Claims (9)

    caractérisé par

  2. Récipient à ordure (1) avec un corps (6) et un couvercle qui ferme le récipient (1) en position de fermeture, avec
    a) au moins un tenon d'arrêt rétractable qui est précontraint dans la position activée d'arrêt et
    b) qui dans sa position activée saillante entre en prise à la fermeture du couvercle avec au moins une surface de freinage qui est positionné de sorte que le couvercle (2) reste dans une position partiellement ouverte ,
    c) au moins un élément d'actionnement pour ramener le cran d'arrêt (3) dans sa position désactivée retirée ne coopérant pas avec la surface de freinage
    caractérisé par
    d) deux crans de freinage (3) et deux éléments d'actionnement espacés l'un de l'autre étant disposés sur le couvercle oscillant pour la désactivation, la surface de freinage (4) se trouvant sur les parois latérales du corps (6) du récipient, les éléments d'actionnement sous forme de boutons de pression ou de traction au milieu de la face avant du récipient et la distance entre les deux boutons de pression ou de traction étant suffisamment grande pour qu'un adulte, mais pas un enfant, puisse activer simultanément les deux boutons de pression ou de traction (23).
  3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le couvercle se déplace automatiquement dans la position fermée complètement après avoir dépassé un point mort lors du mouvement de fermeture, dans la mesure où le cran d'arrêt (3) respectivement le cran de freinage est désactivé.
  4. Récipient selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé
    - en ce qu'au moins un cran d'arrêt (3) est disposé sur le couvercle (2) et
    - en ce que le corps (6) présente observé dans le sens du regard de l'axe de pivotement (7) du couvercle (2), un bord supérieur (8) sur lequel au moins une encoche d'arrêt (4) respectivement une surface de freinage fait saillie, le cas échéant le long du bord (8), en particulier sur les deux bords (8a, 8b) en position concordante.
  5. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le cran d'arrêt (3) est l'extrémité libre d'un coude (13') saillant excentrique en particulier en forme de S à l'extrémité d'un arbre de pivotement (12'), qui présente sur son autre extrémité un levier pivotant (11') faisant saillie transversalement à la partie principale de l'arbre de pivotement (12), en particulier dans une direction opposée au coude (13'),
    - l'arbre de pivotement (12') étant logé avec sa partie principale parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement (7) du couvercle et ainsi transversalement à son sens de déplacement dans le couvercle (2) et pouvant être basculé
    - au moyen d'un bouton poussoir (14') faisant saillie du couvercle (2) qui est précontraint au moyen d'un ressort (16') et s'applique contre le levier de pivotement (11) à l'extérieur de la partie principale de l'arbre de pivotement (12') qui représente l'axe de pivotement, de telle sorte que le cran d'arrêt (3) est déplacé d'une position activée dans une position désactivée par rapport au cran d'arrêt (4).
  6. Récipient selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le bouton poussoir (14) s'étend essentiellement horizontalement à travers le bord (25) avant dirigé vers le bas vis-à-vis de la surface principale du couvercle (2) ainsi qu'à travers un talon (26) se trouvant derrière, également vertical parallèlement au bord (25) et par rapport au bord avant du couvercle (2) deux boutons poussoirs (14') sont disposés avec un arbre de pivotement associé (12') et des crans d'arrêt (4) sur le corps (6).
  7. Récipient selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque peigne d'arrêt (18") offrant une ou plusieurs encoches d'arrêt (4) est un composant disposé par rapport au corps (6) du récipient (1) de manière mobile de telle sorte qu'au moyen de l'influence de la force de gravité lors du basculement du récipient (1) vers l'avant, comme cela se produit au vidage du récipient, le peigne d'arrêt mobile (18') se déplace automatiquement dans la position désactivée dans laquelle il ne peut pas encore parvenir en prise avec le cran d'arrêt (3).
  8. Récipient selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - chaque peigne d'arrêt (18') est la partie radiale externe d'une partie de peigne (29) en forme de plaque qui est fixée autour d'un axe (27) à la paroi du récipient (6) de manière pivotante et au moyen d'un ressort de telle sorte que dans la position précontrainte, le peigne d'arrêt (18)dépasse au-dessus du bord (8) de la paroi du corps (6) dans la trajectoire de déplacement du cran d'arrêt (3) et
