    la bande de matériau (10) est complètement coupée au moins d'au moins deux dispositifs de coupe qui sont déplacés par rapport à la bande de matériau (10), de préférence dans un plan approximativement parallèle à la bande de matériau (10).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque dispositif de coupe est réalisé et/ou est utilisé conformément à l'une des revendications 2 à 9.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de matériau (10) est coupée dans la région d'une section d'avance libre entre le nouveau noyau de bobinage (12) et l'ancien noyau de bobinage (14).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de matériau (10) est coupé dans une région en contact avec le nouveau noyau de bobinage (12).
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pendant le découpage de la bande de matériau (10), l'axe de rotation du nouveau noyau de bobinage (12) se trouve au-dessus d'un plan horizontal contenant l'axe de rotation de l'ancien noyau de bobinage (14).
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pendant le découpage de la bande de matériau (10), l'axe de rotation du nouveau noyau de bobinage (12) se trouve essentiellement dans un plan horizontal contenant l'axe de rotation de l'ancien noyau de bobinage (14).
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'après le découpage de la bande de matériau (10), le nouveau début de bande (10a, 10'a) est amené sur le nouveau noyau de bobinage (12) en particulier par soufflage, mouillage, collage et/ou en prévoyant des rubans adhésifs.
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la vitesse de la bande de matériau (10) n'est pas réduite lors du découpage de la bande de matériau (10).
  18. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le nouveau noyau de bobinage (12) est enfoncé dans la bande de matériau (10) lors de l'introduction entre le cylindre de bobinage (18) et l'ancien noyau de bobinage (14).
  19. Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre un procédé pour couper une bande de matériau (10) en déplacement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sur une machine de fabrication et/ou de bobinage de la bande de matériau (10), comprenant :
    plusieurs noyaux de bobinage (12, 14), en particulier des tambours, sur lesquels la bande de matériau (10) peut être successivement enroulée,
    un cylindre de bobinage (18), en particulier un cylindre porteur, un nouveau noyau de bobinage (12), sur lequel la bande de matériau (10) doit être enroulée, pouvant être amené entre le cylindre de bobinage (18) et un ancien noyau de bobinage (14) sur lequel la bande de matériau (10) est enroulée,
    au moins un dispositif de coupe étant prévu pour découper la bande de matériau (10) en déplacement qui est coupée dans la région entre un interstice (20) qui est formé par le cylindre de bobinage (18) et le nouveau noyau de bobinage (12), et qui agit sur le rouleau de bobinage (16) formé sur l'ancien noyau de bobinage (14),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de coupe est réalisé pour couper complètement la bande de matériau (10) et peut se déplacer par rapport à la bande de matériau (10) dans un plan approximativement parallèle à la bande de matériau (10) de telle sorte que l'on obtienne dans la bande de matériau (10), par le déplacement du dispositif de coupe, une ligne de coupe continue (46, 46') s'étendant d'un bord de la bande de matériau (10) à l'autre bord opposé.
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de coupe peut se déplacer sur toute la largeur de la bande de matériau (10).
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 19 ou 20,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de transport (36") du dispositif de coupe comprend au moins une unité cylindre-piston (28) dont le piston porte à une extrémité le dispositif de coupe.
  22. Dispositif selon la revendication 19 ou 20,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de transport (36, 36') du dispositif de coupe comprend un organe sans fin (40) placé autour de poulies de renvoi (42), de préférence en forme de chaíne ou de courroie, qui porte sur son côté extérieur le dispositif de coupe.
  23. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les noyaux de bobinage (12, 14) sont pourvus d'un revêtement déformable élastiquement, se composant en particulier d'un plastique résistant à l'usure, de préférence de polyuréthane.
  24. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un revêtement des noyaux de bobinage (12, 14) se compose à chaque fois de métal et que le revêtement du cylindre de bobinage (18) se composant de plastique déformable élastiquement, en particulier résistant à l'usure, de préférence du polyuréthane.
  25. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 24,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de coupe comprend une buse (26) orientée vers le nouveau noyau de bobinage (12) pour la projection d'un jet d'eau.
  26. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 25,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on prévoit au moins deux dispositifs de coupe de préférence espacés dans la direction d'avance B de la bande de matériau (10), qui peuvent être déplacés dans des directions opposées au moins approximativement perpendiculairement à la direction d'avance B de la bande de matériau (10).
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 19,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on prévoit au moins deux dispositifs de coupe qui peuvent être déplacés par rapport à la bande de matériau (10) de telle sorte que l'on obtienne des lignes de coupe (46') se coupant sous l'effet des déplacements des dispositifs de coupe, lesquelles forment conjointement une ligne de coupe continue, s'étendant d'un bord de la bande de matériau (10) à son bord opposé.
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 27,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque dispositif de coupe est réalisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 20 à 26.
  29. Dispositif de coupe pour découper une bande de matériau (10) en déplacement pour un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 28.
