Definitions
- the invention relates to a bag pack of bags made of thermoplastic film, the bags in Area of an edge strip at least in areas to the Packs are blocked and with one below the Blocking area formed perforated tear line to separate the bags from the blocked edge strip are equipped and in which the edge strip opposite area by means of a weld Bottom bag is formed.
- the invention is concerned with a method for Manufacture of pouches from thermoplastic pouches Plastic, the pouch being made of a flat Plastic tubular film by welding one Bottom weld seam transverse to the longitudinal extent and direction of conveyance the tubular film and cutting the bag to length in parallel and next to it the bottom weld seam are manufactured and then in one Packs are piled up and in one of the bottom welds opposite edge area are blocked and in the Edge area of each pack after the storage has ended Bag a perforated tear line for single tear off the bag from the packing near the blocked edge area is punched.
- Blocked packs of plastic bags serve as a supply for the individual removal of a bag if necessary, that of the blocked pack along one perforated tear line is torn off.
- Packing bags in addition, often in outer packaging or dispenser boxes offered for the individual removal, which is only an example reference is made to DE 94 08 149.2 U1 or US-A-5655 682.
- the object of the invention is to pack a bag of bags made of thermoplastic plastic film and a To create procedures for this that can be trained in small format is, i.e. much smaller than the single bag and furthermore a clean tearing off of the individual bag from allows packing.
- the bag should also be sufficient Stability and strength not only through the selection of the Plastic film, but also in terms of sweat resistance have the bottom seam.
- the object underlying the invention is in Packing bags of the generic type according to the proposal of Invention solved in that each bag of a pack around in For the purpose of extending the length of the pouch, the folded edges run Reducing the bag width is folded and in the Folding position on the pack is blocked in the edge area and the tear line of the folded bags in the form of sickle-like incisions is executed and the sickle-like incisions to the Long sides of the bag pack are enough and these long sides cut the bag so that the folded bags are attached to theirs outer lateral edges of the blocked Edge strips are separated, and between the crescent Incisions connecting webs are formed over which the Bags are connected to the edge strip in such a way that tear off the connecting bars when pulling off the bags.
- the process of making packs of bags from bags thermoplastic film stands out according to the Invention characterized in that the tubular film before or after Weld the bottom weld by at least one in Longitudinal extension of the tubular film and the one to be produced Bag folded folding edge is folded and one out crescent-shaped, curved or half-wave incisions with narrow connecting bars remaining between them Compound tear line punched in the packs of bags is, the incisions also on the lateral edges of the Bags or packing are executed.
- the individual bags before they are blocked in at least one in the longitudinal extension of the bag, that is, transversely to the Bottom weld seam and folded edge running to the opening edge folded, with multiple folding being preferred.
- V-folding so reducing the width of the bag by half or the so-called M-fold, i.e. three folded edges and reducing the bag width to one A quarter or four fold edges, depending on the width of the bag be made.
- the Packing of bags in its entirety transverse to the longitudinal extension of the Bag is wrapped once or twice.
- an S-shaped or Z-shaped turn as possible as a C-shaped turn inside or just one one and a half or two and a half times envelope.
- this tear line does not tear the edge of the bag.
- this tear line is made in the form of individual sickle-like incisions, these sickle-like incisions particularly on the Side edges of the folded bags or the bag pack are also executed, so that in this area of bags to be separated from the pack beforehand from the Edge strip is separated.
- the crescent-shaped ones are essential for the invention Incisions as perforations, which are garland-like Form trained tear line with long incisions, whereby here also wavy under crescent-shaped incisions Incisions of sinusoidal waves or arcuate Understand incisions or very elongated incisions are.
- the connecting webs of the tear line are preferred from 2 to 3 cm, the connecting webs a width at the Have a tear point of about 1 to 3 mm.
- the bottom weld seam of the blocked to the bag packs Bags can either be folded before or after getting produced. Provided the bottom weld of the bag across the full width of the spread bag at its Manufacture is made, it is a simple one Weld.
- the bottom weld of each one Bag after its folding in the longitudinal extension of the Bag running folding edges across the width of the to produce folded bags.
- an M-shape is folded in A so-called M-shaped bottom weld seam, which gives the bottom of the bag greater strength.
- the edge strip of the Bag packing in which the bags are interlocked, in at least one place or in two areas or lengthways of a linear blocking area also punch another slot in which one Fixing agent to fix the pack of bags in one place is insertable.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows the production of packs of bags represented by bags made of thermoplastic plastic film.
- a tubular film 100 made of thermoplastic material such as for example polyethylene
- the desired length of a bag is determined using a Sweat bar across the width B of the tubular film shown here corresponds to the width of the bag, a weld seam 101 welded to the later bottom weld of the bag forms.
- Sectionally welded hose 100 is in the area of Folding station II in the longitudinal extension of the bag and the Tubular film folded around the folding edges 120, see FIG. 2.
- the Tubular film and thus the bag With three folding edges with four folding parts, the Tubular film and thus the bag to a quarter of the width B decreased.
- the tubular film and thus the bag is folded in an M-shape 102, see also FIG. 3.
- the folded tubular film 102 becomes the cutting station III fed.
- the bags are parallel to the weld 101 and cut to length next to the weld 101 and the individual bag 1 and transported in a stack and Blocking station IV collected.
