Claims (11)
- Kartuschenverschluß mit Ventilfunktion, insbesondere für Druckfarbenkartuschen aus Kunststoff, mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) an einem Mundstückhals (2) der Kartuschenstirnwand (1) ist über nach innen vorspringende Rippen (4) ein nach außen gewölbter mittiger Zentralkörper (5) verbunden,b) der Mundstückhals (2) weist einen über den Verbindungsbereich mit den Rippen (4) vorstehenden zylindrischen Endabschnitt auf, der etwa in Höhe des Umfangs des Zentralkörpers (5) endigt und mit diesem eine Schlitzöffnung (6) begrenzt,c) auf dem Mundstückhals (2) sitzt eine Ventilhülse (7), die einen unteren, mit dem Mundstückhals axial verrasteten (10) Ringteil (9) und einen damit über Wandstege (11) verbundenen Oberteil (8) aufweist, der eine mit dem Zentralkörper (5) zusammenwirkende Dichtlippe (12) aufweist,d) die Wandstege (11) bewirken eine in Axialrichtung federelastische Verbindung zwischen dem unteren Ringteil (9) und dem Oberteil (8) der Ventilhülse (7).
- Kartuschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein den Zentalkörper (5) und die Ventilhülse (7) übergreifender Verschlußdeckel (13) auf den Mundstückhals (2) aufschraubbar ist.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Wandstege (11) zwischen dem unteren Ringteil (9) und dem Oberteil (8) der Ventilhülse (7) jeweils einen etwa S-förmigen Verlauf mit einer Ausdehnung in Umfangsrichtung der Ventilhülse haben.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach Anspruch 3, wobei die S-förmig verlaufenden Wandstege (11) jeweils paarweise oder doppelpaarweise mit gegensinnigem Umfangsrichtungsverlauf in mehreren am Hülsenumfang verteilten Gruppen angeordnet sind.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der untere Ringteil (9) der Ventilhülse (7) mit einer Anzahl von am Umfang verteilten Rastöffnungen ausgebildet ist, die über am Außenumfang des Mundstückhalses (2) gebildeten Rastnasen (10) einrastbar sind.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Oberteil (8) der Ventilhülse (7) mit einem den oberen Endbereich des Mundstückhalses (2) übergreifenden U-Profil ausgebildet ist.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach Anspruch 6, wobei der innere U-Schenkel des U-Profils als mit der Innenwandfläche des Mundstückhalses (2) zusammenwirkende elastische Dichtlippe (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei das U-Profil des Oberteils (8) der Ventilhülse (7) und das Profil des freien Stirnendes des Mundstückhalses (2) derart komplementär ausgebildet sind, daß sich zwischen beiden eine doppelte linienförmige Berührung längs zweier konzentrischer ringförmiger Berührungslinien ergibt.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, wobei der Verschlußdeckel (13) einen Innenwandbereich aufweist, der beim Aufschrauben des Verschlußdeckels auf den Mundstückhals (2) die Dichtlippe (12) des Oberteils (8) der Ventilhülse (7) gegen den Zentralkörper (5) spannt.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei der Verschlußdeckel (13) einen Innenwandbereich aufweist, der beim Aufschrauben des Verschlußdeckels (13) auf den Mundstückhals (2) das U-Profil des Oberteils (8) der Ventilhülse (7) gegen das freie Stirnende des Mundstückhalses (2) spannt.
- Kartuschenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der Mundstückhals (2) an seiner Innenwandfläche einen derart positionierten, durch eine Durchmesserveränderung gebildeten Absatz bzw. Übergang (2a) aufweist, daß die Dichtlippe (14), wenn die Ventilhülse (7) sich in einer hinteren Schließstellung befindet, mit einem im Durchmesser größeren Innenwandbereich des Mundstückhalses und, wenn die Ventilhülse (7) axial in eine vorgeschobene Öffnungsstellung ausgelenkt ist, mit einem jenseits des Absatzes bzw. Übergangs (2a) gelegenen, im Durchmesser kleineren Innenwandbereich des Mundstückhalses zusammenwirkt.
