Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Umformen eines Werkstücks (43) durch Drückwalzen, insbesondere zum Herstellen einer Innenverzahnung (41) an dem Werkstück (43), bei dem eine topfförmige Vorform (18) axial gegen ein Werkzeugfutter (37) gespannt und beidseitig eingespannt wird, mittels mindestens einem Wälzkörper (11) an das Werkzeugfutter (37) angedrückt wird und relativ zu dem Wälzkörper (11) rotiert, wobei der zumindest eine Wälzkörper (11) zu Beginn der Umformung gegen einen Zylinderwandbereich (39) der Vorform (18) angedrückt wird und in axialer Relativbewegung über den Zylinderwandbereich (39) in Umformkontakt mit diesem geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wälzkörper (11) vom offenen Ende (35) der Vorform (18) zum Boden (33) der Vorform (18) hin in Umformkontakt geführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Innenverzahnung (41) an dem Zylinderwandbereich (39) mit einer axialen Länge (44) eingeformt wird, die geringer ist als die Länge des Zylinderwandbereichs (39), und daß die eingeformte Innenverzahnung (41) in einem definierten Abstand (46) zum Boden (33) ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Eckbereich zwischen dem Boden (33) und dem Zylinderwandbereich (39) eine Übergangskontur (47) mit einer Wanddickenverstärkung ausgebildet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorform (18) durch eine Vielzahl von Wälzkörpern (11) umgeformt wird, welche ringartig um die Vorform (18) angeordnet und in einem Käfig (13) jeweils drehbar gelagert sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorform (18) in einer axialen Relativbewegung durch die ringförmige Anordnung der Wälzkörper (11) bewegt und dabei von den Wälzkörpern (11) an das Werkzeugfutter (37) angedrückt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorform (18) durch kegelige Wälzrollen (11) umgeformt wird, die in zur Rotationsachse (32) der Vorform (18) geneigter Anordnung in einem konischen Außenring (14) abrollen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorform (18) zwischen zwei axial bewegbaren Antriebsspindeln (31, 36) einer Drückwalzmaschine eingespannt wird, wobei an einer der Antriebsspindeln (36) das Werkzeugfutter (37) und an der anderen Antriebsspindel (31) eine Zentriereinrichtung vorgesehen sind,
daß die Vorform (18) zunächst an der Antriebsspindel (36) mit der Zentriereinrichtung angeordnet und zentriert gehalten wird und
daß zum Einspannen der Vorform (18) an dem Werkzeugfutter (37) die Antriebsspindeln (31, 36) axial gegeneinander verfahren werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zentriereinrichtung ein Zentrierzapfen (30) verwendet wird, auf welchem die Vorform (18) mit einer Nabenöffnung (29) paßgenau aufgesteckt wird.
