Claims (30)
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement für eine Tragvorrichtung zur Befestigung insbesondere von Sanitärapparaten, Armaturen, Rohrteilen und Leitungen, welche Profilschiene (7) einen sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden und nach aussen offenen Kanal (22, 33) aufweist, der durch eine Bodenwandung (8, 31) und zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwandungen (9, 32) gebildet ist und in dem ein Halteansatz (11, 16) zur lösbaren Befestigung des Verbindungselementes (1, 13, 24, 38) an der Profilschiene (7) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteansatz (11, 30) im Kanal (22, 33) vertieft angeordnet ist und dass das Verbindungselement (1, 13, 24, 38) entsprechend in den Kanal (22, 33) eingreift.
- Profilschiene nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteansatz (11, 30) durch wenigstens zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete, nach innen tiefgezogene und spitzförmige Abkantungen der Bodenwandung (8, 31) oder der Seitenwandung (9, 32) gebildet ist und dass das Verbindungselement (1, 13, 38) zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Halteteile (4, 5; 17, 18; 39a) aufweist, die jeweils eine Abkantung hintergreifen.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der beiden Halteteile (5, 18, 39a) als federnd ein- und ausrastbarer Ansatz ausgebildet ist.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (1, 38) winkelförmig ausgebildet ist und der in die Profilschiene eingreifende Arm (2a) sich in Längsrichtung der Profilschiene (7) erstreckt.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Halteteile (4, 5) des Verbindungselementes (1) ebenfalls in Längsrichtung der Profilschiene (7) erstrecken.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Arme (2a) jeweils ein Verbindungsorgan (3, 39) aufweisen, derart, dass das Verbindungselement (1, 38) zwei im rechten Winkel zueinander verlaufende Profilschienen (7) verbinden kann.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (1, 38) wenigstens ein Verbindungsorgan (3, 39) aufweist, das sich in Längsrichtung der Profilschiene (7) erstreckt.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan (3, 39) ein Profilabschnitt ist, der an einem Winkelteil (2) befestigt ist.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (1, 13, 38) an der Profilschiene (7) durch eine quer zur Längsrichtung der Profilschiene (7) gerichtete Schwenkbewegung am Halteansatz (11, 30) verrastbar ist.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Verbindungsteile (4, 5) unterschiedlich sind und der eine rastbar und der andere starr ausgebildet ist.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (1, 13, 38) an der Bodenwandung (8, 31) durch zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Lappen abgestützt ist.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Halteansätze (11, 30) wenigstens eine Abstellfläche (20) für einen in die Profilschiene (7) hineingestellten Teil (21) gebildet wird.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteansatz (30) im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet und mittig an der Bodenwandung (16) angeordnet ist, und dass das Verbindungselement (13) diesen Halteansatz (30) klauenartig umgreift.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschiene (7) im Querschnitt U-förmig ist.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (9, 32) der Profilschiene (7) mit Ausnahme der Halteteile (11, 30) eben ausgebildet sind.
- Profilschiene und Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwandung (8, 31) Öffnungen (12) beispielsweise für den Durchtritt von Befestigungsbolzen aufweist.
- Tragvorrichtung mit mehreren Profilschienen und Verbindungselementen, wobei die Profilschienen (7) eine Bodenwandung (8, 31) sowie zwei Seitenwandungen (19, 32) aufweisen und die Verbindungselemente (1, 13, 24, 38) lösbar in wenigstens einem nach aussen offenen Kanal (22, 33) einer Profilschiene (7) befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilschienen (7) jeweils in ihrem Kanal (22, 33) einen vertieft angeordneten Halteansatz (11, 30) aufweisen, der durch Abkantungen der Bodenwandung oder der Seitenwandungen gebildet ist und der ins Innere des Kanals (22, 33) gerichtet ist und dass die Verbindungselemente (1, 13, 24, 38) an diesem Halteansatz (11, 30) lösbar befestigt sind.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Verbindungselement (1, 38) winkelförmig ausgebildet ist und zwei Profilschienen (7) an einer Ecke im rechten Winkel miteinander verbindet.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für die Vorwandmontage von Sanitärapparaten vorgesehen ist.
- Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als weiteres Verbindungselement (24) ein Teil vorgesehen ist, das beispielsweise mit einem Gewindebolzen (25) an einer Profilschiene (7) aussenseitig angelegt ist und das in eine weitere Profilschiene (7) eingreift und eine Abkantung (11) hintergreift.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (24) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist und eine Bohrung (28) sowie eine zur Abkantung korrespondierende Vertiefung (27) aufweist.
- Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Profilschiene (7) eine Bodenschiene bildet, bei welcher die Bodenwandung (8, 31) unten und horizontal angeordnet ist und dass in den oben offenen Kanal (22, 33) dieser Profilschiene (7) wenigstens ein unteres Ende (21) eines vertikalen Holmes eingestellt ist.
- Tragvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vertikale Holm (37) auf eine Abstellfläche (20) der liegenden Profilschiene (7) gestellt ist und dass diese Abstellfläche (20) durch einen Halteansatz (11, 30) gebildet ist.
- Profilschiene für eine Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein U-förmiges und abgekantetes Blechprofil ist und in einer Bodenwandung oder Seitenwandung tiefgezogene Abkantungen zur Befestigung wenigstens eines Verbindungselementes aufweist.
- Profilschiene nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abkantungen (11) zur Bodenwandung (8) einen Abstand aufweisen, der kleiner ist als die Höhe der Seitenwandungen (9).
- Profilschiene nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand gleich oder kleiner ist als die halbe Höhe der Seitenwandungen (9).
- Profilschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie breiter ist als hoch.
- Verbindungselement für eine Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Verbindungsteile (4, 5) vorgesehen sind, wobei ein Verbindungsteil ein etwa rechtwinklig nach aussen vorstehender, hakenförmiger Greifteil (4) und der andere Teil ein Rastteil (5) ist.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rastteil (5) im Querschnitt etwa halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist und aussenseitig eine Rastrille (5a) aufweist.
- Verbindungselement für eine Tragvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens zwei klauenförmig ausgebildete und federnd auslenkbare Rastteile (39a) aufweist.
