Abstract

Description

压力调节装置
本发明涉及一种压力调节装置。
在已公开的专利(DE 42 24 981 A1)中,燃油泵的增压管(压力管)内设置了一个压力调节器,其调节阀接近于最大的增压值。分流作为吸入喷射泵的推进射流利用。增压管首先操作。此外,在泵的增压管中一般设置了一个燃油过滤器,以免来自油箱的杂质进入化油器或喷油泵/喷油嘴中。这种装置经实践证明是适用的。
人们也把吸入喷射泵的推进射流用作喷油泵的回流。但出于费用原因和为了尽可能减少泄漏点(保持排放量规定),人们力图尽可能取消回流管。取而代之的是,应当只供给喷油设备实际耗用的燃油量。
人们提出了一种由一个压力缓冲器和一个燃油过滤器构成的组合(旧的专利申请号196 27 741.8)。但该专利只是略提一下具有可变容积的通流室可与一个过滤器组装一起;增压根据瞬时室内容积控制,所以既不需要回油管又不需要分流管。
本发明的目的是,尽量减少这种带一个分流的压力调节装置的零件数。
上述目的的技术解决方案在于,一种在一台泵和一个消耗器之间的带直压调节器的压力调节装置,在这种压力调节装置中,在超过预定压力的情况下,从泵的增压管经一分流管分出一股支流并流回储油箱中,其中,该压力调节器和一滤芯布置在一个共同的外壳中,该外壳具有一个进油管接头、一个增压管接头和一个与分流管连接的分流管接头,全部这三个管接头都布置在外壳的同一侧上,其特征为,压力调节器布置在外壳的背向上述管接头的一侧上,并且该共同外壳的全部三个管接头相互同轴布置,其中共同外壳带有一个连接件与三个相互密封的通道对应,用该连接件可通过插接或螺纹连接实现连接。
如果压力调节器连带分流管道与一个过滤器组装成一个组合单元,则这些结构元件应由厂家预装配成一个单元。这个单元在皮带输送机上进行最终装配时用少量手柄装入相应汽车的燃油供应系统中。取消了压力调节器和过滤器之间的附加连接,所以不但减少了零件数,而且还大量节省了劳力。
如果具有过滤器的压力调节器布置在一个共同的具有一个进油管接头、一个出油管接头和一个分流管接头的外壳中,则滤芯或过滤器外壳可简单地连接在泵的下游并起限压和精细过滤燃油的双重功能的作用。
如果全部三个管接头都布置在过滤器罩的同一侧上,因为这样一来例如就可首先固定过滤器罩,然后把这些管接头连接在一个固定底座上,这样就可达到特别简单和快速的安装。
压力调节器最好布置在远离上述管接头的过滤器罩的一侧上,这样就有足够的安装空间来安装它的零件,而另一方面又不妨碍管接头。
压力调节器布置在滤芯的下游还有一个优点是,滤芯长期增加的节流阻力对压力调节器的调节性能影响很小。此外,没有过滤的燃料油不会进入分流回路中。
如果分流管与过滤器同轴布置,则可形成一个特别紧凑的结构。
共同的外壳最好用钢板制成且两侧用盖密封(例如通过卷边)。为了该单元的机械固定,可设置一个例如锁紧螺母。如果全部三个管接头相互同轴布置且压力调节装置用一个适当的连接部分通过插接或螺丝连接直接与三个相应的相互可密封的通道进行连接,则可大量节省安装时间。
本发明的其它细节和优点可从一个实施例的附图及其下面的详细说明中得知。
唯一的一幅图表示本发明压力调节装置的一个横截面示意图。
在一个外壳1(也叫过滤器芯子)中,按众所周知的方式设置了一个空心圆筒形的滤芯2。通过带有一个进油管接头4的一根进油管3由一台图中未示出的油泵把燃油泵入外壳1中。燃油从滤芯2的外表面绕流到它的内室5中并进行杂质的机械过滤。燃油从滤芯2的内室5经一个增压管6流到同样在图中未示出的耗油器。其中,燃油流经一个增压管接头7,在该接头上连接了一根在图中未示出的增压管。一个压力调节器9(穿通外壳壁)的管接头8也与内室5连通,所以已过滤的燃油同样可进入该压力调节器。所以在压力调节器入口处作用一个待传送到耗油器上的推进压力。该压力为3500百帕(3.5巴)左右。一个阀体10和一个与该阀体固定连接的膜片11属于压力调节器9。该膜片一方面受推进压力的作用。另一方面又布置一个压缩弹簧12,该压缩弹簧朝阀座13对阀体10进行预应力。该阀座由一个分流通道14的一个入口边缘构成。
压缩弹簧12的预加载与膜片11的受压力作用的面积一起确定压力调节器9的调节阈。最好设置调节压缩弹簧预加载的调节装置(例如一个调节螺丝),以便根据需要单个匹配和调节上述的调节阈。
从图中可看出,分流通道14中心同轴通过滤芯2的内室5。它与一个分流管接头15连通。象其它两个管接头4和7那样,管接头15布置在相同的外壳侧。
该外壳最好用钢板制成并在两端用盖板16、17密封。(左)盖板16包围压力调节装置的三个管接头,而(右)盖板17则盖住压力调节器9和弹簧12。
与迄今为止已知的只带两个管接头的普通燃油过滤器不同的是,图示可将共同外壳的全部三个管接头相互同轴最好布置在中心。这时为了不同的油流的进一步分配,设置了一个相应的连接件,该连接件具有三个相应同轴流入的、相互完全可密封的并在该连接件的那边可单独连接的通道。
于是,共同外壳的外通道的外壁上例如设置有螺纹,该螺纹可拧入上述连接件上的一个相应的配合件中。这样,这种压力调节装置也可很快地并以极小的误差概率进行连接或更换。
如图所示,例如(不作任何改变)最好分流通过一个位于中心的通道14引导。在出口区内,增压管6作为环形通道包围该出口区,而环形通道本身则被到过滤器的进油管3的另一个环形通道包围。当然,全部三个通道都必须相互精心向外密封。

