Claims (11)

  1. Schliessvorrichtung für eine Wicklung (20) eines lang gestreckten Elementes (2), angeordnet auf einer Wickeleinrichtung (1), welche mindestens ein Rahmenelement (10),
    ein erstes Flanschschild (11), bestimmt zur Bildung einer seitlichen Abstützung für eine zu bildende Wicklung (20), wobei der erste Flanschschild (11) durch einen Arm (12) in einem Lager (13) des Rahmenelements (10) getragen ist und in diesem Lager (13) frei in Rotation versetzt werden kann,
    ein zweites Flanschschild (14) und ein Hilfszentrum (15), getragen durch ein anderes Rahmenelement, und diese Elemente mit dem ersten Flanschschild (11) verbindbar sind zur Bildung einer Hilfsspule zum Aufnehmen des lang gestreckten Elements (2) in Form einer Wicklung (20),
    Rotationsantriebsmittel für mindestens eine der Schilder (11, 14), um das lang gestreckte Element (2) auf das Hilfszentrum (15) aufzuwickeln,
    eine Vorrichtung (18) zum Anbringen der Bindungen umfasst,
       und diese Schliessvorrichtung für eine Wicklung (20) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie einen frei um den genannten Arm (12) drehbaren Träger (30) und mindestens ein am genannten Träger (30) befestigtes Betätigungselement (31, 32) umfasst, welches fähig ist, mindestens einen abgewinkelten Arm (310, 321) radial zu verschieben, umfassend einen Abstützteil (311, 321), der parallel zur Rotationsachse des genannten Trägers (30) angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Abstützteil (311, 321) fähig ist, eine Klemmposition der letzten Schicht von auf der Wicklung (20) angebrachten Windungen und eine Freigabeposition der genannten letzten Schicht der angebrachten Windungen einzunehmen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Betätigungselemente (31, 32) umfasst, wovon jedes geeignet ist, gemeinsam oder getrennt, einen abgewinkelten Arm (310, 311) radial zu verschieben, wovon jeder einen Abstützteil (311, 321) aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Betätigungselement durch einen Zylinder (31, 32) gebildet ist, und die Kolbenstange des genannten Zylinders direkt den entsprechenden abgewinkelten Arm (310, 320) betätigt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Detektor (16) für die Winkelposition umfasst, welcher die Winkelposition des Flanschschildes (11) überwacht, und eine Betätigung des oder der Betätigungsmittel (31, 32) gegen eine Klemmposition um gewisse vorbestimmte Winkelschritte zwischen der Winkelposition des Flanschschildes (11) und derjenigen der Vorrichtung zulässt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein erstes Verriegelungselement (34) umfasst, welche fähig ist, die genannte Vorrichtung in mindestens einer relativ zum genannten Flanschschild (11) vorbestimmten Winkelposition zu verriegeln, und die genannte oder genannten Winkelpositionen mindestens einer Winkelposition entsprechen, in welcher die Betätigungsmittel (31, 32) zum Klemmen gebracht werden können.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweites Verriegelungselement (33) umfasst, das fähig ist, die genannte Vorrichtung in mindestens einer vorbestimmten Winkelposition bezüglich dem genannten Rahmenelement (10) zu verriegeln.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verriegelungselement (33) fähig ist, die Vorrichtung in zwei Winkelpositionen zu verriegeln, die gemäss einer vertikalen Achse um 180° verschoben sind.
  9. Wickeleinrichtung (1) umfassend mindestens ein Rahmenelement (10), ein Flanschschild (11), das in Rotation versetzbar ist und an einem Arm (12) befestigt ist, gestützt durch ein am genannten Rahmenelement befestigtes Lager (10) und eine Vorrichtung (18) zum Anbringen der Bindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Schliessvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  10. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 in einer Wickelvorrichtung, verbunden mit einer Vorrichtung (18) zu Anbringen von Bindungen, zum Halten des freien Endes des lang gestreckten Elementes (2), das zum Bilden der Wicklung bestimmt ist, während der Erstellung von mindestens einer Bindung (181, 182) auf der genannten Wicklung (20).
  11. Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 in einer Wickeleinrichtung, ausgestattet mit Mitteln, welche erlauben, mindestens ein Flanschschild (12) und ein Hilfszentrum (15), die zum Erstellen der Wicklung gedient haben, zu lösen, und die genannte Vorrichtung fähig ist, die fertig gestellte Wicklung (20) durch seine zwei Abstützteile (311, 321) zu tragen, und einen einzigen Betätiger (31, 32) von einem Abstützteil (311, 321) zu betätigen, so dass die Wicklung (20) aus der Wickelvorrichtung gekippt wird.
