Claims (9)
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) mit einem Unterteil (12) und einer aufreißfähigen Deckelfolie, welche die Dosenöffnung überspannt, und Aufreißlasche (14), wobei am Oberseitenrand des Unterteils (12) ein Haltering (20) aufgebördelt ist, in dem die Deckelfolie mit ihrem Außenrand eingesiegelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckelfolie mindestens aus zwei parallel übereinanderliegenden, die Öffnung vollständig überspannenden Lagen (22, 24) besteht, die einen abzugsfähigen Film oder Lack aus Kunststoff mit einer Dicke von 50 bis 90 µ als unterste Lage (22) und eine Sperrlage (24) mit einer Dicke von 5 bis 15 µ darüber aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff umfassen. - Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Polyester- oder Polypropylenlage (26) mit einer Dicke von 5 bis 15 µ zur Erhöhung der Steifigkeit und Durchstoßfestigkeit als oberste Lage (26) über der Sperrlage (24) aufgebracht ist.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drei Lagen (22, 24, 26) folgende Dicken besitzen:Polyesterlage (26): 12 µAluminiumsperrlage (24): 12µ undabzugsfähige Kunststofflage (22) aus Polypropylencoextrudat: 70 µ.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) gekennzeichnet durch eine im Bereich des Außenrandes verlaufende Aufrißlinie für den Deckelfolienverbund.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine erforderliche Anreißkraft in Höhe von < 25 N und eine Weiter- und eine Abreißkraft von < 10 N.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltering (20) aus einer Aluminiumlegierung besteht, der außen mit einem PP-Anteil aufweisenden Siegellack und innen mit Schutzblech versehen ist.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Aluminium, Blech oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Sterilisationsfähige Dose (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine weitere Folie als Zwischenlage zur Verbesserung der Weiterreißfertigkeit, insbesondere aus Polyamid, vorgesehen wird.
- Verwendung der sterilisationsfähigen Dose (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur Sterilisation und Aufnahme von konservierten Lebensmitteln, insbesondere Fisch und Fischprodukten.
