Claims (8)
- Kochfeld mit einer Kochfeldplatte, insbesondere aus Glaskeramik, die an einem metallischen, einteiligen Montagerahmen gehaltert ist, dessen Seitenwände sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Kochfeldplatte erstrecken und der bodenseitig eine sich parallel zur Kochfeldplatte mit Abstand zu dieser erstreckende Montageschulter aufweist, die eine großflächige Bodenöffnung des Montagerahmens umzieht und in welcher Montageschulter Montageöffnungen zur Halterung von Komponenten des Kochfeldes vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (23, 24) als voneinander getrennte einzelne Seitenwandabschnitte ausgebildet sind, die umfangsseitig jeweils einzeln, rechtwinklig von der Montageschulter (37) abgebogen sind.
- Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Seitenwänden (23) des Montagerahmens (5) Montageöffnungen (27) zur Halterung eines Zierrahmens (3) des Kochfeldes (1) an dem Montagerahmen (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Seitenwände (23, 24) des Montagerahmens (5) in dessen Eckbereich in Druckfügetechnik miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kochfeldplattenseitig von den Seitenwänden (23, 24) des Montagerahmens (5) jeweils schulterförmige Stützabschnitte (21) rechtwinklig abgebogen sind, auf denen die Kochfeldplatte (7) liegt.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Seitenwänden (23) des Montagerahmens (5) zu deren Stabilisierung langgestreckte Profilbereiche vorgesehen sind.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kochfeldplatte (7) mit dem Montagerahmen (5) und/oder dem Zierrahmen (3) über eine Klebeverbindung (19) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines rechteckigen, einteiligen, metallischen Montagerahmens (5) für ein Kochfeld (1), wobei die Seitenwände (23, 24) des Montagerahmens (5) als einzelne Flächen jeweils rechtwinklig aus einer Bodenplatte (37) des Rahmens (5), die eine Montageschulter (37) bildet, abgebogen werden, wobei die Seitenwände (23, 24) in jeweils benachbarten Randbereichen miteinander fest verbunden werden, und wobei in die Montageschulter (37) Montageöffnungen (41) zur Halterung von Komponenten des Kochfeldes (1) und in die Bodenplatte (37) ein großflächiger Ausschnitt (39) gestanzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kochfeldplattenseitig von den Seitenwänden (23, 24) des Montagerahmens (5) jeweils schulterförmige Stützabschnitte (21) rechtwinklig abgebogen werden.
