Definitions
- the invention relates to a collection vehicle for organic waste with a bed and one Washing device for the organic containers.
- EP 0 628 500 A1 describes a collecting vehicle for organic waste according to the generic term of claim 1 known.
- a disadvantage of such organic waste collection vehicles it that the corresponding pumps for the wash water take up a lot of space and have a comparatively high weight.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a collection vehicle for organic waste the preamble of claim 1 to further develop such that for the wash water the pumps to be provided are small and compact and, on the other hand, efficient work.
- this object is based on the preamble of claim 1 solved by the added characteristic features. Accordingly, at Washing the bio-vessels high-pressure nozzles provided for the washing device, via a high-pressure pump with process water or, if necessary, with fresh water are acted upon.
- the high pressure pump according to the present Invention from a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and on both Flanked water cylinders on each side of the cylinder, each water cylinder has at least one pressure valve, a suction valve, and a vent, and wherein the water cylinders are connected to the pressure nozzles.
- the two water cylinders can preferably be one with process water and the other with fresh water be filled to supply the high pressure nozzles.
- the collecting vehicle can act as a rear loader be formed, with the tilting device next to each other in the rear area the filling for emptying the bio-containers and the tilting device of the washing device are arranged in the washing position for lifting the organic containers.
- the organic containers are also washed in an open position at an angle transferred so that here, if necessary, to be retracted hydraulically
- the corresponding wash water is injected into the bio-container using high-pressure nozzles can be.
- Advantageous in the separation of the washing water handling from the Collecting space for organic waste is to use fragrances in the rinse water can, which do not come into contact with organic waste and can therefore be used safely are.
- a waste water tank and a pure water tank are arranged in the organic waste in the collection vehicle.
- the water collected in the collecting sump is stored in the process water tank saved again and, if necessary, passed through filter units for rough cleaning of the organic vessels to be pumped back into the washing device.
- the vessel is cleaned with pure water from the Clean water tank cleaned.
- the refuse collection vehicle has in the embodiment shown here a rotating drum structure with a rear bed, with the organic container with the organic waste on one side and by means of an State of the art lifting and tilting device in the receiving space for the Organic waste can be emptied.
- a washing unit arranged in which the organic container can be hung and can also be swiveled up via a lifting and tilting device, so that the organic container can be cleaned using appropriate high-pressure nozzles. In the cleaning process it will First pre-cleaned the vessel with service water and then with pure water 'departure.
- the high pressure pump 10 which is shown in the figure, consists of a double-acting Hydraulic cylinders 12 each have water cylinders 14 and 16 arranged on their end faces are.
- the double-acting hydraulic cylinder 12 has pressure lines 18 and 20 and return lines 22 and 24.
- the water cylinder 14 is in the embodiment shown here for industrial water provided and has a comparatively higher volume than that Water cylinder 16, which is intended for pure water. That means for rough cleaning more water is used than for final cleaning. Of course If necessary, both water cylinders 14 and 16 with process water or pure water be driven.
- the high-pressure pump 10 can advantageously be located directly on the arm of the cleaning nozzles be attached. With this arrangement there is less pressure loss.
- Each water cylinder has a manner not shown here Pressure valve or suction valve on.
- the piston rod 26 presses the piston disk 27 in the water cylinder 14, so that an overpressure arises and the process water via the pressure line 36 to the high-pressure nozzles, not shown here is passed on and injected into the bio-container. simultaneously pure water is drawn in via the cylinder 34 through the suction line 34.
- the pure water can also be used according to DE 195 28 748 C2 Air filter realized air filter can be supplied with water.
- the water cylinders 14 and 16 can advantageously be simple with the hydraulic part 12 be screwed so that they can be replaced by water cylinders of different volumes as required can be replaced.
- the tiltable can be emptied on the bed side for emptying the bio-containers Slide into which the organic containers are hung is pulled out over their swivel shaft be so that the fermentation juice collecting in the organic container does not over the pouring pipe runs onto the street, but over the correspondingly the swivel bearing extended the slide safely into the waste collection area into running.
