Claims (4)
- Kettenziehmaschine als Antriebsaggregat beim Walzen oder Ziehen von Stangen und Rohren mit segmentförmigen, an zwei in einer Ebene liegenden Ziehketten synchron vorwärtsbewegten Ziehwerkzeugen, die in einer endlosen Schleife so geführt werden, daß sich jeweils gegenüberliegende Ziehwerkzeuge an das Ziehgut anpressen und dieses über Reibschluß mitnehmen, wobei zur Aufnahme der Anpreßkräfte der Ziehwerkzeuge in dem Bereich, in dem die Werkzeuge mit dem Rohr in Kontakt treten, lasttragende Rollen auf Stützbahnen abrollen, die durch jenseits der Stützbahnen angeordnete hydraulische Spannvorrichtungen abstützbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens eine Stützbahn (9,10) Teil einer Führungsleiste (12) ist, in die die Hydraulikkolben (13) der Spannvorrichtung derart integriert sind, daß ihre wirksamen Stirnseiten auf der den Laufrollen (8) abgewandten Seite gegen die in Grenzen verformbare Stützbahn (10) anstellbar sind. - Kettenziehmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungsleiste (12) die Zylinderbohrungen (11) für die Hydraulikkolben (13) der Spannvorrichtung enthält. - Kettenziehmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß alle Hydraulikkolben (13) an eine gemeinsame Druckmittelleitung (14) angeschlossen sind und deren Druckbeaufschlagung in Abhängigkeit vom Arbeitsprozeß veränderbar ist. - Kettenziehmaschine nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckbeaufschlagung der Hydraulikkolben (13) beim Ein- und Ausfädeln der Stangen oder Rohre (7) abschaltbar ist.
