Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐久舒适性阻燃织物,按重量份包括以下种类的纤维混纺制成:阻燃吸湿纤维40‑85份、阻燃高强骨架纤维5‑40份、高强耐磨纤维5‑30份、抗静电纤维1‑5份。本发明在保证织物具有优异的永久阻燃性同时,解决了阻燃织物的舒适性和耐久性难以平衡的问题,可广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、消防等领域的工装及公共场所的窗帘、床上用品等多种领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃织物,尤其涉及一种耐久舒适性阻燃织物。
背景技术
随着现代化工业的高速发展,人们对安全也益重视,世界各国也相继颁布阻燃纺织品规范,阻燃技术及相关产品的开发也迅速发展。阻燃装备已被广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、钢铁、玻璃、消防等领域。
目前,最被广泛应和认可的织物组成是93%间位芳纶/5%对位芳纶/2%抗静电纤维,即市场上的“3A”面料,具有非常优异的综合性能。但存在着材料染色成本高、染色不稳定、日晒牢度差以及舒适性有待提的问题;于是有了50%间位芳纶/50%阻燃黏胶面料,该面料舒适性得到了幅度提,但面料的尺稳定性和耐久性不够,一般用于针织面料,用于内衣、头套或者3A面料阻燃服的舒适层。
还有其它的科研工作者也一直在探索阻燃织物的舒适性和耐久性的平衡。HinesRobert Winfred et在USP 9,745,647中提出了类似本发明的方法,采用阻燃纤维间位芳纶、吸湿纤维和抗静电纤维共混纺纱织布,织物具有优异的阻燃、吸湿、尺寸稳定等综合性能,该专利织物采用了高于70%的芳纶纤维,虽然相对于3A改善了织物的穿着舒适性,但染色成本高、染色不稳定、日晒牢度差仍没有改进。
杜邦公司也在USP 7,156,883中提出了采用60-75%间位芳纶和阻燃黏胶纤维混纺制得轻质舒适的类似牛仔服的防护服装。我国各相关科研院校也在从多方面对阻燃织物进行开发研究,例如天津工业大学王涛的硕士生论文“阻燃黏胶纤维/腈氯纶混纺织物的纺制及性能研究”,测试了纤维、混纺纱线及其织物的物理机械性能,并对混纺织物的阻燃纤维、热性能、热分解动力学进了研究。论文对纤维的基本性能测试表明,阻燃黏胶纤维的基本特性和普通黏胶类似,可防性好、强力低、不耐磨,纤维燃烧后具有较高的残炭率和保型性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种在保证织物具有优异的永久阻燃性的同时兼具舒适性和耐久性的耐久舒适性阻燃织物。
技术方案:本发明的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,按重量份包括以下种类的纤维混纺制成:阻燃吸湿纤维40-85份、阻燃高强骨架纤维5-40份、高强耐磨纤维5-30份、抗静电纤维1-5份。
优选地,所述阻燃高强骨架纤维为对位芳纶、Technora纤维或PBO纤维中的至少一种。
优选地,所述阻燃吸湿纤维为阻燃胶黏纤维。
优选地,所述高强耐磨纤维为高强阻燃聚酯纤维和/或聚酰胺纤维。
优选地,所述高强耐磨纤维为阻燃涤纶纤维。
优选地,所述抗静电纤维为金属纤维、炭黑系纤维或导电性金属化合物纤维中的至少一种。
优选地,所述抗静电纤维为碳纤维、聚酯基导电纤维或尼龙基导电纤维中的至少一种。
优选地,所述耐久舒适性阻燃织物是以混纺纱线经针织、编织或机织面料制成。
优选地,所述耐久舒适性阻燃织物通过色织或匹染来染色。
优选地,所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物克重100-400gsm。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,取得如下显著效果:
1、少量的阻燃高强骨架纤维、高强耐磨阻燃涤纶纤维的加入和阻燃黏胶比例加大,替代现有技术50%间位芳纶料,在保证织物具有优异的永久阻燃性同时,解决了阻燃织物的舒适性和耐久性难以平衡的问题。
2、少量的具有高强高模的阻燃高强骨架纤维的加入,提供了织物足够的强力,且面料的撕破强力较现有技术面料(50%间位芳纶/50%阻燃黏胶料)大幅度提高,同时织物的热收缩率得到很好的控制。
3、阻燃黏胶纤维的比例加大,不仅大大改善了纱线或面料的染色性能,舒适性得到大幅度提高,同时由于其成本远低于间位芳纶,面料的成本也得到有效控制。
4、由于阻燃高强骨架纤维的用量较小,无需对该部分纤维染色即可满足日常颜色的需要,避免使用大量染色载体的芳纶染色工艺,既有助于保持面料本身的性能不被影响又使得阻燃面料的成本进一步降低。
