Claims (12)
- Behälter für den Transport und die Lagerung von Fluiden, mit einem Behälterinnenraum (1,2), welcher getrennt ist in einen ersten Behälterraumabschnitt (2) zur Aufnahme eines Fluids und einen zweiten Behälterraumabschnitt (3) zur Aufnahme eines Gases, und mit einer Ventileinrichtung (13), über welche das Fluid in den ersten Behälterraumabschnitt (2) einfüllbar ist, wobei der erste Behälterraumabschnitt (2) durch Druckbeaufschlagung des Fluids mit dem Gasinnendruck im zweiten Behälterraumabschnitt (3) entleerbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Behälterraumabschnitt als starre Druckkammer (3) ausgebildet und mit dem ersten Behälterraumabschnitt (2) über die Ventileinrichtung wahlweise absperrbar verbunden ist, wobei die Ventileinrichtung (13) derart ausgebildet ist, daß beim druckbeaufschlagten Einfüllen des Fluids in den ersten Behälterraumabschnitt (2) ein in dem Behälterinnenraum (1,2) eingeschlossenes Gas Komprimiert wird und in die Druckkammer gelangt, wodurch der Gasinnendruck in der Druckkammer (3) zustande kommt. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinrichtungen durch eine ein Füll- und/oder Auslassventil (7) umfassende, zum Schließen des Füll- und/oder Auslassventils unter Absperrung der Druckkammer (3) vorgesehene Doppelventileinheit (13) gebildet ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelventileinheit (13) eine Schließstellung aufweist, in welcher die Druckkammer (3) schon gegen den ersten Behälterraumabschnitt (2) abgesperrt und das Füllund/oder Auslassventil (7) noch geöffnet ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelventileinheit (13) über ein mit dem Füll- und/oder Auslassventil (7) verbindbares Anschlussstück zu betätigen ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelventileinheit (13) über einen von dem Anschlussstück vorstehenden, in die Öffnung des Füll- und/oder Auslassventils (7) einführbaren Dom zu betätigen ist. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelventileinheit ( 13) ein sich durch die Druckkammer (3) erstreckendes, an einem Ende mit dem Behälterraum (2) in Fluidverbindung stehendes Rohrstück (6) umfasst, an dessen anderem Ende das Füll- und/oder Auslassventil (7) angeordnet ist und dessen Rohrwand wenigstens eine zu der Druckkammer (3) öffnende Ventilöffnung (8,9) aufweist, die über ein in dem Rohrstück (6) durch Betätigung des Füll- und/oder Auslassventils (7) verschiebbares Teil (11) absperrbar ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilöffnung (8,9) in eine konische Ringnut (25) des Rohrstücks (6) hinein öffnet, in welcher ein die ventilöffnung (8,9) gegen die Druckkammer in der Art eines Kugelventils abschließender elastischer Dichtring (26) angeordnet und durch ein aus der Ventilöffnung gegen das verschiebbare Teil (11) und den Dichtring (26) vorstehendes Betätigungsteil (27) zur Freigabe der Ventilöffnung (8,9) dehnbar ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 7.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsteil als Druckkugel (27) ausgebildet und eine Vielzahl von um den Umfang des Rohrstücks (6) verteilten Ventilöffnungen vorgesehen ist. - Behälter noch Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass das verschiebbare Teil als zu dem Rohrstück (6) koaxiales Innenrohr (11) mit einem zur Freigabe der Ventilöffnungen gegen das Betätigungsteil (27) anlegbaren Rohrabschnitt (29) und einem Rohrabschnitt (30) mit gegenüber dem Rohrabschnitt (29) verringertem Außendurchmesser ausgebildet ist. - Behälter noch Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Rohrabschnitten (29,30) ein zur Rohrlängsachse geneigter Zwischenabschnitt (28) vorgesehen ist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an das Innenrohr (11) ein in den ersten Behälterraumabschnitt (2) ragendes Förderrohr ( 12) anschließt. - Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Behälterraumabschnitt (2), die Druckkammer (3) und die Doppelventileinheit (13) koaxial zu einer Behälterlängsachse angeordnet sind.
