Claims (12)
- Elektrische Kontaktiereinrichtung für eine Elektrotauchlackieranlage für Fahrzeugkarosserien, bei der die Karosserien durch ein Elektrotauchlackierbad mittels eines Hängebahnförderers hindurchgeführt werden, welcher über in Förderrichtung hintereinander angeordnete, um obere, horizontal und quer zur Förderrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachsen schwenkbare Fördergehänge zum Untergreifen von jeweils eine Karosserie tragenden und auf jeweils zwei Fördergehängen absetzbaren Karosserieträgern verfügt, wobei die Kontaktiereinrichtung für jedes Fördergehänge wenigstens zwei an diesem befestigte untere Kontaktiervorrichtungen sowie für jeden Karosserieträger mindestens vier an diesem befestigte, auf den unteren Kontaktiervorrichtungen absetzbare obere Kontaktiervorrichtungen besitzt, jede untere Kontaktiervorrichtung ein nach oben weisendes Trag- und Kontaktelement sowie ein quer zur Förderrichtung neben diesem angeordnetes und gleichfalls nach oben weisendes Führungselement aufweist und jede obere Kontaktiervorrichtung über eine unten offene, im untergetauchten Zustand eine Luftblase speichernde Schutzglocke verfügt, welche im Bereich der Luftblase eine nach unten konkave, teilkreiszylindrische, auf einem Trag- und Kontaktelement absetzbare Stütz- und Kontaktfläche mit quer zur Förderrichtung verlaufender, ungefähr horizontaler Zylinderachse sowie an ihrer dem Führungselement zugekehrten Außenseite zwei zwischen sich einen vertikalen Durchlaß bildende Sperrelemente zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Sperrnase am Führungselement aufweist, um beim Absetzen eines Karosserieträgers auf zwei Fördergehängen einen Durchtritt der Sperrnasen durch die von den Sperrelementen der Schutzglocken gebildeten Durchlässe zu ermöglichen und beim schrägen Eintauchen einer Karosserie in das Lackierbad ein Abheben der Schutzglocken von den unteren Kontaktiervorrichtungen zu verhindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzglocke (30) an ihrer mit den Sperrelementen (44, 46) versehenen Außenseite (32) einen mit der Zylinderachse (38) ihrer Stütz- und Kontaktfläche (40) koaxialen, festen Achsstummel (42) besitzt und das Führungselement (20) für eine Seitenführung des Achsstummels einen zum Trag- und Kontaktelement (22) der unteren Kontaktiervorrichtung (16) parallelen, oben offenen Führungsschlitz (70) aufweist, dessen seitliche Ränder im oberen Bereich des Führungsschlitzes schräg von oben nach unten aufeinander zu verlaufende Einführkurven (70a, 70b) für den Achsstummel (42) bilden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trag- und Kontaktelement (22) stiftartig gestaltet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (20) als schienenartiger Ständer ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrelemente (44, 46) der Achse (38) des Achsstummels (42) zugewandte, ungefähr ebene Sperrflächen (44a, 46a) aufweisen, deren Ebenen ungefähr parallel zur Achsstummelachse verlaufen und miteinander einen Winkel bilden, dessen Winkelhalbierende (50) durch die Achsstummelachse (38) verläuft.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrelemente (44, 46) unterhalb des Achsstummels (42) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß - von oben gesehen - die Breite des Durchlasses (52) zwischen den Sperrelementen (44, 46) nur um so viel größer ist als die maximale Breite der Sperrnase (54), daß bei einem Verschwenken der Schutzglocke (30) und damit der Längsmittelachse des Durchlasses (52) gegenüber der Längsmittelachse des Führungsschlitzes (70) um mindestens 8°, vorzugsweise um mindestens 10°, die Sperrelemente (44, 46) einen Durchtritt der Sperrnase (54) durch den Durchlaß (52) verhindern.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Einführkurven (70a, 70b) die Breite des Führungsschlitzes (70) nur geringfügig größer ist als der Durchmesser des Achsstummels (42).
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Seite auf die Sperrnase (54) gesehen diese eine nach oben und hinten abgeschrägte Stirnseite (54b) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von vorn auf die Sperrnase (54) gesehen diese schräg nach oben aufeinander zu verlaufende Seitenflächen (54c, 54d) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von vorn auf die Sperrnase (54) gesehen diese eine ebene Unterseite (54a) besitzt, welche quer zum Führungsschlitz (70) verläuft.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende des Kontaktelements (22) ballig ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei sich auf der Kontaktfläche (40) der Schutzglocke (30) abstützendem Kontaktelement (22) der Achsstummel (42) weder auf der Sperrnase (54), noch am Ende des Führungsschlitzes (70) aufliegt.
