Claims (6)
- Einrichtung zur Registerkontrolle für Druckformen aufnehmende Zylinder von Druckmaschinen, mit einem im Zylinder (1) angeordneten Registerstift (2.1, 2.2), dem bei registergerechter Anlage einer Druckform elektrische Signale entnehmbar und einer außerhalb des Zylinders (1) angeordneten Auswerteeinheit (8) zuführbar sind, wobei die Übertragung der im Zylinder (1) generierten Signale mittels magnetischer Kraftlinien erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zylinder (1) eine in Abhängigkeit der Signale des Registerstiftes (2.1, 2.2) ansteuerbare und ein Magnetfeld erzeugende Einrichtung (5) in Form eines Elektromagneten angeordnet ist, und dass der Auswerteeinheit (8) gestellfest ein bei einer Stellung des Zylinders (1) mit der das Magnetfeld erzeugenden Einrichtung (5) zusammenwirkender Sensor (6) zugeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (6) eine Hall-Sonde aufweist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (6) einen magnetfeldabhängigen Widerstand aufweist. - Einrichtung nach einem der folgenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zylinder (1) eine Signalerzeugung (4) angeordnet ist, durch welche die Einrichtung (5) zur Erzeugung eines Magnetfeldes mit Signalfolgen ansteuerbar ist, und dass die dem Sensor (6) nachgeschaltete Auswerteeinheit (7) zur Detektion dieser Signalfolgen ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zylinder (1) eine mit der Signalerzeugung (4) verbundene Stromversorgung (3) in Form einer Batterie bzw. eines Akkus angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromversorgung (3) lediglich in der Stellung des Zylinders (1) zum Aufnehmen einer neuen Druckform schaltbar ist.
