Claims (13)
- Mechanische Haltevorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Weihnachtsbäumen verschiedener Größe und Beschaffenheit der Baumstümpfe, bestehend aus einer Grundplatte (1), einem mit der Grundplatte (1) fest verbundenen Aufnahmegefäß (2) mit Zentrierdorn (21), mehreren Halteelementen (3, 3a, 3b, 3c), die in gleichen Abständen zueinander um das Aufnahmegefäß (2) herum angeordnet unabhängig voneinander schwenkbeweglich oberhalb des Aufnahmegefäßes (2) in ihrer Haltestellung mit den zur Symmetrieachse weisenden Flächen einen Weihnachtsbaum ausrichten und halten, und nur einer Spannvorrichtung (4), mittels welcher die zum Ausrichten und Halten des Baumes erforderliche Kraft möglichst gleichmäßig über die Halteelemente (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) so an den Baumstumpf bringbar ist, daß mögliche Unebenheiten oder schiefer Wuchs ausgeglichen werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mittels der Spannvorrichtung (4) über mehrere Kraftübertragungselemente (5, 6) und deren Umleitungen (8, 9, 16) an zumindest einem Befestigungselement (8) die Kraft an den Baumstumpf bringbar ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (8) kippbeweglich angebracht ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lagerbock (9) vorgesehen ist, welcher an dem Befestigungselement (8) kippbeweglich angebracht ist und drehbeweglich angeordnet ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kraftübertragungselement (5, 6) aus mindestens zwei flexiblen Verbindungen besteht.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexiblen Verbindungen (5, 6) Stahlseile sind.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexiblen Verbindungen (5, 6) bezüglich der Zugrichtung nach der Umleitung (16) und vor dem Befestigungselement (8, 9) gegeneinander gekreuzt (15, 15a) sind.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmegefäß (2) eckig ausgeformt ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannvorrichtung (4) mit einem verlängerungsfähig ausgestaltetem Hebel (20) ausgestattet ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftübertragungselemente (5, 6) mittels eines Elektromotors (26, 27) gespannt und gelöst werden.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Elektromotor (26, 27) eine lösbare Rastklinkeneinrichtung (18) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (26, 27) von einem vorgeschalteten Transformator (28) mit Strom einer entsprechenden Stärke und Spannung versorgt wird.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elektromotor (26, 27) mittels einer Fernbedienung (30) gesteuert wird.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine 220 V-Steckdose (32) zum Anschluß von elektrischen Weihnachtsbaumkerzen fest mit dem Ständer verbunden ist.
