Definitions
- the invention relates to a door sill, with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the insulation profile has a horizontal bar of vertical cross section and engages in a horizontal U-shaped bar of the metal profile. Both Profiles are based on a floorboard and can in addition to the above-described locking with fixing screws be fastened through the floorboard.
- a similar door sill is known from DE-U-296 02 408.
- the insulation profile is a rectangular hollow chamber profile, the between parallel legs of the metal hollow profile is locked, facing the room interior. This Legs are due to their metallic heat conducting connection with outside door sections of the metal hollow profile cold, so that here in an undesirable way condensation can occur because the thighs with moist warm indoor air get in touch.
- DE-U-296 12 478 a metal hollow profile with a single-walled Cladding insulation profile, which is a vertical door hinge wall has and is locked to the metal hollow profile, wherein the threshold at the bottom fixing fasteners available are.
- the door stop wall are adjacent locking means, the for a locking of the single-walled insulating profile on the metal hollow profile serve.
- the invention is based on the object a threshold with the features mentioned below Maintaining adequate thermal insulation without condensation in the area of the door stop wall in such a way that a stable connection of the metal hollow profile with the insulating profile is reached.
- a Door sill with a metal hollow profile, with a plastic one existing, a hollow chamber having insulating profile, which has a vertical door stop wall and by means of a latch is connected to the metal hollow profile, the of the Hollow chamber of the insulating profile or at least of the door stop wall is fully covered inside the door, with the door sill has fixing means for fixing to the ground, wherein the locking of the insulating profile with the metal hollow profile Located outside the door of these fasteners is and the fasteners only through the insulation profile are guided.
- the metal hollow profile by means of the hollow chamber of the insulating profile of condensation endangering Surrounded areas of the threshold is held without the uniformity of the threshold give up.
- the metal hollow profile by means of the hollow chamber of the insulating profile of condensation endangering Surrounded areas of the threshold is held without the uniformity of the threshold give up.
- a connection or latching of the vertical Door hinged wall without condensation on metal hollow profiles is achieved, which would have to include the insulation profile.
- the locking is shifted far to the outside of the door and kept away from damp indoor air. Because the threshold naturally flat, which are due to the relocation the locking conditional cross-sectional problems or the Cross-sectional need solved in that the locking of the Dämmprofils arranged with the metal hollow profile outside the door is. It is exploited that the fasteners over seen the length of the threshold only punctiform are, in a way that the connection strength the locking otherwise not impaired. There are the fasteners passed through the insulation profile.
- the connecting or Latching points arranged inside the door threshold are, namely in such a protected area, the one Irrigation from the outside is not accessible, because the metal hollow profile forming a water throat, for example extend below an appearance of the threshold can.
- the threshold can be designed so that the Metal hollow profile and the insulation profile on the side a mounting groove form, and that the locking causing connecting means at least partially between the mounting groove and the floor are arranged.
- the mounting groove can serve fasteners or parts of fasteners with which the threshold is attached to the floor becomes. Despite the presence of the fasteners can the threshold in the sense of one of the inside of the door remote latching are formed when the latching means at least partially between the mounting groove and the floor are arranged.
- An expedient embodiment of the threshold can thereby be achieved that the metal hollow section and the insulation profile limit a mounting groove laterally and each counter-locking means for engagement of locking means of a fastening groove have covering tread plate.
- One the fastening groove Covering footboard is in the sense of functionality the door sill advantageous and serves their attractiveness.
- the arrangement of locking means on the metal hollow profile and counter-locking means on the insulation profile or vice versa serves a simple configuration of the cross section the threshold, because none of the aforementioned components so far must be stretched into the sphere of the other, that the locking of the tread plate either only from the metal hollow profile or only from the insulation profile would have to be made.
- the metal hollow profile kept away from the inside of the door as that is off Plastic existing insulation profile for locking the tread plate is used.
- the threshold With regard to the vertical load capacity of the threshold, namely when entering or driving, the threshold is formed so that the metal hollow profile and the The insulation profile in each case rest on the floor and the footboard with a counter-locking means forming a support bar on one Edge and with the counter-locking means forming a hollow chamber the Dämmprofils is supported on the other edge. Consequently is the counter-locking means of the metal hollow profile and the Counter-latching means of the insulating profile each supported directly on the ground, so that a corresponding stability results, namely a fixation of the counter-locking means, the tread plate can safely hold, although the counter-locking means respectively attached to different components, the themselves locked together.
