Claims (19)
- Machine à dérouler permettant un déroulage simultané, en continu, de deux bobines jumelées ou coaxiales (1), essentiellement constituée par un châssis (2), sur lequel sont guidés en rotation deux plateaux ou disques (3) parallèles entre eux et reliés au moyen d'arbres (4 et 5) de support et de guidage de bras porte-bobine latéraux (6) de support et d'entraínement de bobines (1) et d'un bras porte-bobine intermédiaire (7) pour le déroulage simultané de deux bobines jumelées ou coaxiales (1), ledit châssis (2) étant muni, en outre, d'un dispositif (8) de coupe et de raccordement entre bandes finissantes et nouvelles bobines caractérisée en ce que le bras porte-bobine intermédiaire (7) est en deux parties (37, 38) articulées entre elles et est escamotable en position de non utilisation et en ce que le dispositif (8) de coupe et de raccordement entre bandes finissantes et nouvelles bobines comporte des moyens (12) d'application individuelle de deux bandes finissantes, indépendamment l'une de l'autre, sur deux nouvelles bobines jumelées ou coaxiales (1), et d'application (13) d'une seule bande de grande largeur sur une nouvelle bobine unique (1), ainsi que des moyens (14) de coupe et de raccordement de deux bandes individuellement et indépendamment ou d'une seule bande de grande largeur.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (12) d'application individuelle de deux bandes finissantes, indépendamment l'une de l'autre, sur deux nouvelles bobines jumelées ou coaxiales (1) et d'application (13) d'une seule bande de grande largeur sur une nouvelle bobine unique sont montés symétriquement dans un ensemble de support rotatif (15) guidé entre les bras de support latéraux (9) par l'intermédiaire de moyeux (16) et actionné en rotation par un dispositif (17), un moyen d'indexation (18) maintenant l'ensemble de support rotatif (15) dans ses positions de service.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de support rotatif (15) est constitué par deux flasques (15'), solidaires chacun d'un moyeu (16) et reliés entre-eux par une paire de traverses (15'') disposées symétriquement par rapport aux moyeux (16) de guidage en rotation dudit support rotatif (15) sur les bras de support latéraux (9).
- Machine, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (17) d'actionnement en rotation est constitué par au moins un vérin muni sur sa tige de piston d'une crémaillère (19) coopérant avec un pignon (20) prévu sur le moyeu (16) correspondant, ledit vérin étant monté par sa chape sur le bras de support latéral (9) correspondant.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée et, ce que le dispositif (17) d'actionnement en rotation est constitué sous forme d'un ensemble motoréducteur, d'un vérin rotatif ou analogue relié directement au moyeu (16) et monté sur le bras de support latéral (9) correspondant.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (18) d'indexation est réalisé sous forme d'un verrou monté sur la face interne d'au moins l'un des bras de support latéraux (9) et coopérant avec des trous (21) de section correspondante prévus dans le flasque (15') correspondant de l'ensemble de support rotatif (15).
- Machine, suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'indexation (18) comporte deux trous (21) diamétralement opposés sur le flasque (15').
- Machine, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (12) d'application individuelle de deux bandes finissantes, indépendamment l'une de l'autre, sur deux nouvelles bobines jumelées ou coaxiales (1) est constitué par deux cylindres (22) montés chacun a l'extrémité de deux leviers pivotants (23) reliés entre-eux, a' l'extrémité opposée aux cylindres (22), par l'intermédiaire d'un manchon (24) de guidage en pivotement sur un arbre (25) solidaire a ses extrémités des flasques (15') de l'ensemble de support rotatif (15) et par au moins un moyen (26) d'actionnement en pivotement de chaque cylindre (22) individuellement, agissant sur au moins un levier (23) de chaque paire de leviers pivotants (23).
- Machine, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (13) d'application d'une seule bande de grande largeur sur une nouvelle bobine unique se présente sous forme d'un cylindre unique (27) guidé entre les extrémités de deux leviers (28), montés a pivotement sur un arbre (29), solidaire à ses extrémités des flasques (15'), au moyen d'un manchon (30) reliant lesdits leviers (28) entre-eux à leur extrémité opposée à celle portant le cylindre unique (27), un moyen (31) d'actionnement en pivotement du cylindre unique (27) agissant sur au moins un levier pivotant (28).
