Definitions
- the invention relates to a connecting element with an insulating body for use as Insulating component, especially for balcony or cantilever panel connections.
- the difficulty lies in the fact that one connects the concrete slabs on both sides
- Tension reinforcement and, if necessary, also shear and pressure reinforcement must be corrosion-resistant in the section penetrating the insulating body have to be.
- a rust protection through continuously laid reinforcement bars the surrounding concrete reduces the overall thermal insulation of the component in one high extent, because in the area of the tensile, pressure and shear reinforcement over the height continuous concrete webs would have to be provided, and the insulation on the would restrict intermediate areas.
- connection element From DE-A 34 26 538 a connection element has become known, the insulating body has transverse grooves on the top, in which when laying at the construction site Tension reinforcement bars can be inserted. Offset recesses on the Underside creates unreinforced concrete beams as thrust bearings, so that interruptions of the insulation body do not go through the height, nevertheless form cold bridges with large cross sections, with one Shear reinforcement is dispensed with at all.
- the connection elements are light manageable, since no reinforcement parts protrude.
- the reinforcing bars As an alternative to the concrete covering, there is the option of the reinforcing bars to be made of stainless steel and fixed in the insulating body. Except the There are considerably higher production costs here due to handling problems the width of the connecting elements, since the reinforcing bars that are adjacent to Reinforcements of the concrete slabs are separated, additional anchoring lengths must have to ensure the required adhesion in the concrete.
- the invention can be used a common reinforcing steel can be used for the tensile reinforcement, if a channel-shaped insert body open at the top is arranged in each transverse groove is, the two ends of which protrude beyond the insulating body.
- a common reinforcing steel can be used for the tensile reinforcement, if a channel-shaped insert body open at the top is arranged in each transverse groove is, the two ends of which protrude beyond the insulating body.
- a concrete covering in one Thickness of about one centimeter is quite sufficient so that the Cross-sectional area of the cold bridge formed by the concrete covering by approximately two Third is reduced.
- the insulation or shielding of the concrete covering is over an area outside the insulating body continued to also in the longitudinal direction of the Tensile reinforcement bar the access of moisture and air to the reinforcement bar excluded.
- the protrusion of the channel-shaped insert body over the Insulating body therefore corresponds at least to the usual concrete covering dimension, for example 2 cm.
- a connection element has an insulating body 1, the height of the thickness of the building ceiling or balcony or cantilever plate, and its length (in the longitudinal direction the building wall), in particular the grid spacing of one as the upper building ceiling reinforcement serving structural steel grid, for example 15 or 20 cm.
- the insulating body is in particular made of two parts 1 ' composed, which are connected to one another along their contact surfaces 11, in particular are glued.
- the insulation body is in the lower area of at least one pressure reinforcing Rod 3 penetrates, both of which protrude approximately the same distance from the insulating body 1 Each end is provided with a pressure plate 4.
- the insulation body 1 is further penetrated by an approximately S-shaped shear reinforcement element 2, on both sides of the insulating body 1 is connected to the pressure-reinforcing rod 3.
- the S-shaped Shear reinforcement element 2 is arranged so that the bent back down End is integrated into the building ceiling.
- the elements 2, 3 are in recesses 12 (Fig. 4) of the contact surfaces 11 of the two parts 1 'of the insulating body 1 inserted.
- the insulating body 1 has an upwardly open transverse groove 5 in which a trough-shaped insert body 6 is arranged, the dimension a on both sides protrudes the insulating body 1.
- Tension reinforcement bar 7 are inserted, in particular a protruding End area of an upper building ceiling reinforcement bar is.
- the insert body 6 shields the element to be inserted into the insert body 6 Cladding concrete against moisture and air is reached so that the thickness b the concrete covering of the normal, corrosion-resistant reinforcing steel Tension reinforcement bar 7 can be significantly less than for corrosion protection is prescribed by concrete alone. If the thickness b is about half the specified corrosion protection thickness, the concrete cross-sectional area is reduced by about two thirds, making the inevitable cold bridge essential is reduced.
- the access of moisture and air to the tensile reinforcement bar 7 is also from the Avoid face pages.
- the overlap of the tensile reinforcement bar 7 is prescribed Thickness possible, with a partial shielding through the oblique longitudinal edge regions 10 of the insert body 6 facing each other are additionally provided is.
- the insert body 6 is provided with inwardly projecting centering projections 8 the tensile reinforcement bar 7 in which ensure the sufficient concrete covering Hold position.
- the pressure rod 3, the pressure plates 4, the Shear reinforcement element 2 and the insert body 6 can be made of stainless steel exist or have a corrosion-resistant coating. Furthermore can in particular the insert body 6 and the pressure plates 4 also from a suitable one Plastic.
- the trough-shaped insert body 6 is larger Projecting over the insulating body 1 shown, so that it with the shear reinforcement element 2 can be connected. This increases the stability of the connection element and forms a transport and assembly reinforcement.
- Each pressure plate 4 must be in due to the necessary uniform force deflection the pressure rod 3 should be arranged so that its center of gravity lies in the rod axis.
- the Printing plates 4 therefore inevitably have a vertical extension around the Pressure rod 3, which is used on the one hand to set a distance to the concrete formwork can, but on the other hand can cause space problems, for example if the building ceiling has a prefabricated panel formwork 9, as indicated in FIG. 5, etc. printing plates 4 according to the invention therefore have a circumferential line, their distance from the center of gravity is different, the ratio of the minimum distance to the maximum distance is at least 1: 2.
- connection element according to the invention is relatively small, handy, space-saving transportable and easy to lay, because only the shear and pressure reinforcement 2, 3 protrude from the insulating body 1 on both sides, but not one on both sides, much longer tensile reinforcement provided as part of the connecting element is, and on the other hand lets the smallest possible concrete coating the continuous reinforcement bars 7 minimal cold bridges arise.
