be opened easily and quickly.
- external aids become all such aids viewed that are not part of the packaging or the Cable reel rings, like a knife, are scissors or a screwdriver.
- the cable can then be removed from the opened packaging be handled in a controlled manner from the cable reel ring.
- the cable reel ring still from the open one, but not her own Form losing packaging held together.
- the partially opened packaging is still sufficient dimensionally stable, the rolled-up cable continues into one Hold cable reel ring together. If necessary, the opened packaging, however, entirely from that Cable reel ring are removed.
- the tear-open aid of the packaging can be of any design his. It is conceivable, for example, that the film has a perforated area or an area with a particular has a low film thickness, which is easy to tear open the film without external aids. It is also conceivable that the film with a band-shaped area has a particularly large film thickness. Independently on the type of tear aid, it makes sense if the Tear opener has an outwardly extending tab that is connected to the tear aid. This tab should can preferably be taken from the outside. Through the Tab can exert a pulling force on the tear aid and the film can be easily and quickly along the band-shaped area are torn open.
- the cable windings of the cable reel ring are preferred by at least one band-shaped cable tie element bundled. With these cable tie elements individual cable windings to the cable reel ring be held together.
- the cable tie elements provide next to the foil packaging of the cable reel ring for one additional stability of the cable reel ring. If the slide the packaging, however, is chosen to be sufficiently stable and runs sufficiently tight around the cable reel ring is enough the foil packaging alone around the cable reel ring to give the necessary stability.
- the tear aid as a The tear thread is formed between the cable reel ring and the film runs and at least a first of which End is passed through the film to the outside. This can the first end of the ripcord as a flap from the outside be taken.
- the pulling thread must be designed so that it is stable Tensile forces over the first end on the tear string can act, withstand.
- the ripcord can be one circular or a very flat rectangular Have cross-section. With a circular cross section the tear thread must have such a small diameter that he can slit the film without being over that especially high tensile forces on the tear thread must be exercised.
- the tear thread With a rectangular cross section the tear thread must be designed so flat that its sides form such a sharp edge that the foil apply with the tear thread without particularly high tensile forces to have to be slit.
- the tear string is there for example from a cord, a thread or a narrow one Tape. Materials such as hemp, cotton or Plastics into consideration.
- the tear thread is such a short length has and so between the cable reel ring and the Slide that runs with it only a short slit can be introduced into the film. Through this short The cable reel ring can then be slotted, preferably by be handled inside and outside in a controlled manner. It is but also conceivable that the tear thread is so long has and so between the cable reel ring and the Foil runs that by pulling on the tear thread small circular opening in the film which also controls the cable reel ring can be handled. The diameter of the circular Opening is preferably slightly larger than the diameter of the cable.
- the tear thread on the outer circumference of the Cable reel ring on the top or bottom of the Cable reel ring runs.
- the tear thread on the inner circumference of the cable reel ring the top or bottom of the cable reel ring runs.
- One end of the one rolled up to the cable reel ring Cable is usually on the inner circumference of the Cable reel ring and the other end of the cable on the The outer circumference of the cable reel ring is arranged. That about that Inner circumference of the cable reel ring lying end of the cable is usually at the top of either Cable reel ring or at the bottom of the Cable reel ring arranged.
- this embodiment can have a circular slit along the ripcord the inner circumference of the cable reel ring on the side of the Cable reel rings are inserted into the film on the the end lying on the inner circumference of the cable reel ring of the cable is arranged. This can be done through this slot The end of the cable is then easily grasped and to the outside be performed.
- the tear thread preferably runs once around the Inner circumference around. This can be done by means of the tear thread circular slit in the film of the packaging be introduced, the end of the slot in the Beginning of the slot merges so that on the whole The inside of the cable reel ring slit the film open is. The cable can then pass through this slot from the inside can be rolled out in a controlled manner without the cable is twisted inside the packaging.
- Tear thread between the cable reel ring and the film can be introduced.
- Tear thread between the cable reel ring and the film
- the second end of the ripcord on the inside circumference of the Cable reel ring lying end of the cable is attached.
- the tear thread runs on the inner circumference of the Cable reel ring between the cable reel ring and the Foil.
- the film is then pulled on the tear string open.
- the film is opened and the tear at the end is, by pulling the pulling thread further, the Tied and attached to the inner circumference of the Cable reel ring lying end of the cable through the opening pulled outwards in the film.
