Claims (10)
- Einkammer-Aufgußbeutel (1) aus heißsiegelfähigem Filterpapiermaterial, insbesondere zur Bereitung von Tee, mit einer ein Substanzquantum (14) enthaltenden Kammer (13), die an ihrem Kopfende (10) und an ihrem Fußende (9) durch je eine quer verlaufende Heißsiegelung (11, 12) verschlossen ist, wobei an dem Aufgußbeutel (1) ein Faden (19) mit einem Etikett (22) befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Faden (19) im Inneren der Kammer (13) untergebracht ist, sein erstes freies Ende (20) fest mit der quer verlaufenden Heißsiegelung des Fußendes (9) verbunden ist, sein zweites Ende (21) durch die quer verlaufende Heißsiegelung des Kopfendes (10) oder benachbart aus der Kammer (13) herausziehbar hindurchgeführt ist und außerhalb der Kammer (13) mit dem Etikett (22) insbesondere durch Heißsiegeln verbunden ist, welches durch Siegelung leicht am Beutel (1) angeheftet ist. - Einkammer-Aufgußbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faden (19) im Inneren der Kammer (13) schlaufenförmig und damit über eine größere Länge herausziehbar untergebracht ist.
- Einkammer-Aufgußbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (22) an der Kammerwand (2, 3) angeheftet ist, die frei von der bei dieser Art von Beuteln notwendigen Mittel-Längs-Verbindung, insbesondere Mittel-Längs-Heißsiegelung, ist.
- Einkammer-Aufgußbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Ende des Fadens (19) als Schlaufe (39) gelegt und mit dem Etikett (22) im Inneren einer asymmetrischen Etikettfaltung durch Heißsiegeln verbunden wird, wobei das aufgrund der asymmetrischen Faltung längere Blatt des Etiketts (22) außen angeordnet ist und durch zwei Siegelpunkte (24) mit dem überstehenden Blattende am Beutel (1) befestigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Einkammer-Aufgußbeuteln nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer zunächst ebenen heißsiegelungsfähigen Filterpapierbahn (25) ein Etikettfaden (19) mäanderförmig, insbesondere mittig um die Längsachse verlaufend auf die Oberseite der Bahn (4) aufgelegt und fixiert wird, daß in regelmäßigen Abständen zueinander auf die Unterseite der Bahn (4) eine Reihe von Etiketten im wesentlichen deckungsgleich mit dem Etikettfaden (19) auf der Oberseite aufgebracht und fixiert wird, daß durch jedes Etikett (22) hindurch der Faden (19) mittels eines Werkzeugs von unten gegriffen wird und durch die Filterpapierbahn (25) und das Etikett (22) hindurch auf die Unterseite, insbesondere in Form einer Schlaufe (39), gezogen wird, daß sodann die Schlaufe (39) an dem Etikett (22) befestigt wird und das Etikett (22) an der Filterpapierbahn (25) durch Heißsiegeln befestigt wird, wonach in an sich bekannter Weise - gegebenenfalls nach Aufwölbung ihrer Längsränder (5, 6) - portionierte Substanzquanten (14) der auszulaugenden Substanz in gleichmäßigen Abständen auf der Filterpapierbahn (25) abgelegt werden, aus der Bahn ein fortlaufender Schlauch gebildet wird und sodann der Schlauch in regelmäßigen, jeweils ein Substanzquantum (14) erfassenden Abständen in Querrichtung heißgesiegelt wird, und daß sodann die Quer-Heißsiegelungen mittig derart geschnitten werden, daß am Fußende (9) des so gebildeten Schlauchbeutels der innen liegende Etikettfaden (19) in der Heißsiegelung fixiert bleibt, während er am Kopfende (10) aus der Kammer (13) herausziehbar durch die Heißsiegelung geführt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Greifen des Fadens (19) von unten durch jedes Etikett (22) hindurch mittels des Werkzeugs, insbesondere mit einer Nadel, durch ein Loch (38) im Etikett (22) durchgeführt wird, wobei die Filterpapierbahn (25) mit dem Werkzeug durchstochen und der Faden durch diese Öffnung gezogen wird, wobei die Öffnung in der Quer-Heißsiegelung so positioniert ist, daß ein späteres Herausziehen des Fadens (19) aus der Kammer (13) durchführbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Etikettfaden (19) auf der Filterpapierbahn (25) durch zwei im Abstand zueinander vorgenommene punktförmige Heißsiegelungen (24) angeheftet wird, zwischen denen der Faden (19) von dem Werkzeug, insbesondere von einer Nadel, zum Durchziehen durch die Bahn (4) und das Etikett (22) hindurch gegriffen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Längsseiten des Schlauches während der Schlauchformung oder anschließend an die Schlauchformung mit einer nach innen sich erstreckenden Einfaltung (17, 18) versehen werden, um das Kammervolumen zu vergrößern.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ebene Filterpapierbahn (25) vor der Fadenauflage mit linienförmigen Vorprägungen (27) in Längsrichtung entsprechend der für die Einfaltungen (17, 18) vorgesehenen Zahl von Faltvorgängen versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gesamten Faden (19) während des Verarbeitungsprozesses leicht an der Filterpapierbahn (25) durch eine Erwärmung entweder der Bahn (4) oder des Fadens (19) angeheftet wird, wobei dies jedoch so durchgeführt werden muß, daß sich der Faden (19) durch Zug wieder leicht lösen und damit später aus der Kammer (13) herausziehen läßt.
