- Gewebe für Arbeits- und Schutzbekleidung,
gekennzeichnet durchfolgende Faserzusammensetzung (Gew.%): permanent flammhemmend ausgerüstete Baumwollfasern (Faserkomponente A): 10 - 90 % Polyamid- und/oder Polyesterfasern (Faserkomponente B): 5 - 45 % Melaminharzfasern (Faserkomponente C): 5 - 45 % Hilfsfasern (Faserkomponente D) 0 - 5 %, - Gewebe nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durchfolgende Faseranteile (Gew.%): Faserkomponente A: 25 - 50 % Faserkomponente B: 26 - 35 % Faserkomponente C: 24 - 35 % - Gewebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Verhältnis des Anteils der Faserkomponente B zum Anteil der Faserkomponente C von 3:1 bis 1:1 - Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Baumwollfasern mit einem Flammschutzmittel auf Basis einer reaktiven Phosphorverbindung behandelt sind. - Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass 0,01 bis 3 Gew.% Antistatikfasern als Hilfsfasern enthalten sind. - Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine intime homogene Fasermischung. - Verwendung eines Gewebes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Herstellung von Arbeitsbekleidung.
- Verwendung eines Gewebes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Herstellung von Hitzeschutzbekleidung.
- Verwendung eines Gewebes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Herstellung von Schweißer-Schutzbekleidung.
- Verwendung eines Gewebes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Herstellung von Bekleidung, die für industrielle Wasch- und Trockenverfahren vorgesehen ist.
