Claims (9)
- Abgaswärmetauscher (1) mit Paaren schalenförmiger Wärmetauscherplatten (6), jedes Paar schalenförmiger Wärmetauscherplatten (6) bildet einen Strömungs kanal (9) für das eine Mittel, indem sie am umlaufenden Randflansch spiegelbildlich so zusammengefügt und verbunden sind, daß der Randflansch der einen Wärmetauscherplatte (6) nach einer Seite und der Randflansch der anderen Wärmetauscherplatte (6) zur entgegengesetzten Seite gerichtet ist, sowie mit Öffnungen in den Wärmetauscherplatten, die auf einer gemeinsamen Linie liegen, um den Sammel-und den Verteilerkanal für das eine Mittel zu bilden und mit zwischen den erwähnten Strömungskanälen angeordneten weiteren Strömungskanälen für das andere Mittel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder flüssigkeitsgekühlte Abgaswärmetauscher (1) in gehäuseloser Bauweise ausgeführt ist,daß die Wärmetauscherplatten (6) auskragende Bereiche (7) aufweisen und in diesen Bereichen (7) den Verteiler - und den Sammelraum für das Kühlwasser ausbilden,daß sich die Strömungskanäle (14) für das Abgas etwa auf geradem Weg durch den Wärmetauscher erstrecken und an gegenüberliegenden Enden in Rohrböden (13) münden,und daß mindestens eine der zwei Arten von Strömungskanälen (9; 14) eine solche Oberflächenstruktur (22) aufweist, daß die vollflächige Berührung zwischen den Strömungskanälen (9 und 14) ausgeschlossen ist. - Abgaswärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Strömungskanäle (9) für das Kühlwasser eine etwa gewellte Oberflächenstruktur aufweisen.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Strömungskanäle (14) bildenden Flachrohre (8) für das Abgas vorzugsweise aus Edelstahl bestehen und wellenartige Inneneinsätze (24) aufweisen und entweder gezogene oder geschweißte Flachrohre (8) sind oder aus zwei Halbschalen (8/1; 8/2) gefertigt und am Randflansch miteinander verbunden sind.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachrohre (8) bzw. Strömungskanäle (14) wellenförmige Wandungen haben, wobei die Wellenberge und - täler in Richtung der Längsachse der Flachrohre (8) angeordnet sind.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Randflansch der die Flachrohre (8) bildenden Halbschalen (8/1; 8/2) und/oder am Randflansch (23) der schalenförmigen Wärmetauscherplatten (6) überstehende und abgewinkelte Abschnitte (12) angeordnet sind, die beim Zusammenfügen der Wärmetauscherplatten (6) ineinandergreifen und der korrekten Positionierung zweier Halbschalen zueinander dienen.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrböden (13) aus Edelstahl bestehen und vorzugsweise kreisrunde Teile sind, mit einem solchen Durchmesser, daß die Rohrböden (13) zumindest teilweise über die sich anschließende Querschnittsabmessung des Wärmetauschers ragen.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie auskragenden Bereiche (7) außerhalb des Querschnitts der Flachrohre (8) angeordnet sind.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmetauscherplatten (6) vorzugsweise aus Aluminium bestehen und Abstütznoppen (11) besitzen, die sich nach dem Zusammenfügen berühren und an den Berührungsstellen verbunden sind.
- Abgaswärmetauscher nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Richtung der Flachrohre (8) verlaufende Mittellinie des Abgaswärmetauschers (1) und die Abgasleitung zumindest in der Nähe des Einund Austritts auf einer etwa geraden oder wenig gekrümmten Linie liegen.