Claims (7)

1.一种在一台泵和一个消耗器之间的带有压调节器的压力调节装置,在这种压力调节装置中,在超过预定压力的情况下,从泵的增压管经一分流管分出一股支流并流回储油箱中,其中,该压力调节器和一滤芯布置在一个共同的外壳中,该外壳具有一个进油管接头、一个增压管接头和一个与分流管连接的分流管接头,全部这三个管接头都布置在外壳的同一侧上,其特征为,压力调节器(9)布置在外壳(1)的背向上述管接头(4,7,15)的一侧上,并且该共同外壳的全部三个管接头相互同轴布置,其中共同外壳带有一个连接件与三个相互密封的通道对应,用该连接件可通过插接或螺纹连接实现连接。
2.按权利要求1的压力调节装置,其特征为,压力调节器(9)和该滤芯布置在一个共同的外壳(1)中,该外壳具有一个进油管接头(4)、一个增压管接头(7)和一个分流管接头(15)。
3.按权利要求2的压力调节装置,其特征为,全部三个管接头(4、7、15)都布置在外壳(1)的同一侧上。
4.按权利要求2或3中之一的压力调节装置,其特征为,压力调节器(9)布置在外壳(1)背向上述管接头的一侧上。
5.按权利要求1~3中之一的压力调节装置,其特征为,分流管(14)同轴同心布置在滤芯(2)中。
6.按权利要求1~3中之一的压力调节装置,其特征为,压力调节器(9)的入口管接头(8)布置在滤芯(2)的下游。
7.按权利要求1的压力调节装置,其特征为,一个中心布置的内管接头被第一和第二个管接头同轴包围成一个环行通道。
