Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Reinigen von Teilen (64; 81; 86) von Druckmaschinen mittels einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40), insbesondere Rasterwalzen (64) von Flexodruckmaschinen, mit einem Waschraum (30), in dem wenigstens ein zu reinigendes Teil (64; 81; 86) mit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) in Kontakt kommt, mit Haltemitteln (60), die Antriebsmittel (72, 74) umfassen, um wenigstens eine Rasterwalze (64) oberhalb eines Pegels (38) der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) in dem Waschraum (30) um ihre Walzenachse zu drehen, und mit Sprühmitteln (56), die die Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) auf die Oberfläche der Rasterwalze (64) sprühen, mit mehreren feststehenden Sprüheinrichtungen (56), die im wesentlichen entlang einer Achse parallel zu der Rasterwalzenachse angeordnet sind und die Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) unter unterschiedlichen Winkeln (58) auf die Rasterwalze (64) sprühen, derart, daß zumindest zwei benachbarte Sprüheinrichtungen (56) nicht unter dem gleichen Winkel (58) auf die Rasterwalze (64) gerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich um wenigstens fünf feststehende Sprüheinrichtungen (56) handelt, daß zumindest jeweils zwei benachbarte Sprüheinrichtungen (56) nicht unter dem gleichen Winkel (58) auf die Rasterwalze (64) gerichtet sind, und daß oberhalb und/oder unterhalb des in dem Waschraum (30) gehaltenen Teils (64; 81; 86) ein drehbarer Sprüharm (50, 52) angeordnet ist, der vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von schräg zur Armachse angeordneten Düsen (53) aufweist, die auf das Teil (64; 81; 86) gerichtet sind und deren Rückstoßkraft während des Sprühvorganges den Sprüharm (50; 52) dreht.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (72, 74) eine schmale Antriebsrolle (72) aufweisen, auf der die Rasterwalze (64) aufliegt.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasterwalze (64) auf der Antriebsrolle (72) mit ihrem gerasterten Umfang aufliegt.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Waschraum (30) ein Spritzschutz (76) vorgesehen ist, der so geformt und angeordnet ist, daß ein an einem Lagerzapfen (66) der Rasterwalze (64) befestigtes Antriebsrad (68) spritzgeschützt ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Sprüheinrichtungen (56) schräg oberhalb der Rasterwalze (64) angeordnet ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens acht feststehende Sprüheinrichtungen (56) für jede Rasterwalze (64) in dem Waschraum (30) vorgesehen sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (60) dazu ausgelegt sind, zwei Rasterwalzen (64) in dem Waschraum (30) nebeneinander zu halten.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (60) einen Reinigungskorb (82) aus Maschenmaterial aufweisen, in dem Kleinteile in dem Waschraum (30) oberhalb des Pegels (38) der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) gehalten werden.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel (60) Halterungen (84) aufweisen, um plane Druckplatten (86) in dem Waschraum (30) oberhalb des Pegels (38) der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) hängend zu befestigen.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Düsen (57) der feststehenden Sprüheinrichtungen (56) kleiner ist als der der Sprüharme (50, 52).
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, gekennzeichnet durch einen Behälter (28) mit einer ersten Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) und einen Behälter (28') mit einer zweiten Reinigungs- oder Spülflüssigkeit (40'), sowie durch ein Einlaßleitungssystem (B) und ein Auslaßleitungssystem (C), wobei die Leitungssysteme (B, C) wahlweise mit dem ersten oder dem zweiten Behälter (28, 28') verbindbar sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälter (28, 28') als jeweilige separate Elemente außerhalb einer den Waschraum (30) und die Leitungssysteme (B, C) enthaltenden Wascheinheit (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitungssysteme (B, C) mit den Behältern (28, 28') mittels zweier Schläuche (22) verbindbar sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 - 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Behälter (28, 28') eine Rührvorrichtung (29b) und/oder eine Heizvorrichtung (29a) aufweist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizvorrichtung (29a') ein in einem Schwimmer (94) gelagertes Heizelement (90) aufweist und über einen Einlaß (26) des Behälters (28, 28') einführbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von Teilen (64; 81; 86) von Druckmaschinen mittels einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40), insbesondere von Rasterwalzen (64) von Flexodruckmaschinen, bei dem wenigstens eine Rasterwalze (64) oberhalb eines Pegels (38) einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) in einem Waschraum (30) drehend angetrieben und mit der Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) angesprüht wird, wobei die Reinigungsflüssigkeit (40) mittels mehrerer Sprüheinrichtungen (56), die im wesentlichen entlang einer Achse parallel zu der Rasterwalzenachse angeordnet sind, unter unterschiedlichen Winkeln (58) auf die Rasterwalze (64) gesprüht wird, derart, daß zumindest zwei benachbarte Sprüheinrichtungen (56) nicht unter dem gleichen Winkel (58) auf die Rasterwalze (64) gerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich um wenigstens fünf feststehende Sprüheinrichtungen (56) handelt, daß zumindest jeweils zwei benachbarte Sprüheinrichtungen (56) nicht unter dem gleichen Winkel (58) auf die Rasterwalze (64) gerichtet werden, und daß oberhalb und/oder unterhalb des in dem Waschraum (30) gehaltenen Teils (64; 81; 86) ein drehbarer Sprüharm (50, 52) angeordnet wird, der vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von schräg zur Armachse angeordneten Düsen (53) aufweist, die auf das Teil (64; 81; 86) gerichtet werden und deren Rückstoßkraft während des Sprühvorganges den Sprüharm (50; 52) dreht.
