Claims (15)
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung für wenigstens einen Gargutträger in einem Garraum eines Garofens mit in Führungen gleitend geführten und aus dem Garraum wenigstens teilweise herausziehbaren Schienen, auf oder an denen wenigstens ein Gargutträger auflegbar bzw. befestigbar ist, wobei die Schienen (6) und/oder die Führungen (4) zumindest an ihren Gleitflächen jeweils einen bei den Betriebstemperaturen des Garofens temperaturbeständigen Gleitwerkstoff aus einem Metallnitrid vorzugsweise Titannitrid, aufweisen.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Schienen und/oder die Führungen im wesentlichen ganz aus dem Gleitwerkstoff gebildet sind.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Schienen und/oder die Führungen an ihren Gleitflächen mit einer Beschichtung aus dem Gleitwerkstoff versehen sind.
- Teleskoauszugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Schienen und/oder die Führungen jeweils Grundkörper (60) und an den Grundkörpern angebrachte, vorgefertigte Gleitkörper, die aus dem Gleitwerkstoff bestehen und an denen die Gleitflächen gebildet sind, aufweisen.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit jeweils zwei Schienen und zugeordneten Führungen in verschiedenen Garraumebenen für jeweils einen Gargutträger.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Gleitwerkstoff einen Polymer-Kunststoff, insbesondere mit eingelagerten Metallteilchen, zumindest als Bestandteil umfaßt.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Gleitwerkstoff einen keramischen Werkstoff zumindest als Bestandteil umfaßt.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Gleitwerkstoff ein graphitiertes Metall, insbesondere ein Metallcarbid oder einen Graphitwerkstoff oder eine Siliciumverbindung, insbesondere Siliciumcarbid, zumindest als Bestandteil umfaßt.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Gleitwerkstoff gegenüber einer Spüllauge, insbesondere einer in einer Geschirrspülmaschine verwendeten Spüllauge, chemisch resistent ist.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Gleitwerkstoff bei Pyrolysetemperaturen des Garofens von wenigstens etwa 500°C noch temperaturbeständig ist und vorzugsweise auch eine große Härte aufweist.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schienen und/oder die Führungen Gleitflächen über den gesamten in der Auszugsrichtung verlaufenden Führungsbereich oder nur über einen Teil davon aufweisen.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Führungen die Schienen zumindest in einer senkrecht zur Auszugsrichtung gerichteten Richtung, vorzugsweise in wenisgtens zwei entgegengesetzten Richtungen, fixieren.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Gleitreibungskoeffizient zwischen den gegeneinander gleitenden Gleitflächen von Schienen und zugehörigen Führungen unterhalb 0,5, insbesondere unterhalb 0,4 und vorzugsweise unterhalb 0,2 eingestellt ist.
- Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Haftreibungskoeffizient zwischen den Gleitflächen von Schienen und Führungen unterhalb 1,0, insbesondere unterhalb 0,7 und vorzugsweise unterhalb 0,4 gewählt ist.
- Garofen mit einem Garraum und einer an der Wandung des Garraums, vorzugsweise lösbar und herausnehmbar, befestigten Teleskopauszugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