- Machine, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (26 et 31), respectivement d'actionnement en pivotement de chaque cylindre (22) individuellement et d'actionnement en pivotement du cylindre unique (27), sont sous forme de vérins, dont la tige de piston est articulée sur le levier (23 ou 28) correspondant, de manière excentrée par rapport à l'arbre de guidage en pivotement (25 ou 29) correspondant, et dont la chape est montée sur une traverse (15'') du support rotatif (15).
- Machine, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (14) de coupe et de raccordement de deux bandes individuellement et indépendamment ou d'une seule bande de grande largeur sont essentiellement constitués par deux couteaux transversaux (32) montés a pivotement sur un arbre transversal (33), dont les extrémités sont fixées sur les bras de support latéraux (9), de pivotement sur le châssis (2), et par un actionneur de pivotement (34) de chaque couteau (32) individuellement.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les couteaux (32) s'étendent chacun sur la moitié de la largeur maximale de bande pouvant être déroulée et sont montés chacun sur l'arbre transversal (33) de pivotement par l'intermédiaire de bras (35), dont ceux situés du côté des bras de support latéraux (9) sont reliés chacun à un actionneur de pivotement indépendant (34) sous forme d'un vérin ou analogue, les bras (35) opposés étant adjacents, de même que les bords intérieurs des couteaux (32).
- Machine, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 11 et 12, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (14) de coupe et de raccordement sont pourvus d'un dispositif (36) de verrouillage desdits couteaux transversaux (32) en alignement.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (36) de verrouillage des couteaux transversaux (32) est constitué sous forme d'un verrou actionné par un vérin monté sur l'un des bras adjacents (35), ledit verrou coopérant en position de service avec un évidement de forme correspondante de l'autre bras adjacent.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bras porte-bobine intermédiaire (7) est constitué par un élément (37) de guidage sur les arbres (4 et 5) de support et de guidage des bras porte-bobine latéraux (6) de support et d'entraínement de bobines (1) et par un levier pivotant (38), articulé sur ledit élément de guidage (37) par l'une de ses extrémités et présentant, de part et d'autre de son extrémité libre, deux têtes de centrage (39) d'insertion dans des mandrins de bobines.
- Machine, suivant la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que l'élément (37) de guidage sur les arbres (4 et 5) de support et de guidage des bras porte-bobine latéraux (6) de support et d'entraínement de bobines (1) est pourvu d'un moyen (40) de verrouillage, respectivement en position de support de bobines de faible largeur et en position escamotée du levier pivotant (38).
- Machine, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de verrouillage (40) est constitué par un vérin, monté sur l'élément (37) de guidage sur les arbres (4 et 5) de support et de guidage des bras porte-bobine latéraux (6) et dont la tige de piston coopère, dans ses deux positions de service, avec des évidements de forme correspondante (41) prévus dans le levier pivotant (38), les positions escamotée et de support de bobines étant définies par une butée pivotante a deux positions (42), actionnée par un vérin (42'), de l'élément de guidage (37) coopérant avec une butée fixe (43) du levier pivotant (38).
- Machine, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 15, caractérisée en ce que les bras porte-bobine latéraux (6) de support et d'entraínement de bobines (1) ainsi que le bras porte-bobine intermédiaire (7) sont montés directement sur l'un (4) des arbres de support et de guidage, par l'intermédiaire de leur élément de guidage (6' et 37), et sont reliés a l'autre arbre de support et de guidage (5) au moyen d'un équipage mobile (44) articulé par une broche (45) sur l'extrémité correspondante dudit élément de guidage (6' et 37), un arbre fileté (46), solidaire à ses extrémités des plateaux ou disques parallèles (3), étant guidé, en outre, dans ledit élément de guidage (6' et 37) et coopérant avec un écrou motorisé (47) pour les manoeuvres de déplacement des bras porte-bobine (6 et 7).
- Machine, suivant la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que l'écrou motorisé (47) pour la manoeuvre de déplacement du bras porte-bobine intermédiaire (7) est équipé d'un dispositif de synchronisation de son déplacement, dans sa position escamotée, avec le déplacement du bras porte-bobine latéral contre lequel il est escamoté.
