Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sammelmappe zur Aufnahme von insbesondere als Hüllen ausgebildeten Einlagen, die an einem ihrer Ränder mit zu ihrer lösbaren Verankerung an Halteringen der Mappe dienenden Ausstanzungen versehen sind.
Aus der GB 2 248 802 A ist eine Mappe der in Betracht gezogenen Art bekannt, bei der die Halteringe von Teilen einer üblichen Ringbuchmechanik gebildet werden. Die in dieser Mappe untergebrachten Hüllen lassen sich - wie allgemein üblich - durch Öffnen und Schließen der Halteringe abheften oder entnehmen. Aufklappbare Halteringe einer Ringbuchmechanik werden auch bei einer aus der GB 2 247 433 A bekannten Mappe verwendet, die u.a. zur Aufnahme von Einlagen mit randoffenen Ausstanzungen dient, welche eine Abheftung der Einlagen an geschlossenen Halteringen ermöglicht.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Mappe der in Betracht gezogenen Art zu schaffen, die das bequeme Abheften und Entnehmen von Einlagen gestattet, welche mit randoffenen Ausstanzungen der aus der GB 2 247 433 A bekannten Art versehen sind, und die sich kostengünstig herstellen läßt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Halteringe als einstückige Spritzgußteile mit einem einen im wesentlichen pilzförmigen Ansatz tragenden Fuß ausgebildet sind, daß der Ansatz Löcher im Bereich des Mappenrückens oder eines Mappendeckels durchsetzt und daß der Kopf des Ansatzes durch einen nach Art eines Druckknopfes mit dem Ansatz verbundenen Rastring an der Mappenaußenseite arretiert ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Mappe bietet neben dem aus der Verwendung kostengünstig herstellbarer Spritzgußteile resultierenden Vorteil den Vorzug, daß die über eine ausreichende Stabilität verfügenden Halteringe sich schnell und einfach montieren lassen. Beide Umstände kommen dem Massenartikelcharakter einschlägiger Mappen sehr entgegen.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung einer in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten, besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung, Es zeigen:

In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist eine Mappe zur Aufnahme von Hüllen 1 dargestellt. Die Mappe weist einen vorderen Dekkel 2 auf, der über einen Rücken 3 mit einem hinteren Dekkel 4 verbunden ist. An den rechten Rand des hinteren Dekkels 4 schließt sich über einen Bug 5 eine Verschlußlasche 6 an. Die Hüllen 1 weisen an ihrem einen Rand schwalbenschwanzähnliche Ausstanzungen 7 auf, die zu ihrer Verankerung an Halteringen 8 dienen, welche am Rücken 3 der Mappe befestigt sind.
Die Mappe läßt sich durch Haftreißverschlußstreifen 9 und 10 an der Innenseite des vorderen Deckels 2 und an der Außenseite der unter den vorderen Deckel 2 klappbaren Verschlußlasche 6 verschließen.
Einzelheiten des Aufbaus der Halteringe 8 und der zu deren Befestigung am Rücken 3 erforderlichen Mittel zeigen die Figuren 3 bis 6.
Jeder Haltering 8 besitzt einen Fuß 11, über den ein Ansatz 12 mit einem Kopf 13 vorsteht. Wie aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich, hat der Haltering 8 einen elliptischen Querschnitt, der ihm eine hinreichende Stabilität verleiht und darüberhinaus das Einheften der Hüllen erleichtert und deren sichere Verankerung an den Halteringen 8 fördert.
Der Ansatz 12 ragt mit seinem Kopf 13 durch Löcher im Rükken 3 der Mappe und ist an der Außenseite des Rückens 3 durch Rastringe 14, die den Kopf 13 hintergreifen, gesichert. Die Rastringe 14 haben eine konvexe Außenfläche, die sanft in die Außenfläche des Rückens 3 übergeht.

Claims (5)

  1. Sammelmappe zur Aufnahme von insbesondere als Hüllen ausgebildeten Einlagen, die an einem ihrer Ränder mit zu ihrer lösbaren Verankerung an Halteringen der Mappe dienenden Ausstanzungen versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteringe (8) als einstückige Spritzgußteile mit einem einen im wesentlichen pilzförmigen Ansatz (12) tragenden Fuß (11) ausgebildet sind, daß der Ansatz (12) Löcher im Bereich des Mappenrückens (3) oder eines Mappendeckels durchsetzt und daß der Kopf (13) des Ansatzes (12) durch einen nach Art eines Druckknopfes mit dem Ansatz (12) verbundenen Rastring (14) an der Mappenaußenseite arretiert ist.
  2. Sammelmappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (11) die Außenkontur eines Kreises hat, dessen Außendurchmesser dem Außendurchmesser des Rastrings (14) entspricht.
  3. Sammelmappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteringe (8) einen elliptischen, ihre Biegesteifigkeit sichernden Querschnitt haben.
  4. Sammelmappe nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastringe (8) eine konvexe Außenfläche aufweisen.
  5. Sammelmappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie lediglich zwei Halteringe (8) aufweist.
