Claims (7)
- Verfahren zum Uebergeben eines Fadenfeldes (1) von einem Fadenwickel (2) auf einen Wickelbaum (3), insbesondere von einem Schärwickel auf einen Kettbaum, wobei der Fadenwickel und der Wickelbaum mit parallel verlaufenden Drehachsen (6, 7) drehbar nebeneinander gelagert sind, wobei das Fadenfeld (1) an einer Anhängestange (9) angehängt wird und wobei die Anhängestange mittels einer Uebergabeeinrichtung (8) in einer geführten Bewegung parallel zu den Drehachsen (6, 7) bei gleichzeitiger Abwicklung des Fadenfeldes vom Fadenwickel (2) in den Bereich des Wickelbaumes (3) bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fadenfeld (1) unter Aufrechterhaltung einer Fadenspannung über die Scheitellinie (34) des Fadenwickels (2) abgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenwickel (2) wenigstens während der Uebergabe des Fadenfeldes (1) mit einer Bremskraft beaufschlagt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Uebergeben eines Fadenfeldes (1) von einem Fadenwickel (2) auf einen Wickelbaum (3), insbesondere von einem Schärwickel auf einen Kettbaum, mit einer Wickelvorrichtung (4) für den Fadenwickel, wobei der Wickelbaum (3) neben der Wickelvorrichtung (4) drehbar gelagert ist und wobei die Drehachsen (6, 7) von Wickelvorrichtung und Wickelbaum parallel verlaufen, wobei über der Wickelvorrichtung (4) und dem Wickelbaum (3) eine Uebergabeeinrichtung (8) in der Form von zwei parallelen, endlosen Transportketten (10, 10') angeordnet ist, an denen eine parallel zu den Drehachsen (6, 7) verlaufende Anhängestange (9) zum Anhängen des Fadenfeldes (1) lösbar befestigt ist, wobei die Anhängestange entlang einer Führungsbahn vom Bereich der Wickelvorrichtung in den Bereich des Wickelbaums verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufrichtung der Transportketten (10, 10') reversibel ist und dass die Anhängestange (9) sowohl an einem unteren Kettentrum (27), als auch an einem oberen Kettentrum (26) zum Wickelbaum (3) transportierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Kettentrums (26, 27) eine Umlenkwalze (18) oder ein Behandlungsmodul für das Fadenfeld (1) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Umlenkwalze bzw. das Behandlungsmodul mit der Anhängestange (9) am unteren Kettentrum (27) unterfahren und am oberen Kettentrum (26) überfahren werden kann.
- Vorrichtung insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fadenfeld (1) über die Scheitellinie (34) des Wickels abwickelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportketten (10, 10') wenigstens einen Kettenabschnitt (35) aufweisen, der auf der vom Wickelbaum (3) abgewandten Seite der Wickelmaschine zwischen der Ebene der Drehachse (7) der Wickelmaschine und der Ebene der Scheitellinie (34) des vollen Wickels (2) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Synchronisation der Transportketten (10, 10') über eine Getriebewelle (36) erfolgt, welche zwischen den beiden äussersten Umlenkrädern (12, 12') einer Transportkette, vorzugsweise in einem mittigen Bereich der Transportketten angeordnet ist.
