Claims (4)
- Machine d'enroulement de produit continu sous forme de feuille, pour former des bobines, comprenant un bâti de machine (2) sur lequel est monté tournant, autour d'un axe horizontal (4), un barillet (3) équipé d'au moins deux broches d'enroulement (5) parallèles, associées à des moyens d'entraínement en rotation, la rotation du barillet (3) permettant simultanément l'évacuation d'une bobine (17) pleine et l'amenée, en position d'enroulement, d'une broche (5) vide, la machine comprenant encore des moyens (10) d'amenée du produit en feuille (9) à enrouler, ces moyens comportant divers cylindres et rouleaux (11 à 14) tels qu'un cylindre de mesure de tension (13) et un cylindre de contact (14), ainsi que, de préférence, des organes de régulation et un dispositif de découpe (15), l'ensemble (1) comprenant le bâti (2), le barillet (3) et les broches (5) étant monté mobile en translation horizontalement, suivant une direction perpendiculaire aux axes (4,6) du barillet (3) et des broches (5), tandis que les moyens d'amenée (10) du produit en feuille (9) sont fixes, le déplacement en translation (F1, F2) de l'ensemble mobile (1) comprenant le bâti (2), le barillet (3) et les broches (5) autorisant son avance progressive au fur et à mesure de la croissance du diamètre d'une bobine (17) en cours de formation, caractérisée en ce que la course totale de déplacement de l'ensemble mobile (1) comprenant le bâti (2), le barillet (3) et les broches (5) n'est pas limitée à l'écart entre le rayon minimum et le rayon maximum d'une bobine (17), et est prévue suffisamment longue pour ménager entre cet ensemble (1) et les moyens d'amenée (10) un espace libre (E) disponible pour un opérateur, en vue de l'introduction de l'extrémité avant (16) du produit en feuille sur l'une des broches (5) de la machine d'enroulement.
- Machine d'enroulement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'espace libre (E) créé par l'ensemble mobile (1) en position avancée est de l'ordre de 1 à 2 mètres.
- Machine d'enroulement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement en translation de l'ensemble mobile (1), comprenant le bâti (2), le barillet (3) et le broches (5), est fait au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement comprenant au moins un moteur électrique pas à pas, et au moins une vis à billes entraínée par le moteur.
- Machine d'enroulement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'amenée (10) fixes du produit en feuille (9) sont intégrés à la sortie d'une machine de production de ce produit en feuille (9), qui précède l'enrouleuse.