5、较少量的高强耐磨阻燃涤纶纤维的加入,可大幅度提高织物的耐磨性和强力,特别是面料的断裂强力和撕破强力得到明显提高。同时,当织物暴露于热和火焰中时,高百分比的阻燃纤维会形成焦炭,自然起到隔绝氧气的作用,有效解决涤纶纤维的熔滴现象,火源去除后,阻燃服装将自动熄灭。
6、该阻燃织物可广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、消防等领域的工装及公共场所的窗帘、床上用品等多种领域。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例的纤维例为:50%阻燃黏胶纤维/40%对位芳纶/5%高强阻燃聚酯纤维/5%聚酯基导电纤维。混纺纱线40S/2,经纬密72*56,机织成150gsm面料,匹染淡蓝色,有淡淡黄底,比较明显。以混纺纱线经针织制成。
实施例2
纤维比例为:60%阻燃黏胶纤维/5%Technora纤维/30%尼龙6/5%炭黑系纤维。混纺纱线40S/2,经纬密72*56,机织成150gsm面料,匹染淡蓝色,黄底较淡,不明显。以混纺纱线经编织制成,耐久舒适性阻燃织物克重100gsm。
实施例3
纤维比例为:65%阻燃黏胶纤维/25%PBO纤维/9%高强阻燃聚酯纤维/1%抗静电金属纤维。混纺纱线40S/2,经纬密72*56,机织成150gsm面料,匹染淡蓝色,黄底较淡,不明显。以混纺纱线经机织制成,耐久舒适性阻燃织物克重400gsm。
实施例4
纤维比例为:70%阻燃黏胶纤维/20%对位芳纶/8%尼龙6/2%炭黑系纤维。混纺纱线40S/2,经纬密72*56,机织成150gsm面料,匹染成淡蓝色。以混纺纱线经机织制成,耐久舒适性阻燃织物克重200gsm。
实施例5
纤维比例为85%阻燃黏胶纤维/5%对位芳纶/8%阻燃涤纶纤维/2%尼龙基导电纤维。混纺纱线30S/2,经纬密70*54,机织成200gsm面料,匹染成淡蓝色。以混纺纱线经机织制成,耐久舒适性阻燃织物克重300gsm。对比实施例1
纤维比例为:50%间位芳纶/50%阻燃黏胶纤维。混纺纱线40S/2,经纬密81*47,机织成150gsm面料,匹染黑色成麻灰。
对比实施例2
纤维比例为:50%间位芳纶/50%阻燃黏胶纤维。混纺纱线30S/2,经纬密70*54,机织成200gsm面料,匹染黑色成麻灰。
表1是不同实施例及实施对比实施例面料的基本性能测试比较,可见少量高强高模纤维的加入就可达到含50%间位芳纶面料的物理机械性能,且面料的撕破强力大幅度提高,阻燃黏胶纤维的比例加大,不仅大大改善了纱线或面料的染色性能,同时面料的成本也得到有效控制。
表2和表3分别是实施例2和对比实施例1面料的阻燃性能测试结果,测试标准均为:ISO15025:2016.阻燃效果都非常优异。

Claims (10)
1.一种耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下种类的纤维混纺制成:阻燃吸湿纤维40-85份、阻燃高强骨架纤维5-40份、高强耐磨纤维5-30份、抗静电纤维1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述阻燃高强骨架纤维为对位芳纶、Technora纤维或PBO纤维中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述阻燃吸湿纤维为阻燃胶黏纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述高强耐磨纤维为高强阻燃聚酯纤维和/或聚酰胺纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述高强耐磨纤维为阻燃涤纶纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述抗静电纤维为金属纤维、炭黑系纤维或导电性金属化合物纤维中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述抗静电纤维为碳纤维、聚酯基导电纤维或尼龙基导电纤维中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述耐久舒适性阻燃织物是以混纺纱线经针织、编织或机织面料制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述耐久舒适性阻燃织物通过色织或匹染来染色。
10.根据权利要求1所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物,其特征在于,所述的耐久舒适性阻燃织物克重100-400gsm。