- An advantageous embodiment of the threshold is before, when the hollow chamber of the insulating profile below a connects the mounting groove extending support chamber, at the chamber walls coupling means for locking the Dämmprofils with counter-coupling means of the metal hollow profile available.
- the support chamber also unfolds hollow chamber effect and complements the hollow chamber of the insulating profile in terms the thermal insulation effect. It also serves to stabilize the Dämmprofils, as can be seen from its cross-sectional view readily yields. It also serves the purpose of To wear or train coupling agents, the Locking the insulation profile with the metal hollow profile serve.
- a preferred embodiment of the door threshold results in that the insulating profile two horizontally projecting Clutch strips having, substantially one above the other arranged and with corresponding horizontally projecting mating coupling strips the metal hollow profile are locked.
- the Coupling strips and the mating coupling strips can be used accordingly designed and applied to different principles special design wishes for the cross section of the door sill be adjusted.
- the threshold form so that an upper coupling strip of Dämmprofils in an upper mating coupling strip of the metal hollow profile is insertable, and that the insulation profile to a formed by the upper coupling and counter coupling strips Swivel axis from an inclination to the metal hollow profile in an aligned horizontal position is pivotally, in the lower coupling and mating coupling strips engaged are.
- This embodiment of the door sill is used in particular the simple assembly of the insulating profile with the metal hollow profile. In an assembly by pivoting come the a flat door sill own long lever arms to the validity, with which comparatively large forces are applied can to achieve fixed locks. In addition, will also visually apparent, namely by the stretched horizontal Arrangement of both profiles that this their intended Have reached an assembly position.
- the door sill be formed so that the metal hollow profile below an upper coupling strip of the insulating profile receiving longitudinal chamber a the Dämmprofil supporting Stop wall has formed on the lower mating connector strip is.
- the stop wall becomes the relative end position better defined for both profiles.
- the stop wall serves Stabilization after assembly of both Profiles.
- the lower mating connector bar can be in easier Be formed way.
- the safe assembly of both profiles can be improved be that on the stop wall, a hook-shaped mating coupling strip is formed, and that the lower coupling strip the Dämmprofils an inclined in detent position Has under the mating connector strip cross latch.
- the oblique arrangement of the lower coupling strip or the Snap hook of this bar can be chosen so that the Latch hook in the direction of the pivoting movement of the insulating profile pivots during assembly of both profiles in the locking connection. The locking can be achieved with less force and is safer against loosening.
- the threshold usually serves the stop of a Door leaf directly or with a sealing strip on the vertical chamber wall of the hollow chamber of the insulating profile presses and the chamber wall accordingly abruptly and / or permanently loaded.
- the threshold is formed so that the Hollow chamber of the insulating profile on its vertical door stop wall and / or on a vertical inner wall chamber inside Has stiffening ribs.
- a particularly rigid design of the insulating profile in the area its hollow chamber arises when vertical walls of the Hollow chamber of the insulating profile of a hollow support profile with each other are connected.
- the hollow support profile can in his Cross-sectional design to be absorbed by the hollow chamber Loading be adapted by a cross-sectional design is provided, for example, the shock loads will be produced and at the same time with the insulation profile can, for example by extrusion.
- An assembly of the threshold can be achieved by that the insulation profile below a mounting groove arranged insertion strip has, in a likewise engages below the mounting groove located receiving groove. With the plug-in strip and with the receiving groove can the assembly of the threshold on a mere mating be reduced. Nevertheless, the cohesion of this two components of the door sill is not at risk because the insertion area located below the mounting groove is.
- the door threshold can be formed so that the receiving groove from a vertically open U-bar of the metal profile is formed, in which engages the male strip. It there is the possibility of vertical assembly of the Insulating profile with the metal hollow profile. That makes one easier Then assemble the door sill if the metal hollow profile from the outset rests on a floor surface and there at Assembly can be supported.
- a cohesion of the metal hollow profile and the insulating profile is promoted by the fact that the insertion strip a ribbing having latched with a Gegenverrippung is, if necessary, complementary locking means are available.
- Stabilizing the cohesion of the threshold affects if the U-bar and / or a support leg the plug-in strip on the floor can be supported / are. In particular will inevitably support the threshold in the Center area and also reached in the insertion area.
