Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kältegeräts (10) mit einem wärmeisolierenden Gehäuse (11) einem Aufnahmeraum (13) zur Montage eines Kältemittelverdichters (16) und aus dem Gehäuse herausgeführten kältetechnischen Rohrleitungen (20), wie Heiz-, Drossel- und Saugrohr oder dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Anschlussenden (22) der kältetechnischen Rohrleitungen (20) in ihrem losen, vom Kältemittelverdichter (16) abgekoppelten Verwahrungszustand wenigstens ein schleifenähnlich geformter Leitungsabschnitt (23) vorgelagert ist, und dass diese Leitungsabschnitte (23) durch Herabbiegen in ihre Anschlußposition gebracht werden, in der die Anschlußenden an den Verdichter (16) angeschlossen sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 zur Herstellung eines Kältegeräts mit einer an der Rückseite eines Gehäuses vorgesehenen Maschinenraumnische zur Aufnahme des Kältemittelverdichters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schleifenähnliche Rohrleitungsabschnitt (23) mit seinem Schleifenbogen (24) in die Maschinenraumnische (13) ragt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kältegeräts nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schleifenähnliche Rohrleitungsabschnitt (23) in einer Aufnahme in der Maschinenraumnische (13) verwahrt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kältegeräts nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schleifenähnliche Rohrleitungsabschnitt in seinem losen, vom Kältemittelverdichter (16) getrennten Zustand zumindest annähernd U-förmig ausgebildet ist und zwei unterschiedlich lang ausgeführte Schenkel (25, 26) aufweist, welche in einer zumindest annähernd horizontalen Ebene liegen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kältegeräts nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längere Schenkel (26) der beiden Schenkel (25, 26) mit seinem als Anschlussende (22) dienenden freien Ende an den Kältemittelverdichter (16) angeschlossen ist.