- station IV are For example, two stacking needles 8 are provided, on which the cut individual bag 1 in the region of its opening edge - Opposite the bottom weld seam 121 - impaled and be collected into a pack P.
- Fig. 4 is the bag pack P, which in the stack and Blocking station IV is manufactured according to FIG. 1, again in represented individual.
- the stacking needles 8 leave small ones Holes 104 in the region of the edge strip R of the bag pack P, in addition to the small holes 104, the blocking areas 105 are arranged. It is also possible, for example the Bag between the two holes 104 of the stacking needles block and an additional slot if desired above, i.e. to punch towards the edge.
- the bag 1 itself are folded M-shaped in the example shown, see FIG. 3, blocked in the bag pack P according to FIG. 4.
- tear line 107 between edge strips R and the bag 1 formed.
- the tear line 107 consists of crescent-shaped incisions 107a, in the example shown three such incisions for a pack, as well as between the crescent-shaped incisions remaining narrow webs 107b.
- the sickle-like incisions 107a go to the Side edges 103a, b of the pack or the folded bags through, see Fig. 5, so that the individual bags 1 on the Edge strips R only over the narrow webs 107b are connected and when pulling in the direction of arrow Z, see Fig. 4, are very easy to tear off without the then tears occur.
- the webs 107b are symmetrical about the longitudinal axis X the bag arranged so that in a central attack in Z-direction on the bag and even tear off The same can be separated from the edge strip R.
- Punching knife arranged so that a lateral overcut, see dashed line 107c in FIG. 4, indicated, so that it is always ensured that the lateral edges of the folded bags are already cut.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 This process is schematic in FIGS. 6 and 7 shown again. From Fig. 6 it can be seen how the folded bag 1, 120 M-shaped around the longitudinal edges is folded, in the Z direction from the edge strip R is pulled off in order to then tear the torn bag 1 as shown in FIG. 7 with the through the crescent-shaped incisions 107a to get the marked opening edge. By Pull apart the two film sides of the bag in The direction of arrow S then becomes in the area of the tear-off edge Filling open.
- FIG. 8 is a further variant of the production of a Bag packs shown according to the invention.
- a tubular film 100 which is laid flat and thus the Width B of a bag to be manufactured corresponds, in Conveying direction T first fed to a folding station II, in which in turn lay the flat tubular film, as in the 2 and 3 are shown, folded in an M-shape.
- the tubular film 102 folded in this way then becomes one combined welding and cutting station I, III fed, with a weld 101a across the folded Tubular film is designed as a bottom weld seam, see Fig. 9, which makes the bottom area of the bag a substantial one Experienced increase in strength.
- the bag packs produced according to FIG. 1 or according to FIG. 8 can be resized to another smaller format by folding them across the length of the pack be either single or double in V-shape or Z-shape, and then wrapped up in an outer packaging or dispenser become.
- Outer packaging and dispenser can then be one Have handle recess, which allows the bags from packing by tearing off the blocked edge strip separate and remove.
- FIG. 11 A perspective view of a dispenser 2 is shown schematically in FIG. 11 shown having a flat cuboid shape Top 20, narrow long sides 26, 27, a head edge 25 and opposite lower edge 22 and one the lower edge 22 adjoining the bottom.
- a pack of bags P with bags 1 inserted, the Bag in an edge region R, which is parallel to the top edge of the Dispensers run together in two areas 105 are blocked and preferably in the middle by an edge strip R continuous slot 108 is formed by punching.
- the individual bags are on a tear line 107 with the Edge strips connected, this tear line of four garland-shaped, sickle-shaped or arcuately punched incisions 107a and three there is narrow connecting webs 107b therebetween.
- the handle recess 21 is formed in the top 20 of the dispenser 2 is approximately of the middle Area starting from where the edge strip through the tear line 107 is marked.
- the Handle recess 21 goes to the lower edge 22 of the dispenser through and has, for example, a slightly conical widening Form towards the exit.
- the handle recess is so large that can be comfortably reached through with one finger by pressure on the bag and at the same time pulling off Arrow direction Z, i.e. towards the bottom edge, a bag 1 of the border strip R at the tear line 107 and can be pulled out.
- the handle recess 21 takes for example in the area of the lower edge a third of the Width A of the dispenser.
- the handle recess is in the area of the lower edge 22 in Direction of the two narrow long sides 26, 27 through on the Bottom to the bottom edge formed by the top adjacent formed columns 23, 24 on a Width w widened. This way the bottom edge 22 of the dispenser following the handle recess 21 Pull-out slot with a length m corresponding to approximately the width the folded bag 1 arranged in the bag pack educated.
- the handle recess 21 and the through the column 23, 24 pull-out slots formed run on successive ones Sides of the dispenser.
- the one attached to the top 20 Handle recess 21 allows gripping the top one Bag for peeling it off from the edge strip R while the subsequent pull-out slit on the lower edge of the easy pulling of the gripped bag 1 over its entire width through the correspondingly wide pull-out slot from the dispenser 2 in the direction of the arrow Z, as in dashed lines shown, enables.
- the invention enables the production of small formats Bag packs containing large-format bags, as well appropriately small-sized donors.
- Crescent-shaped incisions become a particularly easy one Tear off, in a controlled and orderly way Bag from packing along tear line 107 allows without tearing the bag in the area of the Bag opening takes place.
- the strength of the Bag by appropriate training of the bottom weld folded bags are made as an M weld.