- the different thresholds shown in the figures 10 each have a metal hollow section 11, one out Plastic existing insulation profile 13 and a tread plate 20, which preferably also consists of plastic. they are assembled so formed that a flat door sill 10 results in that according to FIG. 2c both with a door outside 31 is in thermally conductive connection, as well as with a door inside 32nd The separation of both takes place with a Door leaf 33, the door sill 10 adjacent outer contour with the door closed in Fig. 2c shown schematically has been. It can be seen that two sealing options are present, namely a first sealing point 34 in the area of a wing flashover 35 and a second sealing point 36 in the region of an end wall 37 of the Door leaf 33, which is parallel to the tread plate 20. For example can in a groove 38 of the door 33, a sealing strip to be installed, which at the tread plate 20 at closed door leaf 33 sealingly abuts.
- the metal hollow section 11 rests on a bottom 15 and relies on it when it is loaded vertically.
- the insulating profile 13 is located on the floor 15 and is supported by it under vertical load.
- the metal hollow profile 11 with the outside of the door 31 in heat-conducting contact stands and therefore the ruling there, usually colder Temperature assumes.
- the insulating profile 13 is essentially in vertical projection region of the door leaf 33 is arranged. It is against contact with the outside of the door 31 of the tread plate 20 completely shielded when on the tread plate 20 is sealed, and stands with the outside of the door 31 only slightly in heat-conductive contact, if only is sealed in the area of the wing flashover 35.
- the insulating profile 13 Because of the considerable horizontal extent of the insulating profile 13 practically over the entire thickness of the door 33rd and also because of its shielding by the bad heat-conducting Kusentstoff existing tread plate 20 performs the Thermal insulation effect of the insulating profile 13 to the fact that the threshold 10 shows a thermal separation of the inside of the door 35 from the outside of the door 31, with full coverage of the Metal hollow sections 11 through the insulation profile 13 in horizontal Projection a formation of condensation liquid in the area the threshold 10 completely excludes.
- Essential component for a good thermal insulation is a hollow chamber 12 of the insulating profile 13, according to the figures from a vertical door stop wall 14 and one to this formed by a distance parallel vertical inner wall 27, which are integral with one another by short horizontal transverse walls are connected.
- Fig. 2c is conceivable that the door 33 at violent closing to a line-shaped reference point horizontal Loading the door stop wall 14 leads.
- This burden will by a sealing strip, not shown in FIG Door rollover 35 caused on the door hinge wall 14 press and these in the presentation level to the left deformation seeks.
- the door stop wall 14 and also to this parallel inner wall 27 each with inner ribs 28,29 provided.
- With abrupt horizontal and oblique or vertical loading of the hollow chamber 12 slides a horizontal reinforcing rib 28 in one between two horizontal stiffening ribs 29 formed receiving groove 39 and thereby leads to a stabilization of the hollow chamber 12th
- the vertical loading of the hollow chamber 12 takes place in particular by vertical loads of the tread plate 20.
- the Tread plate 20 has two arranged on the same vertical plane Edges 20 ', 20' ', of which the one edge 20' supported on a support web 40 of the metal hollow section 11, the forms a surge edge and the inside of the door 32 accumulating Water repels according to its height.
- the other Edge 20 '' lies on the hollow chamber 12 of the insulating profile thirteenth on. This and the support bar 40 are practically the same height, so that a support side practically flat treadboard 20th can be used.
- Fig. 2b On an underside 41 of the tread plate 20 are according to Fig. 2b locking means 19 in the form of parallelepiped plates Moldings attached.
- the locking means 19 act on their Forming matched counter-locking means 18 together, the on the one hand on the metal hollow section 11 and the others are located on the insulating profile 13.
- Metal hollow profile side is the locking means 19 an angle-shaped bar with a teilnikförmigem Cross-section and engages in an approximately semi-circular, the counter-locking means 18 forming a groove.
- the counter-latching means 19 is a vertical bar with hook strip, at one of the counter-locking means 18 forming undercut edge the insulating profile 13 is to be hooked.
- FIG. 2b shows the assembly of the tread plate 20 with the profiles 11, 13 in that first the metal hollow profile side Locking means 19 under oblique attitude of the tread plate 20 positively in the metal hollow profile side counter-locking means 18th plugged in and then the tread plate 20 pivoted so long is until the dämmprofil workede locking means 19 of FIG. 2c is hooked with the insulating profile 13.
- the insulating profile 13 or its hollow chamber 12th and the metal hollow section 11 or its support web 40 form a fastening groove 17 and their vertical Sidewalls off.
