Claims (5)
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) mit einem Unterteil (12) und einer aufreißfähigen Deckelfolie, welche die Dosenöffnung überspannt, und Aufreißlasche (14), wobei am Oberseitenrand des Unterteils (12) ein Haltering (20) aufgebördelt ist, in dem die Deckelfolie mit ihrem Außenrand eingesiegelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckelfolie aus vier parallel übereinanderliegenden, die Öffnung vollständig überspannenden Lagen (22, 24) besteht, die einen abzugsfähigen Film aus Kunststoff mit einer Dicke von 50 - 90 µm als unterste Lage (22) und eine Sperrlage (24) mit einer Dicke von 5 - 15 µm darüber aus Aluminium umfassen, wobei eine Polypropylenlage (26) mit einer Dikke von 15 µm zur Erhöhung der Steifigkeit und Durchstoßfestigkeit als oberste Lage (26) über der Sperrlage (24) aufgebracht ist, wobei eine erforderliche Anreißkraft in Höhe von < 25 N und eine Weiter- und eine Abreißkraft von < 10 N gegeben ist, und wobei eine Zwischenlage aus Polyamid zur Verbesserung der Weiterreißfestigkeit vorgesehen wird. - Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Bereich des Außenrandes verlaufende Aufrißlinie für den Deckelfolienverbund.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltering (20) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht, der außen mit einem PP-Anteil aufweisenden Siegellack und innen mit Schutzlack versehen ist.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil (12) aus Aluminium, Blech oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Verwendung der sterilisationsfähigen Dose (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zur Sterilisation und Aufnahme von konservierten Lebensmitteln, insbesondere Fisch und Fischprodukten.
