Description
- au moins un élément de bâti,
- une première flasque destinée à former un appui latéral pour une torche en formation, ladite première flasque étant supportée par un arbre dans un palier du bâti, et pouvant être mise en rotation libre dans ce palier,
- une deuxième flasque et un faux centre, supportés par un autre élément de bâti, ces éléments pouvant être solidarisés avec la première flasque afin de former une fausse bobine pour recueillir l'élément longiligne et l'assembler en une torche,
- des moyens d'entraínement en rotation d'au moins l'une des flasques, de manière à enrouler l'élément longiligne sur le faux centre,
- un dispositif de confection de ligatures.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de fermeture d'une torche (20) d'un élément longiligne (2), assemblé sur un poste de confection de torche (1) comprenant au moins un élément de bâti (10),une première flasque (11) destinée à former un appui latéral pour une torche (20) en formation, ladite première flasque (11) étant supportée par un arbre (12) dans un palier (13) du bâti (10), et pouvant être mise en rotation libre dans ce palier (13),une deuxième flasque (14) et un faux centre (15), supportés par un autre élément de bâti, ces éléments pouvant être solidarisés avec la première flasque (11) afin de former une fausse bobine pour recueillir l'élément longiligne (2) et l'assembler en une torche (20),des moyens d'entraínement en rotation d'au moins l'une des flasques (11,14), de manière à enrouler l'élément longiligne (2) sur le faux centre (15),un dispositif de confection de ligatures (18),
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque portion d'appui (311,321) est apte à prendre une position de serrage de la dernière couche de spires assemblée sur la torche (20) et une position de desserrage de ladite dernière couche de spire assemblée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux éléments d'actionnement (31,32), chacun étant apte, simultanément ou séparément, à déplacer radialement un bras coudé (310,311) comprenant chacun une portion d'appui (311,321).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément d'actionnement est constitué par un vérin (31,32), la tige de piston dudit vérin actionnant directement le bras coudé (310,320) correspondant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un détecteur de position angulaire (16) détectant la position angulaire de la flasque (11) et n'autorisant un actionnement vers une position de serrage du ou des moyens d'actionnement (31,32) que pour certains écarts angulaires déterminés entre la position angulaire de la flasque (11) et celle du dispositif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier élément de verrouillage (34) apte à verrouiller ledit dispositif selon au moins une position angulaire déterminée relativement à ladite flasque (11), ladite ou lesdites positions angulaires correspondant à au moins une position angulaire selon laquelle les moyens d'actionnement (31,32) peuvent être actionnés en serrage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un deuxième élément de verrouillage (33) apte à verrouiller ledit dispositif selon au moins une position angulaire déterminée relativement audit élément de bâti (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième élément de verrouillage (33) est apte à verrouiller le dispositif selon deux positions angulaires décalées de 180° selon un axe vertical.
- Poste de confection de torche (1) comprenant au moins un élément de bâti (10), une flasque (11) apte à être mise en rotation et fixée à un arbre (12) supporté par un palier (13) fixé audit élément de bâti (10) et un dispositif de confection de ligatures (18), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 sur un poste de confection de torche, associé à un dispositif de confection de ligatures (18), pour le maintien de l'extrémité libre de l'élément longiligne (2) destiné à constituer la torche durant la confection d'au moins une ligature (181,182) sur ladite torche (20).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 sur un poste de confection de torche muni de moyens permettant de dégager au moins une flasque (12) et un faux centre (15) ayant servi à la confection de la torche, ledit dispositif étant apte à supporter la torche terminée (20) par ses deux portions support (311,321) et à actionner un seul actuateur (31,32) d'une portion d'appui (311,321), de manière à faire basculer la torche (20) hors du poste de confection de torche.
