Description
Die Vorspannung der Druckfeder 12 definiert zusammen mit der druckbeaufschlagten Fläche der Membran 11 die Schaltschwelle des Druckreglers 9. Bevorzugt wird man Mittel zum Einstellen der Vorspannung der Druckfeder vorsehen -z. B. eine Einstellschraube-, um besagte Schaltschwelle nach Bedarf individuell anpassen und abstimmen zu können.
Ersichtlich erstreckt sich der Abregelkanal 14 zentrisch koaxial durch den Innenraum 5 des Filtereinsatzes 3. Er mündet in einem Abregelanschluß 15, der an derselben Gehäuseseite angeordnet ist wie die beiden anderen Anschlüsse 4 und 7.
Das Gehäuse ist vorzugsweise aus Blech gefertigt und wird an beiden Enden mit Deckeln 16, 17 dicht verschlossen. Der (linke) Deckel 16 umfaßt die drei Anschlüsse der Druckregelanordnung, während der (rechte) Deckel 17 den Druckregler 9 nebst der Feder 12 abdeckt.
Abweichend von der bildlichen Darstellung kann man alle drei Anschlüsse des gemeinsamen Gehäuses koaxial zueinander vorzugsweise zentrisch anordnen, wie es bisher bei normalen Kraftstofffiltern mit nur zwei Anschlüssen schon bekannt ist. Zur weiteren Verteilung der unterschiedlichen Ströme ist dann ein entsprechendes Anschlußstück mit drei entsprechend koaxial mündenden, gegeneinander vollständig abdichtbaren und jenseits des Anschlußstücks separat anschließbaren Kanälen vorzusehen.
An der Außenwand des äußeren Kanals des gemeinsamen Gehäuses ist dann z. B. ein Gewinde vorzusehen, das in ein entsprechendes Gegenstück an dem besagten Anschlußstück einschraubbar ist. Damit könnte eine solche Druckregelanordnung auch sehr schnell und mit geringster Fehlerwahrscheinlichkeit angeschlossen bzw. ausgetauscht werden.
Es kann z. B. -ohne Abwandlungen auszuschließen- zweckmäßig sein, die Abregelströmung, wie in der Figur gezeigt, durch einen zentrisch innenliegenden Kanal 14 zu führen. Im Mündungsbereich umgibt der Vorlauf 6 dieses als Ringkanal und ist seinerseits von einem weiteren Ringkanal für den Zulauf 3 zum Filter umgeben. Selbstverständlich sind alle drei Kanäle sorgfältig gegeneinander und nach außen hin abzudichten.
Claims (8)
- Druckregelanordnung mit einem Druckregler (9) zwischen einer Pumpe und einem Verbraucher, insbesondere zwischen einer Kraftstoffpumpe und einem Verbrennungsmotor, bei der vom Vorlauf der Pumpe bei Überschreiten eines vorbestimmten Drucks eine Abregelmenge über eine Abregelleitung abgezweigt und in -einen Vorratsbehälter zurückgeführt wird, wobei der Druckregler (9) und ein Filtereinsatz (2) in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (1) angeordnet sind, das einen Zulaufanschluss (4), einen Vorlaufanschluss (7) und einen mit der Abregelleitung verbundenen Abregelanschluss (15) aufweist und alle drei Anschlüsse auf derselben Seite des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckregler (9) an einer von den Anschlüssen (4, 7, 15) abgewandten Seite des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist und dass die den Druckregler (9) aufweisende Seite des Gehäuses (1) Mittel zum Einstellen der Schaltschwelle des Druckreglers (9) hat.
- Druckregelanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckregler (9) und der Filtereinsatz in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (1) angeordnet sind, das einen Zulaufanschluß (4), einen Vorlaufanschluß (7) und einen Abregelanschluß (15) aufweist.
- Druckregelanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle drei Anschlüsse (4, 7, 15) auf derselben Seite des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet sind.
- Druckregelanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckregler (9) an einer von den Anschlüssen abgewandten Seite des Gehäuses (1) angeordnet ist.
- Druckregelanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abregelleitung (14) koaxial zentrisch im Filtereinsatz (2) angeordnet ist.
- Druckregelanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eingangsanschluß (8) des Druckreglers (9) stromab des Filtereinsatzes (2) angeordnet ist.
- Druckregelanordnung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle drei Anschlüsse des gemeinsamen Gehäuses koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei das gemeinsame Gehäuse mit einem Anschlußstück mit drei gegeneinander abdichtbaren Kanälen korrespondiert, mit dem es durch Aufstecken oder Aufschrauben verbindbar ist.
- Druckregelanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein innerer, zentrisch angeordneter Anschluß von einem ersten und einem zweiten Anschluß in Ringkanalform koaxial umschlossen ist.