- the tear thread at least one of the cable tie elements is attached. After winding up the cable to the cable reel ring and after the cable windings of the cable reel ring through the Cable tie elements were then bundled Tear, preferably on the inner circumference of the Cable reel ring, attached to the cable tie elements become. This will ensure that the Tear on the cable reel ring allows so that Tear thread when wrapping the cable reel ring with the film is not moved.
- the film can be made from different materials his. However, you should be as resistant to mechanical stress. In addition, the Foil easy to handle and as light as possible. Finally should the film from both the manufacture and processing be as inexpensive as possible. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention suggested that the film be used as a plastic film is trained.
- the plastic film is preferably transparent educated. This means that it can be recognized from the outside Type of cable is included in the package without the Packaging must be opened. But it is also conceivable that the plastic film is partially transparent. The plastic film is then, for example, from one opaque material, but one or several viewing windows made of a transparent material having.
- the partially transparent plastic film can also consist of a transparent material that is used for Part with an opaque coating, for example one Color layer, is coated.
- the film can be attached around the cable reel ring by using a film that is wider than that Diameter of the cable reel ring, from the top of the Cable reel rings and another, just as wide film web from the bottom of the cable reel ring to the Cable reel ring is created and the two film webs then along the outer circumference of the cable reel ring be connected to each other.
- the Foil on the top of the cable reel ring inside the Cable reel ring with the film on the bottom of the Cable reel ring is connected. This training has especially with cable reel rings with a low Weight and a relatively small diameter the advantage that the cable reel ring encompasses for carrying with your hands can be.
- the film in the area of the inside of the Cable reel ring is pulled around the cable reel ring and at least allows encasing the cable reel ring partly also inside the cable reel ring. Thereby the handling of the cable reel ring becomes significant improved.
- the film on the top of the cable reel ring is preferred with the film on the bottom welded or glued.
- the area where the film is on the top with the Film is connected to the underside of the cable reel ring, runs in the plane of the top or in the plane of the Bottom of the cable reel ring. This allows the Cable reel ring are particularly wide inside.
- the present invention proposes that the Cable reel ring spirally using a film is wrapped.
- the film web is relatively narrow trained so that the cable reel ring wrapped with it can be made without the film web forming large folds.
- the film web should not be wider than that Inside diameter of the cable reel ring.
- the inside of the cable reel ring through foils on the top or bottom of the Cable reel spanned. Rather, the inside of the Cable reel rings free and can be transported with a Hand to be fully embraced.
- the second end of the ripcord at the beginning of the Foil sheet is attached.
- the The ripcord is guided in such a way that it turns from turn to turn Film web wrapped together with the cable reel ring becomes.
- the first end of the tear is advantageous led out between two turns of the film web.
- a short tear can be the first end of the tear led out of the film after just a few turns become.
- Fig. 1 the packaging according to the invention is in its Entire marked with the reference number 1.
- the Packing 1 according to the invention becomes a cable that leads to a ring-shaped cable reel 2 is rolled up, packed.
- the Cable windings of the cable reel ring 2 are by three band-shaped cable tie elements 3 bundled.
- the Cable tie elements 3 provide in addition to the packaging 1 additional stability of the cable reel ring 2.
- the packaging 1 consists of a transparent Plastic film 4.
- the plastic film 4 consists of a Foil sheet with which the cable reel ring 2 spirally is wrapped.
- a tear thread 5 as a tear aid to open the film 4.
- a first end 6 of the tear thread 5 is between two turns of the film web through the film 4 led to the outside.
- the tear thread 5 runs on Inner circumference of the cable reel ring 2 on the top of the Cable reel rings 2. It would also be conceivable that the tear thread 5 runs along the outer circumference of the cable reel ring 2.
- the tear thread 5 runs once around the entire inner circumference the cable reel ring 2 around. By pulling on the first one End 6 of the inner circumference of the cable reel ring 2 slit open. Through this slot the can then Inner circumference of the cable reel ring 2 lying end 7 of the Cable out and the cable reel ring 2 from the inside be handled externally in a controlled manner.
- the band-shaped cable tie elements 3 by a suitable Tool can be solved.
- the solved Cable tie elements 3 are the cable windings of the Cable reel rings 2 continue through the film 4 in shape held as this except for the slot along the Tear 5 is still completely intact.
- the packaging according to the invention can with the help of Ripcord 5 easily and quickly without additional external Tools are opened.
