Claims (11)
- Voluminöse sprungelastische Mattenstruktur, bestehend aus einem Kettengewirke mit eingearbeiteten Schußelementen aus Faserstrukturen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußelemente (1) aus seilartig geformten, elastischen losen Faserstrukturen (5) bestehen, die in den Bindungselementen (2) der Kettengewirkestruktur im Abstand (a) der Wirkmaschenstäbchen radial geschnürt eingebunden sind.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seilartig geformten losen Faserstrukturen (5) durch einen schlauchförmigen, netzartigen Maschenmantel (3) radial vorgspannt sind.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettengewirkestruktur ein extrem grobes Rechts/Rechts-Gewirke ist.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgespannten Schußelemente (1) als durchgehende Parallelschüsse, vorzugsweise als Vollschuß, eingebunden sind.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorgespannten Schußelemente (1) als zwei getrennte Systeme im Wechsel von den Maschen der vorderen und hinteren Nadelbarre eingebunden sind.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschenmantel (3) aus mindestens vier in Längsrichtung spiralförmig verlaufenden Maschenstäbchen (4) besteht.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußelemente (1) auf beiden Seiten der R/R-Maschenstruktur gleiche oder unterschiedliche Abmessungen und Materialzusammensetzung aufweisen.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußelemente (1) aus Naturfaserstoffen, synthetischen Faserstoffen oder Mischungen daraus bestehen.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Schußelemente (1) mindestens dem 10fachen Wert des Grundfadens der Bindungselemente (2) entspricht.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schußelemente (1) in Längs- und/oder in Querrichtung eingebunden sind.
- Mattenstruktur nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzliche textile und/oder nichttextile Verstärkungselemente in Kett- und/oder Schußrichtung eingebunden sind.
