Claims (29)
- Verfahren zum Durchtrennen einer laufenden Materialbahn (10), insbesondere einer Papierbahn, bei dem die Materialbahn nacheinander auf mehrere Wickelkerne (12, 14), insbesondere Tamboure, aufgewickelt und jeweils mit dem Aufwickeln auf einen neuen Wickelkern (12) begonnen wird, wenn eine auf einem vorherigen alten Wickelkern (14) gebildete Wickelrolle (16) einen vorbestimmten Durchmesser erreicht hat, wobeider neue Wickelkern (12) zwischen eine Wickelwalze (18), insbesondere eine Tragwalze, und den alten Wickelkern (14), dem die Materialbahn (10) über die Wickelwalze (18) zugeführt wird, gebracht unddie laufende Materialbahn (10) in dem Bereich zwischen einem Spalt (20), der von der Wickelwalze (18) und dem neuen Wikkelkern (12) gebildet wird, und der auf dem alten Wickelkern (14) gebildeten Wickelrolle (16) durchtrennt wird,daß die Materialbahn (10) mittels wenigstens einer Schneidvorrichtung, die in einer zur Materialbahn (10) etwa parallelen Ebene relativ zur Materialbahn (10) bewegt wird, vollständig durchtrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung zumindest im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) bevorzugt derart bewegt wird, daß eine schräge Schnittlinie (46) erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung schräg zur Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) bevorzugt mit einer der Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) entgegengesetzten Parallelkomponente bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung kontinuierlich über die gesamte Breite der Materialbahn (10) hinweg bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung während des Durchtrennens der Materialbahn (10) mit einer bevorzugt zumindest näherungsweise konstanten Geschwindigkeit von vorzugsweise etwa 10 bis 40 m/s bewegt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung vor dem Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (10) beschleunigt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung wenigstens ein Messer (24, 24', 24''), ein rotierendes, bevorzugt gezahntes Schneiderad, einen Laser oder eine Düse (26) zum Ausstoßen eines Wasserstrahls umfaßt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens zwei Schneidvorrichtungen in einander entgegengesetzten Richtungen zumindest näherungsweise senkrecht zur Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) mit bevorzugt zumindest näherungsweise konstanter Geschwindigkeit bewegt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtungen zum Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (10) bevorzugt an in Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) beabstandeten Stellen der Materialbahn (10) jeweils zumindest näherungsweise mittig bezüglich der Querrichtung angesetzt werden. - Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Materialbahn (10) mittels wenigstens zwei Schneidvorrichtungen, die bevorzugt in einer zur Materialbahn (10) etwa parallelen Ebene relativ zur Materialbahn (10) bewegt werden, durchtrennt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jede Schneidvorrichtung gemäß zumindest einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9 ausgebildet ist und/oder verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Materialbahn (10) im Bereich eines freien Laufweges vom neuen Wickelkern (12) zum alten Wickelkern (14) durchtrennt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Materialbahn (10) in einem den neuen Wickelkern (12) berührenden Bereich durchtrennt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß während des Durchtrennens der Materialbahn (10) die Drehachse des neuen Wickelkerns (12) oberhalb einer die Drehachse des alten Wickelkerns (14) enthaltenden horizontalen Ebene liegt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß während des Durchtrennens der Materialbahn (10) die Drehachse des neuen Wickelkerns (12) im wesentlichen in einer die Drehachse des alten Wickelkerns (14) enthaltenden horizontalen Ebene liegt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß nach dem Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (10) der neue Bahnanfang (10a, 10'a) auf den neuen Wickelkern (12) insbesondere durch Blasen, Anfeuchten, Leimen und/oder Vorsehen von Klebestreifen aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Geschwindigkeit der Materialbahn (10) beim Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (10) nicht verringert wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der neue Wickelkern (12) beim Einbringen zwischen die Wickelwalze (18) und den alten Wickelkern (14) in die Materialbahn (10) eingetaucht wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit wenigstens einer Schneidvorrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung zum vollständigen Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (10) in einer zur Materialbahn (10) etwa parallelen Ebene relativ zur Materialbahn (10) bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung über die gesamte Breite der Materialbahn (10) bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 oder 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Transporteinrichtung (36'') der Schneidvorrichtung wenigstens eine Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (28) umfaßt, deren Kolben an einem Ende die Schneidvorrichtung trägt. - Vorrichtung nach Ansprüche 19 oder 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Transporteinrichtung (36, 36') der Schneidvorrichtung ein um limlenkrollen (42) gelegtes, bevorzugt ketten- oder riemenartiges Endlosorgan (40) umfaßt, das auf seiner Außenseite die Schneidvorrichtung trägt. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Wickelkerne (12, 14) mit einem elastisch verformbaren, insbesondere aus einem verschleißfesten Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan, hergestellten Bezug versehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Bezug der Wickelkerne (12, 14) jeweils aus Metall und der Bezug der Wickelwalze (18) elastisch verformbar, insbesondere aus einem verschleißfesten Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan, hergestellt ist. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Schneidvorrichtung eine auf den neuen Wickelkern (12) gerichtete Düse (26) zum Ausstoßen eines Wasserstrahls umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens zwei bevorzugt in Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) beabstandete Schneidvorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die in einander entgegengesetzten Richtungen zumindest näherungsweise senkrecht zur Laufrichtung B der Materialbahn (10) bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens zwei Schneidvorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die bevorzugt in einer zur Materialbahn (10) etwa parallelen Ebene relativ zur Materialbahn (10) bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jede Schneidvorrichtung gemäß zumindest einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 26 ausgebildet ist. - Schneidvorrichtung zum Durchtrennen einer laufenden Materialbahn (10) für eine Vorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 28.
