Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Registerkontrolle für Druckformen aufnehmende Zylinder von Druckmaschinen, mit einem im Zylinder (1) angeordneten Registerstift (2.1, 2.2), dem bei registergerechter Anlage einer Druckform elektrische Signale entnehmbar sind, wobei im Formzylinder (1) eine in Abhängigkeit der Signale des Registerstiftes (2.1, 2.2) elektromagnetische Wellen erzeugende Einrichtung (4, 5) angeordnet ist, die mit einer außerhalb des Zylinders (1) angeordneten Einrichtung (6, 7) zum Empfang der im Formzylinder (1) generierten elektromagnetischen Wellen zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Einrichtung (4, 5) im Zylinder (1) die Signale des Registerstiftes (2.1, 2.2) kodiert an die Einrichtung (6, 7) zum Empfang der im Formzylinder (1) generierten elektromagnetischen Wellen mit nachgeordneter Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (8) übertragbar sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zylinder (1) zwei über die Formatbreite voneinander beabstandete Registerstifte (2.1, 2.2) angeordnet sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Registerstifte (2.1, 2.2) als bei Kontakt mit einer Druckform Signale generierende Schaltmittel ausgebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die registergerechte Anlage einer Druckform an den Registerstiften (2.1,2.2) unabhängig voneinander feststellbar und durch die Einrichtung (4, 5) in Form entsprechender Signale übertragbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Zylinder (1) eine mit der Einrichtung (4, 5) in Wirkverbindung stehende Stromversorgung (3) in Form einer Batterie bzw. eines wiederaufladbaren Speichers angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die stationäre Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (8) die übertragenden Signale der Registerstifte (2.1,2.2) bei Stillstand des Zylinders (1) während des Zuführens einer neuen Druckform auswertbar sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die stationäre Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (8) die übertragenen Signale der Registerstifte (2.1, 2.2) bei Maschinenlauf auswertbar sind.
