Besides, with both guard covers opened, it is possible to effect inspection and servicing of the devices in a simple manner from both front and side because the support frame which has been used to support the guard cover of the conventional structure is not present.

Abstract

Un couvercle de protection comprend un premier couvercle de protection (12) recouvrant un dispositif d'inspection par l'avant et le dessus et pouvant s'ouvrir verticalement ainsi qu'un second couvercle de protection (13) recouvrant, lorsqu'il est fermé, un dispositif d'entretien sur le côté de manière continue avec le premier couvercle de protection, portant le premier couvercle, et pouvant être ouvert horizontalement. Par conséquent, les couvercles de protection peuvent être ouverts séparément. Ainsi, le dispositif d'inspection peut être inspecté par un opérateur lorsque le premier couvercle de protection (12) est ouvert et le dispositif d'entretien est contrôlé par un technicien d'entretien lorsque le second couvercle de protection (13) est ouvert. L'objet à inspecter et l'objet à entretenir sont clairement distingués l'un de l'autre par les couvercles de protection, ce qui permet d'améliorer grandement les efficacités d'inspection et d'entretien.

Claims (6)

  1. Capot de protection pour machine de construction destiné à être utilisé pour protéger des dispositifs qui sont regroupés dans une certaine partie de la machine de construction et qui protègent des dispositifs à soumettre au contrôle ou à l'entretien, ledit capot de protection comprenant :
    un premier capot de protection (12) qui recouvre lesdits dispositifs à partir des côtés de surface avant et supérieure des dispositifs et qui est construit afin de pouvoir être ouvert et fermé verticalement par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière (12a) fixée à une partie d'extrémité arrière du premier capot de protection ; et
    un second capot de protection (13) qui recouvre lesdits dispositifs à partir d'un côté des dispositifs et qui est construit afin de pouvoir être ouvert et fermé dans la direction transversale par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière (13a) fixée sur une partie d'extrémité arrière du second capot de protection, caractérisé en ce que ledit second capot de protection est construit afin d'être contigu audit premier capot de protection lorsqu'il est fermé et de supporter une partie d'extrémité inférieure du premier capot de protection (12).
  2. Capot de protection pour machine de construction selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits premier et second capots de protection sont construits afin d'être divisés le long d'une limite située entre une plage de contrôle pour les dispositifs à soumettre au contrôle et une plage d'entretien pour les mécanismes d'entraínement à soumettre à l'entretien.
  3. Capot de protection pour machine de construction selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel on prévoit un élément tampon (14a) pour absorber une force d'impact développée lors de la fermeture dudit premier capot de protection (12) au niveau d'une partie de bord supérieur dudit second capot de protection (13) qui supporte le premier capot de protection.
  4. Capot de protection pour machine de construction selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit premier capot de protection est formé en utilisant une résine et ledit second capot de protection est formé avec une tôle d'acier.
  5. Capot de protection pour machine de construction selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit premier capot de protection a une structure creuse à deux coques, formée par un moulage rotationnel.
  6. Machine de construction comprenant un capot de protection selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
