Description
Claims (16)
- Reinigungseinrichtung für Rauchgaszüge (36, 106) von Wärmetauschern von, insbesondere brennerbeheizten, Kessein mit wenigstens einem Reinigungselement (21, 105) und mit einer Halterung (1, 20) für das Reinigungselement (21, 105), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (21, 105) zum Reinigen der Rauchgaszüge (36, 106) in diese einführbar ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einziges Reinigungselement (105) vorgesehen ist, das nacheinander einzeln in die Rauchgaszüge (106) einschiebbar sowie über eine Verstellmechanik (101, 118) quer zur Längsrichtung der Rauchgaszüge (106) bewegbar ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellmechanik (101, 118) eine Führung (104) für das Reinigungselement (105) aufweist, die in achsialer Richtung vor den Rauchgaszügen (106) positionierbar ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellmechanik (101, 118) die an einem Gehäuse (108) der Reinigungseinrichtung schwenkbar gelagerte (116) sowie längenveränderbare Halterung (101), vorzugsweise einen Druckmittelzylinder, für die Führung (104) aufweist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verschwenken der Halterung (101) ein Druckmittelzylinder (118) vorgesehen ist, der einerseits am Gehäuse (108) und anderseits an der Halterung (101) angreift.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum achsialen Vorschub des Reinigungselementes (105) ein biegsames Antriebselement (110) vorgesehen ist, das einerseits mit einem Linearmotor, z.B. einem Druckmittelzylinder oder einer Zahnstange, und anderseits mit dem Reinigungselement (105) verbunden ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible Antriebselement (110) in einer schlauchförmigen Hülle (111) geführt ist, die einerseits im Bereich der Führung (104) befestigt ist und anderseits durch eine Eintrittsöffnung (127) am Gehäuse (108) geführt ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (104) in einen Bereich (128) innerhalb des Gehäuses (108) verstellbar ist, in welchem kein Rauchgaszug (106) mündet.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (104) auf der den Rauchgaszügen (106) zugewandten Seite (125) mittels eines Deckels (103) verschließbar ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (103) ortsfest im Bereich (128) außerhalb der Rauchgaszüge (106) am Gehäuse (108) befestigt ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Reinigungselemente (21) vorgesehen sind, die in einem dem Abstand der Rauchgaszüge (36) entspechenden Abstand voneinander angeordnet und parallel miteinander in die Rauchgaszüge (36) einführbar sind.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungselemente (21) an einer gemeinsamen Halterung (20) befestigt sind.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (20) von einem Druckmittelzylinder (18) angetrieben ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung von einem Zahnstangengetriebe angetrieben ist.
- Reinigungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rauchgaszug des Wärmetauschers von einem Deckel (29) verschlossen ist, und daß im Deckel (29) Öffnungen (30) angeordnet sind, durch welche die Reinigungselemente (21) in die Rauchgaszüge (36) einführbar sind.
- Reingungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (30) im Deckel (29) durch eine Verschlußeinrichtung (23) verschließbar sind.
