Claims (17)
- Mit Einbruchssicherung versehene Zuhaltevorrichtung für ein Fenster, eine Tür oder dergleichen, mit mindestens einem am beweglichen oder feststehenden Rahmen des Fensters zu montierenden Halteelement und einem mit diesem in Schließstellung in Eingriff bringbaren, am feststehenden oder beweglichen Rahmen des Fensters zu montierenden Gegenelement, wobei durch Gewalteinwirkung eine Relativbewegung zwischen Halteelement und Gegenelement derart erfolgt, daß ein dem Halteelement und dem Gegenelement zugeordneter, die Einbruchssicherung bildender Meldesensor durch eine in Anspracherichtung erfolgende, vorzugsweise irreversible Verformung anspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anspracherichtung (31) in einer parallel oder etwa parallel zur Fensterebene (32) verlaufenden Ebene (33) liegt.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) ein Schließbolzen ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) ein Pilzbolzen (18, 23) ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) ein Schließstück ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) eine Profilschiene, insbesondere eine U-Profilschiene, ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) eine C-Profilschiene (13,22) ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) an einer Treibstange (7,8) befestigt ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Treibstange (7,8) am beweglichen Rahmen (2) befindet.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meldesensor (29) an dem oder in dem Schließstück oder an der oder in der U-Profilschiene oder C-Profilschiene (13,22) angeordnet ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meldesensor (29) durch Bruch eines Materialbereichs des Schließstücks, der U-Profilschiene oder der C-Profilschiene (13,22) ausgelöst wird.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließstück, die U-Profilschiene oder die C-Profilschiene (13,22) einen den Bruch und/oder die Verformung ermöglichenden Hohlraum (27) aufweist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meldesensor (29) in dem Hohlraum (27) und/oder an einer an den Hohlraum (27) angrenzenden Wandung angeordnet ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meldesensor (29) von einem elektrischen Draht (28) oder einem elektrischen, aufgebrachten Leiter gebildet ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Draht (28) bei der Spritzgießfertigung des Halteelements oder des Gegenelements umspritzt wird.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leiter (28) auf das Halteelement (10) oder das Gegenelement (11) aufgebracht, insbesondere aufgedampft oder aufgeklebt, ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meldesensor (29) im oder am Boden (14) des Schließstücks oder der U-Profilschiene oder der C-Profilschiene (13,22) angeordnet ist.
- Zuhaltevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Meldesensor (29) in mindestens einem oder an mindestens einen Endbereich (16,26) der freien Schenkelenden der C-Profilschiene (13,22) angeordnet ist.