- the fastening groove 17 is present to accommodate parts of fasteners 16, with which the door sill 10 is attached. These fasteners 16 are usually screws, their heads after the complete Screwing in the fastening screws within the Mounting groove 17 are housed. The positioning of the Fixing screws is in Fig.1 by a dotted line 42 marked.
- latching means present below the mounting groove 17 , the latching of the insulating profile 13 with the metal hollow profile 11 serve. These latching means are different designed. However, they are all part of one Support chamber 22 of the insulating profile 13 or they are separate and with the walls of this support chamber 22 in one piece.
- the Supporting chamber 22 has two each other at least in sections parallel horizontal walls 22 ', 22' ', the hollow chamber side are interconnected by the inner wall 27 and the metal hollow profile side are designed differently. This Design depends on the design of the latching means the profiles 11,13 together. All embodiments is common that two horizontally projecting coupling strips 23 ', 23' 'are present, which are arranged substantially one above the other are.
- Fig.1 jumps from an end-side chamber wall 22 '' 'of the chamber 22 before a semi-annular hook and engages in a corresponding partially annular slotted longitudinal chamber 43 of the metal hollow section 11.
- the semi-annular coupling strip 23 ' is a hook-shaped mating connector strip 24 'of the metal hollow section 11 coupled in such a form-fitting manner, that a horizontal pulling apart of the profiles 11,13 impossible is.
- the threshold of Figure 1 is characterized by the further from that the counter-coupling strip 24 '' hook-shaped is and is attached to a stop wall 44, the is located below the longitudinal chamber 43.
- the stop wall 44 supports the insulating profile 13 horizontally and stabilized also the hook-shaped counter-coupling strip 24 ''.
- the vertical and horizontal loads of the hollow chamber 12 can also be intercepted by the fact that the hollow chamber 12 is formed more stable.
- a hollow support profile 30 arranged in the hollow chamber 12 of the insulating profile 13 according to Figure 1 .
- This hollow support profile 30 is in essentially square and its edges form components the door stopper wall 14 and the inner wall 27.
- the diagonal arrangement the support hollow profile 30 improves the horizontal and also the vertical load capacity of the hollow chamber 12.
- the distance of the metal hollow section 11 of the door stop wall 14 is by suitable training of the insulation profile 13 to a thermal insulation section in the sense of improved Thermal insulation used and it can be prevented that the Metal hollow section 11 with moist warm air of the inside of the door 32 comes into contact.
- the hollow chamber 12 is about as high as the metal high-profile 11 in the area of its support bar 40. Es
- different heights are possible. In this Fall must compensate for the height differences by appropriate constructive designs of the tread plate 20 done.
- the edge 20 '' of the tread plate 20 thicker be when the hollow chamber 12 is not quite as high as the Bridge 40, on the other hand, but still a seal of the wing flap 35 is ensured on the insulating profile 13.
- the male strip 46 ' is vertical arranged and engages vertically from above into an open top U-bar 51 of the metal profile 11 a.
- the plug-in strip 46 ' is L-shaped profiled and her long L-leg 55 provides a rigid connection with the inside of the door Area of the insulating profile 13 ago.
- the L-leg 55 is also supported by a support leg 53. If the fastening means 16 is a fastening screw, so it is through the male bar 46 'and their L-leg 55 through and also through the on the floor 15th supportable leg of the support leg 53 screwed through.
- the support legs 53 and the U-bar 51 jump the same distance, so that also the U-bar 51 on can be supported by the bottom 15. That's regarding the load capacity the insulating profile 13 in the region of the locking connection between the insertion strip 46 and the U-bar 51 advantageous, because it guarantees a tight fit. Vertical loads the door sill 10 can not be used to loosen the locking connection lead, even if not through the fasteners 16 is secured.
- the insertion strip 46, 46 ' has a ribbing shown in FIG 56, which latches with a Gegenverrippung 57 is. If necessary, the locking can be reinforced become.
- 3 shows complementary locking means 52, namely a located on the locking bar 46 nose, which has a latching projection of the metal hollow section 11 engages under.
- the insulating profile 13 with a hollow chamber 12 provided comparatively small volume. Which As a result, including up to the circulation level on the floor 15 resulting distance is from a downwardly open chamber 12 'taken.
- a support leg 54 limits the bottom open chamber 12 'to the metal section 11 and carries with it for thermal insulation.
