Claims (8)
- Dispositif de mise en place et de raccordement de rouleaux de feuilles de papier et analogues, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un premier chariot (11) monté pour être déplaçable le long de moyens de guidage (10), ledit premier chariot comportant, sur un côté, un montant (15) muni de glissières (16) pour le guidage d'un second chariot (17) déplacable axialement le long du montant et guidé par ce dernier, ledit second chariot (17) étant muni d'une broche (20) engagée dans un rouleau (21, 21a) soulevé par déplacement de la broche (20) faisant saillie dudit rouleau pour être engagé par déplacement du premier chariot (11) dans un organe d'accouplement tournant (25) monté à poste fixe de façon que ladite broche (20) soit supportée à ses deux extrémités lorsque la feuille ou bande dévidée d'un rouleau est passée dans un chemin de poulies.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accouplement (25) monté à poste fixe est relié à un ensemble moteur (27).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la broche (20) est reliée à l'organe d'accouplement (25) par un cône de centrage (23) et une noix d'entraínement (24).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ruban ou feuille (3, 3a) dévidé du rouleau (21, 21a) est amené à passer par des cabestans et poulies de renvoi (28, 30) dans un organe de collage (32) et de coupe (33) puis est conduit à des poulies (4, 5) d'un magasin accumulateur (2).
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux chariots identiques pour deux rouleaux (21, 21a), chariots mis en oeuvre successivement par déplacement le long de leurs moyens de guidage (10, (10a) pour assurer successivement l'introduction de la broche (20) dans un rouleau (21 ou 21a), le soulèvement dudit rouleau, le déplacement du chariot et l'introduction de sa broche dans l'organe d'accouplement.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (11) comporte deux longerons (12) réunis par une seule traverse (13), de sorte que ce chariot est déplaçable sur ses moyens de guidage (10) pour introduire la broche (20) dans le rouleau (21) reposant au sol.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque chariot est guidé par un chemin de roulement comportant des rails encastrés dans le sol.
- Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'accouplement (25) comporte un palier tournant.
